Very nice rooms. Modern and clean. Really like that there are four EV chargers, two Tesla and two J1772. My only complaints are that the location is kind of out of the way—not near the “downtown” area or any parks—and the WiFi is quite slow, even if you pay for the “premium” WiFi.

Traveled with family, 2 kids and our dog. Stayed for 2 nights, excellent hotel, feels new. $50 dog fee per stay. Free EV charging although both Tesla chargers were not working. Free breakfast, great options. Kids loved the cookies in the lobby when we checked-in. Indoor pool very clean, small but good enough for the kiddos. Various restaurants nearby, walkable distance. Definitely a great stay.

This hotel seems to be relatively new, so the new build smell was nice to walk in to. The staff is courteous and eager to help. Breakfast had a bunch of options and was decent, overall. Beds were small, but comfortable enough. They have convenient Tesla and EV charging on site at no additional charge. Huge feature and very much appreciated!

Decent hotel that is clean and well maintained. Only concern was that they only cleaned our room on the 5th day of our 6 night stay. We even requested they clean it on day 3 and the never did. Also the sheets on both beds would not stay on the beds.

A good location if you need a spot to stay before or after Mount Shasta - the snow through the pass can be tricky. The hotel is ok but try to get the top floor since you can hear everything through the ceiling. The heating unit is really noisy! The breakfast is typical-not much for choices but if you just need a coffee & yogurt like we do then this stop will work well.

Very Nice Hotel! The suite was large and comfortable. The staff was helpful. There are multiple food options just steps away. Free full breakfast bar. Very close to I-5. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice, very clean and was aesthetically pleasing. My only hang up was the bed. I’m young and woke up with aches and pains from how uncomfortable it was. I didn’t feel rested and I’d been driving 12 hours that day which is saying something. If it’s just for a night or two you’d probably be fine but wouldn’t recommend a longer than that.

Came in at 5pm to checkin after an 9 hour drive and was givin a room that was occupied and we had to come back down with our laungage 5 suitcases. And wait 15 more mins for a room To get a room and finally they found a room that was handicap accessible and the beds were too low , shower had a chair in the tub so it was hard to move around ! Whole experience was horrible and would like my money back !

Experienced the most unprofessional front desk person of 50 years of travel - absolutely not Marriott quality of service. Attending a family funeral with other members staying here and several complaints of check-in experience. Trust it’s just a poor hire.

This was an excellent stay. The hotel location is good due to its proximity to the highway plus plenty of stores nearby. The facilities and room were clean and in great condition. Most importantly, the staff were all professional. Especially the front desk lady who checked us in and helped us with some requests. She was very courteous and helpful. Please thank and give her a raise!

Very nice hotel, the room was very nice, and clean. The staff were great and helpful. The continental breakfast was very good, and plenty to choose from. Very accommodating when we requested a late checkout because we had a baseball game and needed to come back after the game. Also let us check in early.

Very clean and safe, especially compared to other hotels along the I-5 corridor. The room was very nice, clean and well kept. The worst thing i can say about our stay was that the continental breakfast had vegetarian breakfast sausage rather than real meat.

Checkin was smooth I wish breakfast was a bit better, more options… Everyone is always at the waffles and there is a line. My suggestion is to put 2-3 waffle stands, one is not enough :) otherwise super clean and convinent hotel to stop by while traveling
