Everything was lovely me and my family enjoyed it and we’ll go back again soon very soon. Only problem was we wasn’t able to sit at the fireplace because it was broken but hopefully next time we return it will be fixed but other than that everything was excellent.

We were moving my in-laws from Florida to Texas. We needed a place for six people to rest. We got in close to midnight, room was clean, fridge was an excellent addition to the room so our food wouldn’t spoil Breakfast was top tier. Waffles, hash browns, build your own McMuffin, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs..etc. I ate so much at breakfast I skipped lunch on the road. I was able to park my 26’ Diesel box truck right across the street from the hotel too.

Very clean and pet friendly. I appreciated being near the steps with my pup. The pet fee was kinda high at $75. If we didn’t have to pay that much, I would have given 5 stars for overall. I’ve never stayed with a dog before so I’m not sure if it’s comparable to other hotels or not. The front desk staff was good, breakfast was overall decent. The room was awesome and very nice. I’d recommend to others

We stayed in a 1 BR suite. 1st floor. Clean and convenient. Staff is always friendly. Grounds and facilities are maintained meticulously. Check in is always easy. The breakfast options are ok, but not as good as some other properties. The breakfast is free and is not a game changer for us. Our overall experience was exceptional (and has been consistent with all our stays).

Overall good hotel in the area. Pretty well kept. Only minor complaint was the room kinda had a misty smell and there was a half eaten snickers in the corner of the room. Besides that bed was clean and main living area was clean as well. Bed was nice and Ac was solid

Cleanliness is a major issue with this location. The hotel appears to be rather new but housekeeping is definitely lacking. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom with hair left on the toilet from the previous guests. Thankfully we had disinfecting wipes and it was just a one night stay.

This appears to be a very new hotel. The staff was very friendly, the rooms are very nice, roomy, clean, and modern, and the breakfast was very nice. The only reason for the 4 star review is that during our stay, in the morning there was a strong and persistent sewer smell on the 3rd floor.

Everything about our stay and this hotel was amazing……except the pillows. The bed was super comfy and the room was great, but there were only three pillows on the bed for my wife and I and they were not fluffy at all. With all that said, I definitely book this hotel again. Breakfast was awesome too.

Nice hotel and concept. The modern design of the public areas and the room were well done. Room was designed well and in great condition. The reason for the average rating was due to the non functional air conditioning. Thus, bad night’s sleep!!!

Very busy Hotel when we arrived around 7:30pm on a Friday night. We had to wait to check in. There Wasn’t very many parking spots left to park. Our room was very clean and comfortable! The design of the room was perfect. Plenty of spaces for clothes, luggage, work area and preparing meals. The bed is my only complaint. It was not comfortable at all and the sheets were very thin that did not fit on the mattress (too small & cheap). Plenty of counter space in the bathroom and the shower was nice and clean as well as roomy. We loved the full kitchen to make a meal. Their breakfast was average.

We will not stay here again. The hotel lost our reservation. We had to book another room at the front desk. Of course, this cost us more money than what we paid for the original booking. Then we needed to extend our stay. One person told us we could stay in our same room. We just needed to check out and then check in again. That was fine with us. When it came time for us to check out, a different person told us we needed to vacate our room. We told him what the other person said. Of course, this gentleman was unhelpful and uncaring. He would not honor what his colleague said. We had to move into a smaller room. We had no complaints with the hotel itself hince the two star rating. The issue was bad customer service by the hotel front desk. The gentleman does not know how to treat customers. If you’re in Vicksburg, do not stay here.

There were good parts and bad parts. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool was awesome and I loved the gym. Breakfast and coffee was wonderful. The room had a tv that would not work. The worker tried her hardes to fix it but it didn’t work our entire stay. When I went down for breakfast I felt unsafe and violated. One of the male workers smacked my butt and winked at me. I never experienced sexual harassment like that before and it made me feel uneasy because I was too embarassed to tell anyone. I was there with my brother, daughter and mom and I didn’t tell them because I knew they would be upset but I’m getting it off my chest. For that reason alone I will not be going back to that Home 2 suites again.

Poor management. We arrived at night, the front desk computer was down making it, apparently, unable to check clients in. The front person was by herself and had no solution besides calling the « help desk » who was not answering. After 45 minutes being on hold, we decided it was best to leave. Unbelievable that such a big company does not have a back up solution. Unbelievable to leave your staff with no solution. It is a shame for such a big chain. We were left past midnight with 2 young kids and no room. No solution offered by Hilton of course besides telling us to check with the neighbours if they had rooms left. I won’t be coming back to Hilton.

Excellent accommodations, clean, quiet and spacious with easy access to hwy, Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Our TV would not turn on and the same person that checked us in answered our call and came right up to fix it. In the morning for bkfst servers offered to make special omelet not on the display and brought out to table when ready. Highly recommend

Room is very clean and has a kitchen with microwave, full-size fridge, ceramic plates, bowls, cups, forks, spoons, even dish detergent, dish sponge. Super convenient for me. They even have cookware and offer to lend cooktop for free of charge. Breakfast food was good. Also, they alternated different dishes each morning so it is not boring for customers. One breakfast they had this leek cheese fluffy pastry that is SOOO good. The lady in the breakfast kitchen was so nice to me. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days on business trip last week and had a very pleasant experience. Probably one of best medium-price range hotels i have stayed at in US. The overall staff hospitality is good too. The hotel is very close to the entrance to Vicksburg National Military Park so that is another plus.

Hotel was clean and the staff very professional and friendly. Was very disappointed in the breakfast options on 2 of the 4 mornings. We as well as about 15 other guests had to wait 5 - 7 minutes for food to be put out on one morning. The other morning, we only had the option of making waffles. No food was brought out for the last 40 minutes of the breakfast serving hours.

Homemade yogurt with blueberries was excellent at breakfast. Staff was great. Would like better quality sheets on the bed, that is my only complaint. Maybe they can work on that. Sheets are kind of thin.
