This property has a great location, easy to access Meow Wolf (which we came for) and the downtown area. It was close to DFW airport, and I also liked that there was an electric charging station available for my rental. It was quiet, except for the airplane noise. My disappointment was in the onsite restaurant. There only ever seemed to be one person on staff who actually worked there, taking a good 15-20 minutes to even get a menu, let alone place an order. I would not recommend planning to eat on site. The selection for the restaurant was fair, and when I asked about cereal, they said they would have to go to another location to see if they could find any. It took several minutes for them to even consider that it would be an option. Additionally, the menu was not accessible online.

It was a good stay. Pool is shared with Marriot which wasn't disclosed to us, hard to find. Asked for extra towels, weren't delivered. Room never picked up. Minor issues. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel. The hotel is nice, clean, and has amenities such as pool, gym, room service, bar/resteraunt, laundry etc. It is a pet friendly hotel, and being military they didn’t even charge us the pet fee! Also, across the street there is now a paved walking area around a large pound great for taking your pup on walks and enjoying the outdoors on a hot summer day. The hotel is situated on a dead end street, which on one hand is nice and quiet but on the other hand it kind of makes you feel secluded. However, Bass Po and mall are just a few minutes walk away. Only negative I would say is the breakfast buffet is not worth the price. Would have rather spent the money at an actual breakfast restaurant. Lesson learned.

I didn’t get a chance to see how the service truly was as I only stayed one night, but the front desk staff was great. Clean rooms, decent gym to workout in, restaurant on site but also close enough to other restaurants to either dine at or get delivered to hotel. Airport shuttle was timely and great to have available

Very nice and well maintained property! Parking was a breeze and the location was close to so many fun things. The staff was GREAT! The pool was great for relaxing and shallow enough for all ages. However, take your swimsuit cover! You have to walk through a busy conference center to get to the pool. Business suits vs running kids and old ladies in swimsuits… it was awkward.

The Hotel was fair but it does not provide breakfast and is very outdated and stinks like mold or musty odor in the hallways. Room also had weird odor but went away after running the air for a little while with orange peels in the vents. Beds were clean and comfortable. Parking was good with no issues. I do not like that there is dogs in any rooms, and you would not know if you had a room with an animal in it. Should probably be a 3.9 out of 5 star hotel

My room wasn’t properly cleaned from prior stay trashes were full in the bathroom and items were left and not picked up. Made me wonder if the beds were even changed. Property was nice, Cleanliness was 0 stars

This is the cleanest and friendliest Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. They made it easy and comfortable for both me and my pet. There were a couple of minor hiccups (I’d asked for housekeeping to restock towels and toilet paper (room was left with 1/2 roll). I received a couple of towels, but ended up having to go and buy toilet paper because they forgot to bring. The desk light wasn’t working (burnt bulb), but was replaced fairly quickly). The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced for the offering, but the food options in the restaurant were decent. Plenty of parking, close to Main Street in Grapevine (tons of restaurants there). Business and family friendly. I wish every Hilton was like this location.

The room was okay, very minimal. I liked that the rooms didn’t have carpet but I notice the cleaning staff did not vacuum the rooms. My kids had pizza one night and dropped crumbs on the floor and the next day the bed sheets were changed but that was all. They failed to put trash bags in the bathroom, they only seem to take the dirty towels but NOT REALLY CLEAN the room.

Overall experience is good, I like the new property and very professional staff. However, the floor is too thin and I could hear the guest on the next floor making noises in the middle of the night, and also I could hear loudly every time their toilet flushes.

The hotel was nice and our room way but it didn't work out that way. Most of the electrical outlets and USB ports didn't work. The only coffee for the in room coffee maker was decaf. The shower had little water with low pressure. The worst problem was the bed, it was basically on the floor, only had a mattress and sagged in the middle so we both rolled that way, and creaked and groaned every time one of us moved. When I told the man at the front desk about the problems as we were leaving he didn't seem to care and said that I must have booked that type of room(?).

Booked through hotels.com and prepaid. After checkout, the hotel.com payment was declined. Rather than reaching out to hotels.com, the hotel charged my card used for incidentals for 80% of the booking. They did not contact me to let me know and I did not authorize the charge.

1) The man who checked us in was extremely rude. As per the website, their shuttle service can pick you up from hotel by request, and when I requested a 5am pickup, he said they wouldn’t do that. Then he told me “no big deal, just take an Uber.” When I told him I had two big car seats and Uber wouldn’t work, he threw his hands up in the air. 2) Our room wasn’t ready at 9pm. Then they tried giving me a one king size bed for 4 people. I told them that a king wouldn’t work, and their reply was that they would have to check for availability. I’ve had this reservation for weeks! 3) Lights and outlets didn’t work in our room. 4) Guy 1 at the front desk gave me complete different information on how to check for hotel airport parking than the 2nd guy that came to help. Will never stay here again.

We were assigned room 225. On the second day we woke up to water all over the floor in our room. We were told that maintenance would take care of it, but they never came. I called them 5 times. After several hours with no action, I finally insisted that they move us to another room. We have never experienced such a lack of response to a problem! Very disappointed in Hilton.

The stay started strong and went south real fast. The hotel hosted a wedding on Saturday night creating a huge issue with the parking lot. We drove around for over 30 minutes trying to park at a hotel we paid to stay at only to have to park at an adjoining parking lot a ways down and walk to the hotel at night. The hotel reception was lazy & rude. We asked her for a trash bag to throw some items away and she said they were out. How does a hotel run out of trashbags? Just say I don't want to walk over and get one, not we're out. The rooms were clean, the area was good the people working the front desk, not so great.

Check in was amazing and all support staff was amazing. We added an evening and the desk woman had noted and confirmed all info. The next day the manager a man called telling us to leave and that we held over and was extremely accusatory until we explained and THEN he read the notes- should have done this prior to calling. He apologized, and we said we were good to go and don’t need anything but thank you for checking. About five minutes later, he called and was very defensive as to why he cannot have our room serviced. We let him know in the prior conversation we did not need the room service and we also did not place the service request on the door. Which this property says they only service rooms that requested on the door. This gentleman needs retraining in customer service and dealing with his staff. Other than that amazing property.

Great trip. Staff, room were all super. We didn’t try the breakfast, pool or the gym but the room was new, clean and comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, don’t get a high floor. It is just under the flight path of DFW airport. Didn’t bother us but if you were a really light sleeper it may.

It was a pretty nice place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Like most hotels, no one does the little maintenance projects, caulking around the showers, sower doors not closing properly, ect. The only real suggestion i have would be to let your guests know that there are more breakfast options available other than the continental breakfast.

The restaurant service needs a lot of improvement, our coffee was lukewarm. The couple on the next table warmed up their coffee on the microwave next to the store. We had to look for the waiter to take our order, this happened 2 days in a row.

The hotel and room was immaculate. It was probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in. I love the concept, the brand and the price. My only complaint, was I didn’t like the food and I ordered three different items. Menu needs to be revamped.
