Hotel was beautiful. When we were checking in, there was one gentleman helping a man. The other gentleman told us the same man would be with us shortly…… while he was working on the computer. We waited at least 10 minutes, then the First Gentleman finally looked up from his computer and helped us. Not the best “first impression”. Our children wanted to swim, but the pool was pretty dirty. Lots of floating debris. Room was amazing and we were very impressed with how roomy it was.

We complained how dirty the pool was to management, it was cloudy, and the side of the pool needed scrubbed as if algi was growing on it. You can see where kids have written there intials in the algi. There was food that looked like vomit that was spilt that we complained about and no one came to clean it up. There were kids in the pool with no parental supervision and we told management and nothing was done. We were told they would give us a free night but we are getting the run around. This was our first family vacation with two little ones and we are very disappointed. Would not recommend this place at all

Hi, the property looked nice and rooms were spacious. However, it was not very clean. There was a black spot on the ceiling over the shower, my kids feet turned black from walking around on the hotel room floor, the pool water was cloudy, the pool tile had a film on it that people were writing their names in, and there appeared to be a small brown trail on the tile next to the pool.

Hotel is very good, but parking situation is expensive and not really guaranteed. If you show up late there may not be room for your car. You might as well Uber. Also my card was charged over $800 because of a “glitch” in the system. Then they said i would get my money 5-7 business days later. Messed up situation because i was on vacation and needed that money. They ended up refunding me half the trip after i complained to 3 different people and finally reached someone who could help me.

In the 5 hotels we stayed at on this trip, these were by far the best, most comfortable beds. Food was amazing with lots of kosher options, and the pool was great! Excellent hotel.

Only complaint is the slick tile around the pool (for kids). Valet is great. Front desk is great. You can’t ask for a better facility. I stay at a lot of places and I saved this for any future Indy stays.

I was upset about the parking. I paid $40 valet, only option, was told I could get my car out anytime. An hour later, 4:30, I asked for my car as we had a concert at 6:00 and needed to eat first. They hadn’t moved it yet and it was so blocked in that we absolutely couldn’t get it out. We had to Uber to a restaurant and to the venue. We never got to use the $40 prepaid parking we purchased close to the venue! Then after the show, in the rain, we had to walk back to our hotel. I’m 58 with bad knees. I got a message 3 hours after we checked in saying they parked my car! That’s an hour and a half into our concert! They need a better system for sure!

Nice place with friendly staff. They made it sound like parking was included, then charged 42 per day. We stayed 1 night gone by 11 and were charged 84 for parking. Will not stay there again just because it seemed dishonest. I don't mind paying for parking coming from Chicago, but be upfront and honest.

The staff was terrific and the location on the canal was awesome . The only negative thing was that there was a mold spot in the shower next to the shower head that was the size of a quarter . The appearance of mold made me nervous.

Stayed from 8/15-8/17. We had to call two different times for new linens due to yellow stains and hair on the sheets and comforter. I had checked the mattress prior to sleeping to look for signs of bed bugs, as I always do, and didn’t see any, but the mattresses were in a zippered cloth so it was hard to visualize. The second night we were there, around 12:30am I was still awake and aware of something on my pillow. I turned a light on and found two bed bugs on my pillow. Upon further inspection, my husbands feet and legs were horribly bit. We left most of our belongings in the room and packed our three young kids in the car at 1am. The front desk asked for my phone number to follow up as nobody was around at the time (management wise) to talk to. I called the morning after we left and was told management wouldn’t be around until Monday. Plan to update this review if/when I hear from management about compensation for this costly experience.

One of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel in months! Check in was easy. EVERY staff member I encountered went out of their way to be kind & courteous! The room was large with so many amenities! The breakfast buffet had many options. The cleanliness of this hotel is unmatched! This will be on my list next trip to Indy! THANK YOU!

The room was absolutely amazing. Staff was spectacular with customer service. Just one thing I had hair from previous guest maybe on the rugs, but other than that everything was awesome. We’ll stay here again in the future and definitely recommend to family and friends.

Convenient location when visiting Purdue in Indianapolis or Indiana University - only 5-minute walk to the campus. Large room with full kitchen, a lot of dining options in walking distance, great view on the canal. The only minus is that if you’ll get a noisy neighbour, you can hear everything, from phone calls to TV being on all night. If you are sensitive to noise and if space allows, request a room without neighbours.

Checked in was given wrong room. Went to front desk staff states that i was sold a room not available by expedia yet i booked on this site. I booked the room way in advance. Staff didn't even offer to give us the difference back for the smaller room they were giving us. Staff was berating and very rude. Staff berated myself and my wife in front of our children. We told them we wouldn't stay their and there only reply was you already paid for it so whatever. I would rather pay for another hotel then stay in a hotel with that staff antsy. We left and went elsewhere without staying. We had been there several times before and lived it but with the new staff i would stay away unless you want to be berated and given the wrong room.

Checking in we had the manager on Duty Jared and he was phenomenal. We booked 3 rooms and he was able to get us all on the same floor. The rooms we had were clean and very spacious. This was perfect for us. NOW…..We had about 20-30 young adults in the rooms across from us and they were VERY VERY loud, and at 4am I called the front desk to report them with no answer. I called again at 430am with no answer. We were traveling with 2 very young children and they woke up several times. I finally went to the hallway to ask them to keep it down. They did not, and were loud, screaming, slamming doors until about 6am. This was very disturbing to the 3 rooms we paid for to have a nice relaxing night with family for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. We all got very little sleep and I hated to couldn’t get help from staff. I don’t normally complain but this was crazy. For the money we paid, I hated we couldn’t get help. I did talk to Jared in the morning and he was so sorry for what happened but I thought I needed to post it. Breakfast was subpar but not the worst i’ve ever had. Outside of the loud kids, this hotel was amazing and we walked to dinner at Brew Link (also recommend)

It was horrible. The customer service at check in was terrible. They sent me back and forth with the valet 2 times because they couldn’t figure out the process. It was overall unprofessional. Didn’t tell me where the elevator was, where breakfast. When they finally got the valet situation figured out the incompetent front desk person said your room number. How am I supposed to just tell you my room number? I’m just now checking in.

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a convenient location. The pool was a decent size, breakfast was pretty good. My only complaint is my credit card was charged multiple times for different prices. The front desk did the normal $50 incidentals charge, which is fine. But then I had another 83.89 charge. When I showed front desk they said they fix it. I woke up to a 139.81 charge in addition to the $50 and 83.89 charges. The front desk person said they would take care of it and it could take up to 10 days. When I checked my transactions the extra $83.89 charge was still there. I’m hoping this issue gets resolved. The front desk was friendly, I’m just not seeing the refunds on my card.

Hotel was nicely renovated, easy check in and out. I am picky about cleanliness and chose this hotel strictly on other viewers positive opinions. I was pleased with the cleanliness and overall stay. Pool area was maintained well and the free breakfast was impressive and the attendant was very on top of the food and managing the area. I would stay here again. We did a suite with our family of six.

The canal walk was right out the front doors! The suite was clean, new & well apportioned. The $42+ for parking was a bummer, but it was convenient & an easy entrance to the hotel. The front desk staff could be friendlier. The coffee station in our room was over looked, opened tea packet from previous guests, no regular coffee available, but that was not a problem for us since we go to the lobby for fresh coffee anyways. The breakfast buffet was exceptional!

The stay was great,.comsidering the chaos from the TS fans. Breakfast was a one star. There were no plates available. There was a couple of cereal choices and bagels. There was supposd to be warm food, but the trays were empty. My daughter liked making her own waffle.

I loved the youthful, modern decor and the fact that it was next to the canal. Walking distance to the IUPUI campus. My only complaint is that two mornings in a row, they were out of scrambled eggs when I got to the buffet.

The hotel was nice and the valet service was very nice. The breakfast was pretty bad. They had no bread or pastries. The woman working was very rude. There were no forks left and she huffed and puffed when we told her. Then bc she didnt want to do anymore dishes, she pulled out paper bowls and in a rude voice told me “we were only using paper bowls now”. Very disappointed. When my son came to eat, there was no waffles left to make so he barely ate anything. Other than that, it was comfortable and overall a pleasant hotel stay.
