Modern converted property nicely presented, clean and tidy. Hot tub area is covered so can be used all year round. Decent kitchen that is usable. Would stay here again.

It was a lovely stay thank you so much. Everything was perfect and great communication from the owner. It was literally a home from home stay, we cannot wait to book again!

We had a very pleasant time staying at Geoffs rest and we would highly recommend it to friends and family, it was a beautiful location with views to see and explore, there is plenty of bits to do within a 30 minute drive which we loved as it wasn’t right on the door step but close enough in the car, we would definitely stay again if we were down that way and for longer than a weekend next time. We never saw anyone with the host less entry and were never disturbed, all the check in and out information was explained to the dot which was very much what we were looking for. Thank you again.

Not quiet . Woke up at 5:40am by banging and coughing comming from below the property. The peacocks, yes they look nice but. But paper thin walls from 6:30-7:00am onwards very loud noises. So no lay in. There is a property attached to the back of this one. And if there was somebody staying in this at the same time then I could imagine that it would be very noisey and disrupring. As the hot tub to this property is below Geoffs rest bedroom. When we stayed it had workmen staying in it, van doirs shutting and talking early hours of the morning. The bed is very hard, the pillows not nice. Another thing when you go away you dont want to be doing house work. Not advertised when you book, but it is in the welcome book when you arrive. It states stripp the bed wash up, dry and and put away. Empty the bins and leave property as you found it. A 75 cleaning fee. To do what.No heater in the coachouse with hotub. Blind built into the window in bedroom is broken so light pours in. Had the stick magazines to it, to stop it. it is not for people who want a nice quiet relaxing stay.

Stayed 4 nights

We both thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The rooms were well laid out and tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind at the end of each day. We enjoyed feeding the peacocks and managed to take some fantastic photos of them. The only thing that we missed was a dishwasher, as this was advertised but not there. Although there was a washing machine which was not mentioned! Would be happy to return if we plan to visit Suffolk again. Overall, a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. Very much recommended.
