The staff was amazing but the hotel in general is outdated and isn’t maintained very well. (Old furniture with stains, chips and other damage throughout the hotel) The internet connection is HORRIBLE and barely worked also the electric only works if you leave your room key in a port on the wall so if you leave the room all the lights and air conditioning will turn off. The restaurant was nice and the pool and beach access was very nice too. To me for $150 USD per night I was expecting a bit nicer hotel. But overall it was okay.
