Great Property, excellent staff. The pool was only about 1 foot deep though and you had to swim right next to people who were dining in an outdoor restaurant. Also there was no Free-water refills to stay Eco friendly.

The pool was not so nice, it is next to the restaurant so it was pretty awkward to be there in swimming suit meanwhile the other guests were having lunch

Amazing!!!! Loved ❤️ the awesome roof top infinity pool bar and restaurant overlooking the harbour. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would not stay anywhere else.

The rooms are very modern and very comfortable. The hotel is directly in the sun without shade trees, so we never opened the curtains and there was no outdoor relaxing. Great A/C though! We had a deluxe room with a super comfy sofa and a nice kitchette. We went to the Rooftop swimming pool, but the water is hot! Much of the pool has black tile, attracting more sun. And no shade.

Die Zimmer sehen sehr schön aus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet & gross (Premium Superior im 3. Stock). Strassenlärm ist aber sehr, sehr gut zu hören, Fenster isolieren praktisch nicht. Bett nicht allzu bequem, Matraze schon mit deutlichen "Liege-Furchen". Die Kissen leider so steif & dick, dass dein Kopf gefühlt einen Berg besteigen muss, um darauf liegen zu können. So fühlt es sich dann auch an, auch auf der Seite liegend praktisch unmöglich. Andere Kissen hatten sie nicht. Badezimmer schön, ebenfalls geräumig, alles funktioniert sehr gut und es gutes Licht. Die Duschtücher waren zum Teil gefühlt 10 Jahre alt, dünn, nicht saugfähig, und gewisse sahen auch nicht sauber aus. Die Rooftop Bar auf dem Dach ist toll für den Sunset & die Preise echt gut. Preislich ist es aber doch eher hoch.

Great location, great rooftop, looks good from afar, but looking into the details, a little problematic. Generally floor and toilets/surfaces were clean but bed sheets were dirty, or at least not white white (lots of stains), and had to sign a document saying I’d pay for them if they were dirty after my stay… asked to get them changed, which they did, I reviewed the new pillow cases and took a few to get one that was reasonably less stained. Really recommend to up their game in washing because for the price I paid, it is unacceptable.

There are better options in this price range in Labuan Bajo. The air conditioning is not adequate. The hot water heater is slow to heat and never really gets warm. This area is extremely noisy from the street, the roof top restaurant. Housekeeping did not empty the trash during a 5 days stay. Overall cannot recommend.

Ran out of hot water after 5 min in shower. No hairdryer. Street outside room was very noisy all night long. Staff was very helpful and spoke good English. Roof restaurant had beautiful view and food was adequate although the bugs came out after dark. Other restaurants and port within walking distance.

The location is great - close to both the airport and harbour. Also nice restaurants for breakfast (6:30am) up to dinner. Room is basic and everythings in order except the weak wifi.

Amazing staff, always friendly and helpful. A great view from the restaurant. Easy walk to everything. It was a bit noisy at times, being on the main street, but usually quietened down by 10.30 ish. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, this was a good choice. Nearby amenities, and where I needed to be (close to the port), it was clean, the staff was good, and the price was reasonable. I have stayed elsewhere before in LBJ, and frankly I will choose to stay here at Harbour Hotel next time.

A localização do hotel é excelente. Fica no centrinho da cidade, que é bem pequena. Tem um restaurante no terraço. O pôr do sol na piscina do hotel é lindo! Os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos. A única reclamação que tenho é em relação ao chuveiro, pois o banho quente não demorava muito, cerca de 10 minutos a água ficava morna e demorava para ficar quente novamente.
