No umbrellas at the pool

Easy check-in & out. Rooftop pool is the best , the view , specially @ night , beautiful!!!!Hoping the basement parking 1st level is completed soon before our next check in, as it gets scarier the more we go up the ramps. Overall, pretty good .

There was only one elevator that was working.

Should be 4.5 stars. Very good value, very friendly staff, easy walk to greenbelt. Lost half a star for the elevator situation. No service elevators and one of three down for maintenance makes for long waits. Recommended!

Get a lot for your money. One bed apartment with kitchenette and even a washing machine. Comfortable bed. Walk in shower. Well equipped small gym and roof top pool. In a good, safe location too. Can easily walk to two of the largest malls with good restaurants. Service is great. Food was just ok.

This is an excellent hotel. Everything about it reflects quality rather than cost-cutting measures. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which is selected from a menu rather than a buffet. We also dined there for dinner, and both the breakfast and dinner options were delicious.. The pool area is pleasant, featuring a sitting area along with steps and railings that facilitate easy access.The pool is a rooftop infinity pool thats perfect for doing laps. The staff is exceptional and very friendly. I highly recommend this establishment.

A true gem in the neighborhood. A standalone Hotel with exceptional staff and a very clean modern property. The one elevator being out of service was a minor inconvenience and some areas could use some cosmetic updates. A very safe feeling hotel once you are inside. Love all the amenities available, pool was clean and loungers were comfortable. We'd definitely visit again.

What I did not like NO Umbrellas at the pool.

The closet in my room or something smelled like vomit when I came in. Some flies and bugs were in my room too. The tv search history needs to be cleared before my arrival because I saw some x rated stuff when I opened it up

Excellent hotel! It's near shopping malls, loads of restaurants, banks/atms, coffee shops. The staff is always super helpful. The rooms are spacious with a kitchen.

Room is clean

The room was fine but the AC had a smell to it. It should be cleaned more often and the shower heater was bad. Only hot for the first few seconds.

The building is new, so the rooms themselves are clean! However, due to the structure of each room, the ventilation is poor and the humidity is high, so the room smells moldy. Using the dehumidifying function of the air conditioner will improve this.

It's a really lovely hotel. The rooms we stayed in were smaller than those at Holiday Inn Makati, but they were very nice. The third elevator was out for a few days, which was not helpful. Other than that, the stay was excellent. Great value, super helpful staff. Beautiful pool on the top floor overlooking the city. I would definitely recommend it!

Good location just a few minutes walk to Greenbelt and Glorietta. Included breakafast which was ordered from a menu and not buffet. Some issues with internet connectivity. Staff is friendly and called me a Grab for a ride to the airport.

Always good really only one downside in that the property doesn’t have a lot of carpet on the floor it’s tiles and every sound gets transmitted thru the building kids running people walking with shoes on above you can get frustrating The property is great but no carpets no sound deadening also no double glazing so traffic noise can be heard which would be solved with double glazed windows

Nice hotel and great having a full menu for breakfast. Room had great view but air conditioning unit leaked constantly filling up entire towels.

Would to have more tv channels available. Cable channels were very limited.

The hotel was in a great, quiet location just a few minutes walk from the Greenbelt and Glorietta malls. It was clean and the included breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the bed was hard and the pillows were flat. I woke up with back pain.

booked 2 rooms (BFST INCL) for 4 of us 1408&1409 for 6 nights. check-in easy, big rooms. Staff helpful. restaurant has limited choices, waiters not trained. had almost same breakfast each day. repeated orders 3 times and corrected orders but food never came as ordered, not once in 6 days did the orders come as requested. MGMT at fault for not training staff properly. Room cleaning fast & efficient 5 stars Checkout a nightmare. lady rude, ignoring me, typing while I was trying to communicate with her. I asked for the bill, they combined bills; total 30,040Php without showing bill. I asked for it, 2 Bkfst Xtra charge on 1st day. I told her to move 2 xtra Bkfst to 2nd room to correct mistake. I explained the booking inclusions, simple request. She could not find bill. She repeating 5 x that charged 2 Xtra Brkfsts on 1st day; I told her I understood this first time she said it. I repeated move charge to other room, it was their mistake. After 20 min, I asked her to call the Mgr. She did 5 min later but said Mgr was in mtg, nobody else in charge. Told her to remove charge and I would pay or I would just leave. She did, I got in taxi to airport but hotel stopped him from leaving. Mgr showed up, same story...WAIT. I explained but he repeated same story, I explained but he did nothing. I came back and said I had paid what I owed and I would give very bad review if he didn't let me go. MGR should not be MGR. Employees should be trained NOW.

It was ok The restaurant is still not up to par I was there also in February and they put oatmeal on the menu with bananas they did not have bananas for 3days I ask for bananas with oatmeal as it stated on the menu but still none it the Philippines for heaven sake So one block away I went to the grocery store and got a large bunch of them walked back to the restaurant and called the kitchen manager and told him here how hard was that and requested the oatmeal with bananas again and also the next morning. I return this stay go down fir breakfast and request the oatmeal again I’m told we don’t have bananas. Than take the food of the menu . And to other choice are ok But don’t ask for toast unless we want it very cold they make a bunch first thing in the morning and just leave it out and when it’s ordered toss it on the plate for get about Meltedt cold butter on it . Hotel staff are excellent

It was such a pleasant experience. The staff at Citadines Benavidez Makati was top notch. Super friendly, attentive, and responsive. Always smiling. Had delicious local breakfast at the lobby restaurant every morning. The Room was great, clean, the 1br was spacious, and just as expected from the pictures on Expedia. Location was perfect. Next to banks, currency exchange, convenient stores, walking distance to the weekend food markets, walking distance to Greenbelt Malls. What I loved most, unlike the ther hotels I have considered, was that it's on a quiet street and getting a Grab taxi was super easy. Ended up canceling my other reservation and stayed another 2 nights til the end of my vacation. Thank you for such a great experience. See you on our next visit to Makati.

Pros: friendly staff, new and clean room, good breakfast Cons: poor understanding of customer’s request, poor hardware maintenance, poor service quality As an example, I had requested a half day limousine tour, which was not complicated at all. Explained with writing to 3 counter staffs at least 4 times, and none of them understood my request correctly which caused a trouble later on. This is a new hotel with poor service. Will try their neighbor group hotel next time.

Restaurant sucks and the service is terrible

I thought the location and facilities were great! The breakfast was also a huge plus and great way to start the day in Makati. We were close to great dining options and shopping malls.

Very clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to green belt 3 which connects to different malls. I felt safe walking around the area!

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhed med hensyn til restauranter og indkøb. Ikke langt til Greenbelt og SM. Morgenmad var okay, bare ærgerligt at man skulle betale hvis man ønskede yoghurt. Dejligt venligt og imødekommende personale. Værelset i top, og rengøring ligeså. Alt i alt et sted tæt på alt.

Stayed 3 nights. Probably a bit overpriced if you are not taking advantage of all they have to offer. Seemed very clean and overall quite good. Disappointing breakfast. Note, it is not a buffet. You have a choice, eg eggs and bacon plus 1 juice and 1 coffee. Dining area way too small. A good range of amenities in the room plus there is a rooftop swimming pool, a gym and laundry. But if you just need a room to sleep you are probably paying too much for this accommodation.

The stay was all good except for the breakfast, considered so poor and not a full breakfast as mentioned on the room details, only one plate allowed any addition is for extras (cheese, waffle, bacon even dessert)

Fast check-in and check-out at the reception, excellent service. Room is very clean and enjoyed my stay. Also the pool’s view is stunning at night. The breakfast service needs improvement.
