Located 5 min from the CGK airport. they provide free shuttle to and from airport. Even hour starting 0400 am to the airport and odd hour starting 0500 am from the airport. Room is small but clean and well equipped. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I did not try out the food. Staffs are helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is great for a layover and the free shuttle makes it very convenient. I was able to get a ride arranged by the hotel outside of the regular shuttle schedule because of my arrival time, and the driver was great. All staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good with great coffee, and again, wonderful staff. Will definitely book again for a Jakarta layover.

Really helpful staff, felt very welcome and gave big smiles. Clean room and very comfortable king sized bed. Breakfast was good and the reception was very helpful for schedule of registered taxi and printing documents. Only negative was smelly lifts.

The Hotel and the hotel staff are superb As a solo traveller, they made me feel so wrlcome and part of their community. Never once during my stay did I feel alone Credit to their management whom the staff told me were super and were really good to them Highly reccommended staying at the Fairfiekd Marriott Hotel Jakarta. When I arrived the hotel, there is no service man to help my luggage. There is a misunderstanding when I ordered breakfast to go. It was Mia sent to another customer. I had to order again and delay the shuttle Bus.

Staff are fantastic. Because of unexpected itinerary changes, my wife ans I ended up with two reservations for one night each via Expedia. We didn’t have breakfast, which costs extra, included in the reservation for the first morning, but it was included in the second morning. When we found out on the first morning that we would have to leave the hotel to catch our flight before breakfast was served on the second morning, we immediately asked if the breakfast could be transferred to the first morning. The gentleman at reception made a quick phone call to the dining hall and said, “No problem! They are waiting for you. Enjoy your breakfast.” And we did. It was a big and delicious breakfast buffet with enough delicious options to satisfy a married couple who are vegan and avoiding sugar. It was less expertly buy the breakfast on Expedia ($6) than in person at the hotel (equivalent of $8). Either way, though, the value was good for the money.

I was staying overnight for the airport. The hotel was very good for this. I arrived fairly late and left very early - so did not explore the surroundings - although there seemed little to see. The staff were very polite and the hotel very clean.

We had a very relaxing stay prior to boarding our plane for the flight home. The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many local choices on the menu. Afdal was helpful in showing us our breakfast options. We really appreciated being allowed to check in a little early by Cindy at the front desk. We were very tired from travel and this allowed us to get some much needed rest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a nice stay.
