Tolle Lage, saberes Apartment. Das Essen war sehr lecker, bei HP kostenloses Wasser auch im Zimmer ( heutzutage leider eine Ausnahme), nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, schöne Rooftop Bar. Ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

All staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. They couldn't do enough for you, which makes your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless you cannot fault it. The rooms were spacious and bright. Cleaned daily with changed towels. All the Pools were amazing. The restaurant had a large choice of lovely food, it was also spacious and clean. The walk down to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops was less a than 10 minute walk. We had a late flight home and check out is 12pm, we managed to keep our room until later on in the day which was at a reasonable cost of 35 euros. Public transport great the bus stop was right outside the hotel. Taxi to the hotel from the airport when we arrived was around 30 euros. Same amount going back on day of departure. We loved every minute of our stay there and we will definitely be back.

Very modern and clean hotel. Perfect location to visit Costa Adeje. Only criticism would be the family pool gets very crowded, would have preferred to have been put in the adult section of the hotel with our 13 year old.

Rooftop solarium was very nice Pool beds are mostly in the shade due to been central in the complex Would recommend it for a good base

Très bon séjour en famille au Labranda. L hôtel est Proche de la plage et beaucoup de sorties sont accessibles en bus. Le buffet est très varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts (même pour des enfants difficiles) et de bonne qualité. La chambre très confortable avec de belles prestations et finitions. La piscine est chauffée et très agréable. L équipe d animation etait dynamique et très gentille, tout le monde y a trouvé son compte. Les animations variées ont ravi les enfants. Très belle expérience.

Obsequian copa de cava al llegar. El hotel esta completamente reformado con habitaciones amplias, camas confortables, wifi gratuito estupendo, el parking es de pago pero barato, creo que entre 5-10€ dia. La playa cerca a pie. El todo incluido es una maravilla, comida de calidad y variada. La piscina es climatizada y hay dos edificios diferenciados para familias con niños y otro para solo adultos, cada uno con su piscina. El personal atento y amable. Volveremos seguro.

My sister and I enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel was always very clean and felt very safe. The food was better than we expected having read other reviews. Lots of different food to choose from with options for people who suffer from different allergies. The food we had was always fresh and hot (at some stations you could see chefs preparing and then making the food right in front of you). The one thing we would say is that as someone who suffers from a severe nut allergy, there were not signs at every dish telling you what it was and what allergens it contains. They did have signs at some dishes with allergen information so it would have been helpful to have that at all dishes. The lack of signage meant that my sister was unable to try a number of foods in fear she might have an allergic reaction. This did not spoil our holiday though, as there was still plenty of options that were safe for her! We stayed in the adult only section where there were lots of sun beds and seating areas around the pool. Many sunbeds were reserved very early in the morning meaning it was sometimes quite difficult to get a sunbed that was in the sun (because of the position of the pool, there were many beds in the shade during our January stay) despite signs asking people not to reserve the beds. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely return if we are ever in Tenerife again! Photos included of sea view room and view from elevator area.

I liked the quietness and cleanliness of the hotel. Really enjoyed Animation team especially Joyni who was so enthusiastic and full of fun, he gets everyone involved. Staff in the restaurant were friendly and very helpful nothing was a bother.

Décoration magnifique, de bon goût, hôtel confortable mais quelle déception au niveau de la propreté. Les extérieurs sont très mal entretenus, les escaliers pour accéder à notre chambre étaient criblés de grosses tâches de café et autres...au bout de 4 jours rien n'avait été nettoyé..au niveau de la chambre, nous avons demandé que l'on refasse le ménage, ce qui a été fait. Nourriture bonne et variée.

Per ultimo, ma forse cosa più importante, sul sito si trova scritto “stanze climatizzate”, ma peccato che il condizionatore faccia solo aria fredda. La nostra era una camera esposta a Nord e “riparata” anche dalla struttura dell’albergo che conta ben 5 piani. Appena esposto il disagio, e dopo averci detto che avrebbero risolto subito il problema, la notte del secondo giorno ci hanno “liquidati” dicendo che in tutta l’isola non esiste il condizionatore con aria calda….inutile specificare qui che è una grossa fesseria! Non ci ritorneremo, ma l’isola è fantastica!

Great hotel .. Spotlessly clean and not usually a fan of buffet style food but the food was fabulous .. lots of choice . We would definitely stay here again . Lola on reception was very good.

We honestly had an amazing stay. Staff where friendly and helpful. Rooms clean an tidy. They even had me a lovely gift cake and wine on my birthday. My only niggle was the beds. They where extremely hard. Breakfast plenty to choose from.

Loved the hotel, location, friendliness of staff and how clean it was. Food was excellent! Only thing was that we wished they had double beds as fell down the middle a few times with the 2 singles pushed together

Room was clean and modern it did however smell of drain intermittently. The food was ok, but a little school dinnerish.

un niño de 14 años paga como un adulto, pues debe dormir como un adulto. imposible dormir en ese sillon que esta para la basura. ni pudo dormir él ni nosotros. Cada vez que se daba vuelta sonaba una orquesta. habitación 544

Lækkert nyrenoveret hotel. Dejligt med flere forskellige pools, så der var mulighed for ro, når vores baby skulle sove. Maden var rigtig lækker! Den eneste negative ting var, at sengene gled fra hinanden - det kunne vi godt leve med. Super beliggenhed.

Jeg savnede småting på værelset som f.eks skraldespand på værelset og flere knager rundt omkring. Jeg synes hotellet kunne sørger bedre for at andre gæster overholder reglerne, islr i poolen. Vi oplevede at mange røg omkring poolen.

Hotel was modern and clean enough. No problem getting a lounger beside the pool. The main problem was with the restaurant. The food was repetitive (breakfast and Dinner) with pizza pasta on every night. We were half board and no one welcomed us as we arrived to confirm our board status so that we could order a drink as we could not use the all inclusive. I ended up chasing waiters about the place trying to get a drink. They weren't very friendly or helpful. We ended up not using the restaurant at all the last few days even though we had paid half board. We reported our issues to reception, but it was obvious they didnt care. Pool bar drinks ridiculously expensive €8 for two small paper cups one of which contained foam, no beer..again went to complain only to be met with rolling eyes from bar staff

Nice hotel but very poor service. We were initially placed in a room with broken flooring and air-con. The hotel admitted they were aware of the issues but said the hotel was full and shrugged their shoulders. They couldn't even offer a fan, said the hotel didnt have them despite staff having them on their desks behind reception. No still water on most days during breakfast or dinner. Emailed reception several times but just ignored. Many other guests said the same thing and online reviews suggest reception dont answer phone or emails. Nice hotel let down by poor management.

An all round amazing hotel. Everything inside the hotel was great, from the service to the pool & the rooms, everything you need is there. On the days you want to adventure out you’re only a few minutes from the beach so location is great too

Trevligt hotell, bra placerat på Costa Adeje i ett lugnare område än de mer poulära Playa de las Americas och Los Cristianos. Hotellet är indelat i familjesektion och vuxensektion och på sätt kan man välja lugnare områden att slappna av i. Frukost och middagsbuffén med stort och varierad utbud.

The hotel is lovely but there is a massive problem with the food, especially the evening meal! This really needs to be addressed, we paid for all inclusive but ending up eating out which adds to the cost of the holiday!! Rooms are nice, hotel is situated in an ideal place, convenient to everything. Plenty of sun beds around, maids work extremely hard. I would visit again but would do room only

Hotel was modern and clean enough. No problem getting a lounger beside the pool. The main problem was with the restaurant. The food was repetitive (breakfast and Dinner) with pizza pasta on every night. We were half board and no one welcomed us as we arrived to confirm our board status so that we could order a drink as we could not use the all inclusive. I ended up chasing waiters about the place trying to get a drink. They weren't very friendly or helpful. We ended up not using the restaurant at all the last few days even though we had paid half board. We reported our issues to reception, but it was obvious they didnt care. Great hotel, lovely rooms, excellent food. Evening entertainment was dissapointing and the only thing that let down the stay
