I loved our view from the 14th floor. Breakfast eggs were a powdered type - could have been nicer if fresh real eggs. everything else was good.

It was a good location. The room had signs that it needs an update already. Out of 3 nights we stayed here, our room only got cleaning service once and it was done poorly (they didn’t gave us clean mugs and we had to request them, didn’t make the beds, didn’t vacuum).

Only one lift available during our 5 day stay, not really acceptable for such a large hotel

Normally I don't care to write a review for hotels, but there we're just simply too many small things that all adds up One of the two elevator to our tower (12 floors) was out of service for the entire week of our duration, I spent 16 minutes from leaving my room on the 9th floor waiting for the elevator, and riding it down, most days weren't quite that bad, but at least 8 minutes pr. ride in the morning hours, the staff didn't show any understanding towards this, breakfast was cut of at 10am on the dot, no last cup of coffee or fruit, despite the malfunctioning elevator obviously causing disturbances. As for the cleaning, I don't mind the more modern "every 2 days" cleaning, but when we were checking the room before checking out, we found not only a napkin that wasn't ours under the bed, but also a sticker on the wall behind the curtains, suggesting that deep cleaning is far from a regular occurrence. Also, beware, there's no way to shower without soaking the entire bathroom floor, and all you get is a tiny floor towel which doesn't do much in terms of preventing the tsunami of waster that floods out past the tiny glass curtain. The room door has a gap of +2cm so every noise in the hallway can be heard it's big enough that light shines through at night. And let's not talk about the bathroom "door", even when closed I could fit my entire hand through the crack, now I'm not particularly shy, but I'd like my piece when going number two.

Stayed 4 nights

Hotel and room were very clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Throughout the stay the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast does get very busy and the space is not the biggest so it was hard to navigate the space without walking into people with full trays of food and drinks, but the food itself was very tasty and there was a good variety to pick from.
