Ela alojamiento es sencillo pero bien, un poco lejos del centro, mas cerca a Parque del Retiro. Pero el no tener nadie en una recepcion y solo usar el celular para poder entrar al edificio y habitacion es peligroso ya que tienes que estar seguro que tienen internet y carga al momento de llegar al hospedaje. Ademas uno de las noches los codigos no funcionaron y yo y otros 4 viajeros apartes tuvimos que esperar una hora para que alguien del hotel viniese a abrirnos. Sin contar que antes de eso fue un proceso lento de pedir ayuda por el correo. Ademas no tienen sala de estar por lo que si o si tienes que salir con tus valijas a las 12:00 hora de check out

The location is excellent; the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The hotel's entrance is almost on the corner, and it was quite difficult for me to find it, as it's extremely small and hard to distinguish. The place is generally very cool, clean, and in excellent condition. Neither the windows nor the doors isolate the noise. In my case, I had a room facing the street, and I could hear people walking and talking all the time. I could even hear the guest in the room across the hall, almost as if he were in my bed. The fact that the doors can only be opened from the app on the phone worries me a lot. What would have happened if I ran out of battery, if my phone was stolen, or if I had no internet? None of that happened, but I still worry.

No hay recepción en el hotel, por lo que no puedes dejar en consigna las maletas en caso de que llegues antes de la hora del check in, tuve que pagar 15 euros extra por concepto de “early check in” para acceder al cuarto y dejar las maletas. Las instalaciones están descuidadas, falta mantenimiento.

Escogimos este hospedaje por la ubicación y el precio La ubicación es muy buena, justo a una cuadra del Parque del Retiro y a unos pasos del Museo del Prado A pesar de las instrucciones es un poco confuso dar con el lugar, es una puerta muy pequeña la cual abres a través de una ventana de internet, y ya dentro requieres otros dos accesos con este método No tienen lugar para resguardar las maletas, lo que lo hace muy poco práctico, el check in es muy tarde (3pm) Y el check out es a la 11am, si no lo haces así, te penalizan con un cobro extra

Great location but too small, uncomfortable and dark room. You feel like sleeping in a closet. Only one of the rooms have A/C. Minimum amenities, no TV and the entrance is like a window: super difficult to identify as a door during the night and even more difficult to handle luggage through its tiny but steppy stair.

Zona molto tranquilla c'è l’autobus dall'aeroporto al costo di 5 euro che ti lascia a un isolato dall'hotel, ha una stazione della metropolitana a pochi isolati ma relativamente puoi arrivare ovunque a piedi. camere pulite, un po’ umide una volta fatta la doccia, asciugamani contati ma nel complesso rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. unico inconveniente se scarichi il telefono mentre sei in giro non puoi entrare nella tua stanza perché non c'è reception, si accede tramite telefono.

The location was excellent but without any staff on site, many people stood for nearly an hour at the front door trying to figure out the system to get in. It was not explained very well and the instructions were confusing and poorly managed, from the customer's perspective. Once we learned the system, the rest worked out well. There was no one onsite to contact, and the number provided did not answer. Also, no one responded to email. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no television in the room. It felt like a dormitory room. Very basic. The shared bathroom was a surprise, but it worked out. The trick is to be the first one in to shower the night before. Also there were so many threats to be charged additional fees that it felt unwelcoming. If this is the future of AI Hoteling, I won't do it again. There has to be a human interface somewhere along the line.

Pequeño pero acogedor, la cama super comoda. Area muy tranquila y silenciosa. El auto check in muy sencillo y rapido, el metodo para abrir las puertas muy bueno sin necesidad de cargar con una llave o tarjeta.

La llegada fue muy bien, tienes que entrar al hotel a la hora del CheckIn si llegas antes de la hora no se te activa el botón de acceso y se te envía un mensaje que debes esperar hasta las 15:00. La habitación correcta por la relación precio valor, todo bien acomodado, las camas hechas, el baño limpio, la habitación le faltaba un poco mas de limpieza del suelo, pero nada que destacar negativo, solo es una sugerencia. Son muy estrictos con el CheckIn y el CheckOut, cuando te marches, lee muy bien el mail de salida y está seguro que has presionado el botón de salida antes de las 12:00 porque si no te enviarán un mail con un recargo de 15€, yo lo pude solventar ya que les escribí de inmediato por el chat y les dije que certificaran mi salida por las cámaras y no hubo problema, pero has de ser rápido. El Chatflow que es la única forma que funciona la atención es muy profesional, otro punto a tener en cuenta siempre ten tu móvil con batería y no borres el mail de indicaciones para que puedas acceder al hotel y a tu habitación. Es un buen hotel para estancias cortas, cumple con todo para mi forma de valorarlo.

This is the only negative review I've given in my life. Nobody should be allowed to stay here. There was so much mold that it was literally hard to breathe. To go to the bathroom you had to hold your breath because you could not breathe that in. We were honestly afraid for our health. We asked to cancel immediately or for a refund and were not granted either so we had to sleep there. I'm only writing this review so that whoever reads this does not have to go through this experience, truly awful. Hotels.com was very helpful and tried to get us a refund but the property won't even answer. They should remove it from the platform.

Al ser una estadía en un bajos , hay mucha humedad , habían muchas arañas en la habitación , por más que hubiera calefacción no había una manta abrigada para cubrirse del frío , la alfombra que estaba en el suelo estaba bastante sucia con restos no se si eran de comida o mugre pero no n eso fallaron

La ubicación es perfecta; sin embargo mi baño dentro de la habitación estaba muy sucio, incluso había bastante cabello del cliente anterior en la regadera, el baño necesita limpieza exhaustiva (énfasis la regadera) tiene mucho moho; además de necesitar almohadas en cama (solo hay cojines) y una frazada extra (solo tenia sabana). Sin embargo es seguro y está muy bien ubicado.

It was ideal for us. Perfect location near Retiro park and Prado museum. Self check in and out was easy, room was spacious and clean. Towels and hairdryer, 3 hangers. No view out of window and no telly but we didn’t mind as we were out exploring the city most of the time.

No nos gustó nada, es muy frío y la calefacción no sirve, la cama estaba hundida. El baño sucio, es un espacio muy pequeño y repito muy frío. Te dan toallas pero no te alcanza y no se logran secar por qué la calefacción n o funciona. No me gustó nada y son muy exigentes como para el servicio que ofrecen

No geral boa, porém, o chuveiro é num buraco que você não sabe o que tem dentro. A janela da pra rua, simplesmente a rua, passam pessoas direto conversando alto e fumando. Não tem TV, mas já tinha visto no anúncio. É bem localizado! Estava tudo limpo e organizado.

O quarto era bem agradável. A estadia foi ok sem nenhum problema na acomodação que prejudicasse. Porém alguns pontos devem ser abordados: No primeiro dia vimos que a agua quente acabava quando o chuveiro ficava mais de 3 minutos ligados; Na chegada foi muito dificil saber que a entrada da acomodação era hma mini porta na lateral do prédio, apesar de ter coisas escritas na porta, não dava pra identificar pois a porta era cheia de grades, e parecia com as outras janelas, por isso foi confuso; A cama era boa, mas o meio do colchão fundo, deixava a coluna um pouco curvada, mais que 3 dias não ia conseguir mais dormir; E por fim o isolamento acústico não é bom, dava pra ouvir o chuveiro do outro quarto bem na cabeceira da minha cama, o que me fez acordar algumas vezes, a luz do corredor acende e vaza luz dentro do quarto, e da pra ouvir todas as pessoas andando e falando pelo corredor e quartos, ate o despertador ao lado eu ouvia.

the room was clean and tidy. the mattress was a bit old and not in the best condition, but it was enough to sleep! the room doesn't have blankets and it could be a problem if you are very cold! overall it is a good value for money because of its location - 20-25 minutes walk to the main places in Madrid

Great location but too small, uncomfortable and dark room. You feel like sleeping in a closet. Only one of the rooms have A/C. Minimum amenities, no TV and the entrance is like a window: super difficult to identify as a door during the night and even more difficult to handle luggage through its tiny but steppy stair.

It was ideal for us. Perfect location near Retiro park and Prado museum. Self check in and out was easy, room was spacious and clean. Towels and hairdryer, 3 hangers. No view out of window and no telly but we didn’t mind as we were out exploring the city most of the time.

The check in system was a nightmare and relied on me spending hours talking to online chat helpers to get a correct reference code to then go through the lengthy self check in. Then again to obtain a code. You need your phone to open the door, so you better have signal, battery and data to be able to stay here. The fact they are staff-less means you have to do all the work yourself. The room was clean and comfortable (smells of damp though, it needs a dehumidifier). For one night it was fine, good location and quiet. But the entry system and door wasted a lot of our time.

Ótima localização, check-in um pouco complicado, mas é importante as pessoas lembrarem de fazer contato com mais de 24h antes da hospedagem para se orientarem acerca do check-in e saberem que na porta você já consegue conexão com wi-fi para executá-lo. Atende muito bem, ótimo custo-benefício.

El proceso de ingreso fue complicado ya que no me enviaron un código de entrada. No contestan en la línea. Tardé varias horas en poder ingresar. De ahí en fuera la habitación estaba bastante bien cómoda y bien ubicada.

Sinceramente no volvería a este alojamiento yo he tenido suerte y se me abierto la puerta de acceso pero si tienes un problema llamas al número que te dan te salta una locución que te dice que no hay agentes para atenderte y te quedas sin ayuda y en la calle din poder entrar a la habitación, por mucho que llames nadie te lo coge el teléfono, de hecho nos hemos encontrado con un japonés en la puerta que no podía entrar y se ha tenido que marchar sin poder alojarse, una vergüenza la verdad.

Check-in was easy because it was all done online beforehand. You must have access to data in order to unlock the main doors and rooms as there are no keypads or keys. Overall, the area was quiet and clean, within easy walking distance to the Prado museum and shopping.

Fue la peor experiencia de hotel. Dado el apagón ( y no tener internet) no se podía abrir la puerta del cuarto, y nadie del hotel se apareció a apoyar a los huespedes o resolverles los problemas. Estuvimos afuera de la habitación 9 horas y nadie del hotel tuvo la molestia de presentarse en el lugar. Gracias a una chica de limpieza llamada shirley pudimos entrar al lobby más no al cuarto, pues ella estaba esperando dentro a alguien para poder limpiar unas habitaciones dado que tampoco podía enteae

The location was excellent but without any staff on site, many people stood for nearly an hour at the front door trying to figure out the system to get in. It was not explained very well and the instructions were confusing and poorly managed, from the customer's perspective. Once we learned the system, the rest worked out well. There was no one onsite to contact, and the number provided did not answer. Also, no one responded to email. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no television in the room. It felt like a dormitory room. Very basic. The shared bathroom was a surprise, but it worked out. The trick is to be the first one in to shower the night before. Also there were so many threats to be charged additional fees that it felt unwelcoming. If this is the future of AI Hoteling, I won't do it again. There has to be a human interface somewhere along the line.

La llegada fue muy bien, tienes que entrar al hotel a la hora del CheckIn si llegas antes de la hora no se te activa el botón de acceso y se te envía un mensaje que debes esperar hasta las 15:00. La habitación correcta por la relación precio valor, todo bien acomodado, las camas hechas, el baño limpio, la habitación le faltaba un poco mas de limpieza del suelo, pero nada que destacar negativo, solo es una sugerencia. Son muy estrictos con el CheckIn y el CheckOut, cuando te marches, lee muy bien el mail de salida y está seguro que has presionado el botón de salida antes de las 12:00 porque si no te enviarán un mail con un recargo de 15€, yo lo pude solventar ya que les escribí de inmediato por el chat y les dije que certificaran mi salida por las cámaras y no hubo problema, pero has de ser rápido. El Chatflow que es la única forma que funciona la atención es muy profesional, otro punto a tener en cuenta siempre ten tu móvil con batería y no borres el mail de indicaciones para que puedas acceder al hotel y a tu habitación. Es un buen hotel para estancias cortas, cumple con todo para mi forma de valorarlo.

Zona muy tranquila y bonita, hay un camión desde el aeropuerto donde puedes poner tus maletas y por 5 Euros te dejan a una cuadra del hotel, tiene una estación de metro a unas cuadras pero relativamente puedes llegar a cualquier lado caminando, tienes una tienda alado y un restaurante igual, cuartos limpios y bonitos y muy moderno que sea inteligente, que no se te descargue el teléfono o no podrás entrar a tu cuarto ya que no hay recepción todo lo haces tú desde el teléfono.

The location is excellent; the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. The hotel's entrance is almost on the corner, and it was quite difficult for me to find it, as it's extremely small and hard to distinguish. The place is generally very cool, clean, and in excellent condition. Neither the windows nor the doors isolate the noise. In my case, I had a room facing the street, and I could hear people walking and talking all the time. I could even hear the guest in the room across the hall, almost as if he were in my bed. The fact that the doors can only be opened from the app on the phone worries me a lot. What would have happened if I ran out of battery, if my phone was stolen, or if I had no internet? None of that happened, but I still worry.

Another tip: keep a copy of the important links with the door-unlocking system separate and convenient -- that is the way that you enter the building and the room. I was concerned that the room would not be air conditioned, as some reviews said -- however, the premier/ superior option was. The simple room had a fan, but the whole space was generally cool. The place is a semi-basement, so one room I had was very slightly musty. I'm quite sensitive, and it did not bother me, not moldy. When I had a question about joining two reservations so I wouldn't have to check out and check in again, the answer to cancel and rebook from their AI chatbot was incorrect, and would have cost me a full extra stay. I typed that I would like to talk to a human agent. The person came on immediately and quickly resolved the issue. Don't trust the first answer. Also, I left something in the room accidentally, and it was returned quickly and easily. Excellent for the $.
