AC Hotel by Marriott Strasbourg

Superbe établissement avec une magnifique vue au niveau du restaurant au 9 em étage et du rooftop magnifique. Chambre spacieuse ,calme et confortable avec une excellente literie. Le seul bémol vient du petit déjeuner car: Endroit trop petit par rapport à la taille de l’hôtel, on arrive pas à circuler ni au buffet ni dans la salle Ensuite les produits proposés ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel, beaucoup de bas de gamme, produits industriels, rien de local C’est vraiment en dessous des autres établissements aux environs qui proposent pourtant des tarifs moindres.

Hotel tout neuf au rapport qualité prix imbattable (attention les prix varie très fortement selon la saisonnalité, mais il est régulièrement possible d'y séjourner pour moins de 100€ la nuit !). L'hotel a tout d'un vrai 4 étoiles, avec de grandes chambres, une superbe salle de bain ouverte (très design), une literie confortable, une télé géante et un vrai bureau pour la clientèle pro comme moi qui a besoin de bosser. Autre point positif : une table à repasser dans la chambre, très pratique ! Parking simple dans la rue derrière ou dans l'immense parking souterrain. Le quartier autour n'est pas très vivant (se sont des bureaux, des logements et institutions européennes) mais il y a de quoi manger et faire quelques courses. Enfin l'hôtel a un très bon resto et un superbe bar dans les derniers étages avec une vue magnifique. Dernier point, je n'ai pas testé le petit déjeuner mais il y a une machine Nespresso dans la chambre. J'adore venir à cet hôtel quand il rentre dans mon forfait du boulot ^^

The rooms were very clean and tidy. Personnel friendly. We found parking both paid and unpaid very close to the hotel which was very convenient. It was safe to park the car outside. Complimentary water was provided on day 1, thereafter no refills. Breakfast was the most chaotic time of day, and overpriced for what was offered. Cutlery was always in short supply. A bigger room and a wide layout across the room would avoid the conjestion.

You can park for free behind the property or use the underground parking garage. Pharmacy next door. Entrance is better in back than the long ramp in front. Staff speak English. Very nice property. Very modern technology in room. Push button shower head! Large tv on wall. Fluffy but firm mattress. USB ports on wall next to bed.

Hotel tout neuf, à proximité du parlement, du quartier des affaires, du tram et du parc de l'Orangerie. Parking très simple (sous-sol payant ou dans la rue), facile d'accès. Les chambres sont immenses, très confortables, bien équipée et très bien décorée (ambiance moderne et premium). J'ai beaucoup aimé l'espace lavabo qui donne sur la chambre. La partie WC / Douche est un peu petite mais la douche est de bonne taille. Attention la douche est ouverte sur le reste de la chambre (si jamais vous réservez entre amis sur une même chambre ahah ^^). Enfin le restaurant est magnifique (le bar loundge au dernier étage également), avec une vue exceptionnelle et une très bonne cuisine (prévoir un budget cependant).

It was silent and the place for work is good. If I would wish for something more it would be the possibility to get a small breakfast with a coffee and croisant at the top floor. With a tram bus ticket it is ca 10-15 min to city center wth multitude of restaurants.

Hôtel est super, à quelques arrêts en tram du centre ville. Ce que je conseille à l’hôtel c’est de mettre quelques boissons et friandises dans le frigo qui est à disposition de la chambre même si il faut payer en supplément. Il y a aussi le bar et restaurant à l’étage. Mais ils sont indépendants de l’hôtel si mes souvenirs sont bons. On ne peut rien emporter dans la chambre. Ils avaient fait une exception pour nous pour le chocolat chaud car ils avaient dit oui en amont. Mais sinon hotel top et le bar et resto top également en roof top

Hôtel très propre, la literie est très confortable, bien insonorisé. Le centre de Strasbourg est à 2 kilomètres à pieds. Il n’y a pas de parking privé à l’hôtel mais facilité pour se garer tout de même et gratuitement. Situé au huitième étage vu sur la cathédrale. Receptionnistes très accueillant. Je recommande cet hôtel!

It was a terrible choice of a hotel for us. We asked for a quiet room only to be put on a floor with a very noisy group booking and underneath the restaurant. Late into the evening there was scraping of the chairs and walking in high heels right above our heads, music. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night as even though we were told that the noise would stop at 23:00 it still continued. When we asked again why this was so, we were told that obviously there was tidying up after the last service and the noise would possibly go on for a couple of more hours. When we said if we could change in the morning, we were told that the available room might be sold to another customer and we would be stuck with the room just below the restaurant for the rest of the stay. The housekeeping is very poor. The floor was not wiped once for the whole duration of our stay. There is no real lounge, lobby. If a large group arrives and you are in the small area with comfortable lounge chairs by the entrance of the building, you are surrounded by luggage and people shoulder to shoulder. I would recommend that you choose a different Marriott in town. This is a very poor standard for a Marriott hotel.

I am not sure what genius designer decided to create a hotel room without a separate bathroom. Basically if you like to perform natural bodily functions without a trace of privacy, then this is a hotel for you. This brand is supposed to be luxury, but I guess that's not the case in Europe. The sink is right in the middle of the room, which seriously cuts the living space. It's way too expensive for what it is

Le petit plus des petites bouteille d'eau à température ambiante et des lumière allumée. si vous pouvez prenez le petit déjeuner de l'hotel. il vaut vraiment le prix payer: qualité et diversité au rdv.

Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée ,petit bemol presence de bible qui peut déranger des personnes athée ou d'autres convictions,le Lit manquer de fermeté et prix excessive pour le petit déjeuner. Mais hôtel de grande qualités quand même, moderne neuf, propre et personnel super agréable.

This is a nice new hotel conveniently located near the Salle Erasme venue. Rooms are very compact with the bathroom integrated into the room layout (e.g., vanity sink in the middle of the room) and there is virtually no privacy using the shower and the commode. There is a frosted glass wall and door that separates these areas but again, virtually no privacy so this hotel is perfect for the solo traveler or couple that does not need inter-privacy. Staff was wonderful.

À notre arrivée, les réceptionnistes ont mis un certain temps à trouver notre réservation et l'accueil était plutôt froid. J'avais contacté la réception quelques jours avant notre arrivée concernant le parking et reçu une réponse, donc j'étais assez étonnée de cet accueil glacial. Pas d'excuse, ensuite quand la réservation a enfin été retrouvée. Dans une telle circonstance, on avait été mieux accueilli dans un autre hôtel qui nous avait fait ses excuses et offert une boisson pour nous remettre de nos émotions. Nos chambres étaient conformes à la description. Certes, il faut aimer le lavabo en plein milieu de la chambre et le bloc sanitaire laissant peu d'intimité (également sonore), mais on le savait au moment de réserver. Par contre, tout comme l'accueil avait été froid, le plateau de courtoisie n'a pas été réapprovisionné d'une nuité à l'autre, comme cela se fait généralement dans les autres hôtels de ce standing. Le sol de la salle du petit-déjeuner était très collante les deux matinées de notre séjour ce qui fait mauvaise impression. Quant au petit-déjeuner en lui-même, il a fallu demander et attendre longtemps pour avoir de l'omelette. Les viennoiseries étaient très sèches. Globalement, il était cher pour ce qu'il était. Quant aux points positifs, l'emplacement nous a permis de garer notre grand véhicule (1m97 de hauteur) dans la rue derrière l'hôtel, gratuitement, de visiter le Parlement européen tout en accédant rapidement au centre-ville en tram.

호텔의 상태가 매우 좋으며 모든 것이 새로 지어져 깨끗합니다. 그러면서도 가격이 힙리적이라 좋습니다. 관광지까지는 거리가 조금 있으나 트램이나.공유자전거를 타면 10-15분만에 갈 수 있습니다.

Ein tolles Hotel. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt.

Das Hotel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Das Zentrum kann man mit der Tram günstig und zuverlässig erreichen. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hat es uns an nichts gefehlt! Would come again!

Nice hotel. Located about 10 minutes from the city center. Located right by the bus and tram station. Very clean and friendly staff.

Idéalement situé pour se rendre à pied au parlement européen ou au palais de la musique et des congrès. Bien desservi par le tramway pour aller en ville en 20’ ! Hotel confortable, moderne et récent. The hotel (and the rooms) was clean and convenient. The staff perfect in their roles. The breakfast, on the other hand, was a small disaster (too small, too crowdy and lack of a lot of products).

Excellent séjour et super petit déjeuner malgré le prix fort

Honestly this is a very mediocre hotel. The worst thing about this hotel is the breakfast . My husband and I are vegetarian and we really struggled here. There is only three types of serial and basic bread as an option. There were salad present but when we found small pieces of ham had fallen into the salad ( I guess from the rest of guest using it ). There are around 7 staff present in the tiny breakfast area constantly “cleaning” or “filling” the breakfast up- it was very off putting to have them present right next to you throughout the breakfast. We complained to the manager and we’re reassured the next day we will have more Option. However this did not happen. The room was also badly designed with sharply edged chairs and furnitures . It was not a relaxing experience and there are far better hotels in Strasbourg that we will Opt for the next time we stay

Un des meilleurs rapports qualité prix de Strasbourg, idéalement situé....le restaurant et le bar sont incontournables. La carte des cocktails est une vraie surprise. Le personnel attentif, le confort des chambres idéal pour un rendez vous business ou un WE à deux.
