The hotel is very clean. The staff is polite and helpful. The onsen and sauna are great after walking a lot during the day. Everyday from 3 to 5 pm, they offer welcoming drinks. I stayed in their Shinjuku hotel before, and this one is just as nice.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Very classy. The facilities and rooms were well maintained. There were vending machines, coin operated washers and dryers, and a Family Mart (combini) right next door. And then there’s the onsen (public bath) - separated by gender. Very rewarding experience. Clean and very relaxing. Plan on staying at this chain again whenever I come to Sapporo or Shinjuku…

Room was very nice, ryokan style, comfy bed. Staff was friendly as well. Decoration of the hotel was excellent. Compared to the other hotels ive stayed at, convenience, parking and onsen amenties fell short. Quite a far walk to the station. Parking is limited, so had to park overnight at their suggested spot fot 2,600 yen/night (my other hotel was only 1,500 yen). Female onsen only had 8 booths to shower (others had at least 15-20 spots) so we had to queue to wait to shower. Hairdryers provided in the public onsen was Refa (loved it!!) but very limited at only 4 dryers with 3 seats. Overall it was an ok experience, would come back here only if i want the ryokan experience.

Onsen was great. Room had great view with authentic amenities. It was at the center of the city which made it easy to visit lots of attractions. The pricing was very reasonable. Everything was quite perfect.

일단 위치가 너무 애매합니다. 삿포로역에서도 멀고 걸어오기는 좀 먼 느낌입니다. 대욕장 때문에 선택했는데 그것은 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 방이 창문이 안열립니다. 그래서인지 방에 암내 비슷한 냄새가 났었는데 안없어져서 불쾌했고, 청소상태가 그리 좋지 않았습니다.

My room had a very strong smell. I asked to be moved and they moved me to a room that had clearly just been sprayed with a deodorizer. The next morning that had worn off and the smell was there. Idk if it was just that floor or all rooms. The traditional breakfast they served was delicious, both days.

シーツに穴が空いてました。かけ布団カバーも汚れがついていたので清潔感ゼロです。アメニティも必要なモノがなく最悪でした。洗面所も排水が悪かった。クローゼットもなく… 温泉がありましたが、客室数の割に洗い場やドライヤーの数が少なく、ひとつは故障して使えない状態。一部屋一泊（素泊まり）四万円強とは思えないサービスの悪さ。札幌市内のホテルで温泉があるので魅力的だと思いチョイスしましたが、系列ホテルも含め二度と利用したくないです。

We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Upon entering our room, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor. When we contacted the reception, the only solution offered was to slightly open the window, which did so little. It was so overpowering that it was difficult to tolerate. Additionally, the onsen experience did not meet expectations—it was overrated, and for the same price, you can enjoy a much better experience in Sapporo. Overall, we do not recommend this hotel.

快適には過ごせましたが、部屋も温泉施設も狭い！！温泉旅館という名称に期待をして行ったのですが… 温泉施設の脱衣所も浴室も、もっとスペースを広くするべき！あれでは銭湯の方がよっぽど広いスペースで快適に使えます。ドライヤーをかける場所も3人しか使えず、混み合う時間帯はとても不便。部屋もクローゼットがないので、荷物を置くスペースも無く買い物した荷物を置くのも床に直置きで狭くて大変でした。ハンガーは有りましたが、冬はあと4本くらい追加で置いて欲しいです。朝ご飯はお値段少しお高めですが、1つ1つ丁寧に作られており飲み物の種類も多く大変美味しくいただき大満足でした♪

Great looking hotel and rooms. Reasons for my 4* rating. There was one thing that I didn’t like about the rooms, lack of space and hangars to hang up our clothes! One other issue - we had got into the hotel earlier than the check in and did all the check in procedures. At 2.50 pm, when the staff clearly had time, they refused to allow us to check in. At 3 pm, they then manually allocated the rooms when each guest appeared , creating a long line. Wouldn’t it have been more efficient to have pre allocated the rooms for guests when they had already registered before the check in?

Beautiful, stylish hotel, decorated with great taste. It is modern, clean and has a beautiful Onsen. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located just 2 blocks from Odori park and across the botanical garden, which is worth a visit. The most serious inconvenience is the lack of space for luggage and a closet. You are forced to use your luggage, couch, tea table as a makeshift closet, ruining the entire aesthetics of the place. There is no concierge and the staff is young and speak broken/ no English, so it’s hard to get valuable recommendations. Breakfast was high quality and very Japanese. I would skip. Also, you have to decide a day ahead whether you want breakfast or not, which is a bit challenging with a 12 h jet lag. Beware when you book, as some rooms don’t have a bathroom. Overall, I recommend this hotel and would come back.

Beautiful property located about 10-15 mins walk from Sapporo station, this Ryokan features Western-style bedding in nicely appointed rooms. The shower is incredible with such a strong water flow. The onsen is also quite nice with an outdoor, but partitioned pool and clean shared facilities. There is a FamilyMart next to the hotel and also a nice park nearby. We did not have breakfast at the hotel.

札幌駅からは歩けない距離ではないですが、雪が降っている場合や年配の方はタクシーで行くか方が早いです。温泉は夜遅くまで、朝早くからしているので朝も夜入れて大満足でした。また、利用したい旅館でした^_^

It was my second time at this hotel and it was not a let down. I still have yet to use the public bath but amenities are helpful - I need a comb. Close walk to the botanical garden and Odori park. Amazing ramen is all within walking distance.
