Booked this hotel again for the second time and would come back here after experiencing other hotels. Love the convenience and the parking the most! Directly connected to Sapporo station and the parking is directly connected as well. Onsen is great too, plenty of space to shower. Friendly and excellent staff. Will come back here again!

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The rooms were spacious, was nice to have somewhere that we could put the luggage away, and the bed was very comfy. The pillows were rather firm but that is quite normal in Japan. The only downside was the small bathroom, but we managed and the shower pressure was excellent. We didn’t use the public baths as we both have tattoos so unable to comment on those. However, we did use the washing machines and found the cycles quick even when using the dryer. Note that there is no change machine in the laundry and the machines only take 100 yen coins. Access to Sapporo station was easy both underground and on ground level. The underground passage to the station was very useful on our last day as the snowed. While a little away from the main sights of Sapporo, they are no further than a 30 minutes walk and we enjoyed seeing the city when walking to the different locations. We would happily stay here again and recommend others to do so!

Inside the room felt damp for the entire stay. A long walk from Sapporo Station with heavy suitcases. Rooms are too small. The bed mattress was so hard. Seems like they built the hotel with many small rooms to cram many tourists as possible.

3泊４日で利用しました。札幌駅からも地上に出ずにホテル10分内で行けるので利便性はいいと思います。 1階には、セブンもあり便利でした。私たちが泊まった時は、大浴場も空いていて疲れを取ることが出来ました。部屋も綺麗ですし、部屋の清掃も行き届いていました！来年もエスコンに行く予定なので、また利用させて頂くと思います。良いホテルだったので値上がしてないことを願っています。

ダブルBに宿泊、部屋はコンパクトですが清掃が行き届いていて、2日目の清掃もお昼に戻ってきたら完璧に綺麗に終わっていたので、滞在中とても気持ち良く過ごせました。札幌駅から地下通路で行けますが少し遠く感じます。

Great location - Exit 15 from Sapporo JR station, it is around 15 min walking underground path but mostly accessible with luggage. If it is snowing outside you don't have to worry about moving the luggage in the snow! Staff very helpful Room is similar size as Tokyo hotel room( a little bigger) There is small table with chair you can use your laptop tablet on but opening out luggage for packing will be a bit cramped, maybe because my single bed room is at the corner of the building is the reason. The room is quiet even it is facing a road and a gas station across the street. TV is modern and the WiFi (glad they have WiFi 6) is fast. Parking is next door Multi-floor parking that belongs to nearby building but it will charge 1500 yen overnight, remember get the hotel counter to get discount for your parking everyday before you drive out , they will stamp your parking ticket to reduce 500 yen charge. The breakfast serve in the 2/F cafe. The public bath and laundry machine at 2/F. The bath is great for relaxing after a day of work. Will come again next time when visiting Sapporo

The room space is a little smaller than any other hotels we stayed. Or at least we felt that way. There was not much space to put suites cases and the closet was technically on the wall. The staff were very polite and excellent. Underground route to the hotel from Sapporo station was way too complicated for me. The room had a nice large window that we loved. We might consider staying here again.

Ich war mit dem gebuchten Superiorzimmer überaus zufrieden. Das Zimmer war geräumig, weiters hatte ich Zugang zur Club Lounge (mit kostenlosen Getränken und kleinen Speisen bei schöner Aussicht und stillvoller Ambiente), die meine Erwartungen übererfüllt hat. Das Hotel befindet sich nur einen Block nordöstlich des Hauptbahnhofs, dadurch zentral, aber dennoch in ruhiger Lage. Ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Excellent hotel. The public bath was a great addition to our stay. Breakfast was wonderful and had a large and varried selection. The hotel has very clean and modern. It's a short 7-minute walk to the JR station from the hotel.

Wow! I’d give it more stars if I could! The rooms are gorgeous and have lots of space. Comfy beds, great care products too. The breakfast buffet was amazing also-lots of fresh vegetables and fruit. A real treat and the best hotel I stayed at in my 3 weeks in Japan!

New hotel with excellent Japanese breakfast buffet sourced with fresh Hokkaido food (i.e., seaweeds, dairy, potatoes, seafood). This hotel really pays attention to detail in everything and the staff is quite foreigner-friendly. The 7-Eleven convenient store adjacent to the first-floor lobby was uber convenient, too. Would definitely stay at the Hotel Emion Sapporo again and highly recommend!

全体的にとてもキレイで快適でした。特に問題に感じることも無かったです。滞在中に雨の日があったので、ホテルから札幌駅まで地下を通って行けて助かりました。クラブラウンジのフードやドリンクは種類が少なかったのですが、結構美味しかったです(^^)満足。過不足の無いサービスで、こちらが気を遣ってしまうようなこともなくてすごく良かったと思います。
