清潔感がありよかったです。2連泊の場合，原則タオル交換のみで室内清掃はありません。アメニティもロビーから持参，ガウンはEVホールから持参するスタイルです。コンビニも1-2分のところにあり不便に感じることはありませんでした。地下鉄最寄りは豊水すすきのですが、札幌での乗換などを考えるとすすきのまで歩いてから乗ることをおすすめします。

깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 15시부터 로비에 커피머신이 있어서 그것도 좋았습니다. 마지막날은 조식을 1600엔에 먹었습니다. 아주 훌륭합니다. 신치토세공항을 오가는 버스도 10미터 거리에 있습니다.

Great breakfast Close to Chitose airport bus stop but not close to JR Sapporo station but I was travelling by bus both in & out. Staff were really good Wifi good Lots of eating places close by I would've preferred a slightly softer bed but that’s my only complaint

2日目のタオルが用意されてなかったのは残念ですが、フロントに電話したらドアノブにかけておいてくれました。清掃がゆきとどいていて良かったです。大風量のモンスタードライヤー貸し出しありがとうございました。

契約駐車場を利用したが、このTimesすすきの4-1が非常に汚い。エレベーター内もゴミだらけで、こんな駐車場と契約するだけでも次からの宿泊に二の足を踏んでしまいます。ホテルの客室が悪くなかっただけに残念です。

The location was fantastic, but unfortunately our non-smoking room stink horribly of cigarette smoke. We had coughing fits all night. Staff was not very welcoming compared to hospitality across our trip. Last con is this was the most firm bed of our whole trip.... less comfy than futon. Best pro was the location, but we had an uncomfortable cramped and smoke filled stay that made us wish we had our backup hotel for the whole stay in Sapporo. Payed the same price down the street for a room with no smoke smell, bigger room, and comfier beds...wouldn't stay here again.

駐車場対応、フロント対応がとても良く、到着から帰るまでとても良い時間を過ごせました。また、立地条件が素晴らしく、大通公園・狸小路・ススキノへのアクセスは特筆ものです！しかし、浴室カーテン・シーツ・枕カバーの生乾き臭ぼ残念だった。

とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。不満があるとすれば、掃除が行き届いた部屋の中で、バスタブの中に1本髪の毛が落ちていたことと、ロビーのサービスコーヒーの時間がもうちょっと長かったら夜中でも飲めたのになぁ…と思いました。でも、全体的には満足です！また札幌に行く際には是非利用させていただきます！

It’s a nice hotel if you can get it at a good price but be aware of the room size. It’s only like 12 to 13 m² so don’t expect any spacious atmosphere. The room was very clean, people at the reception. Desk were very nice, and the check in was fast and without any hassles. I thought Brezo would go again but for a long stay over the state with family this would be definitely too small. I like the water kettle, the complementary, coffee, and tea, and the amenities but you have to get at the lobby. They actually had an almost full size bathtub. As I said for the right money, it’s a good deal but that’s about it.

It’s a nice hotel if you can get it at a good price but be aware of the room size. It’s only like 12 to 13 m² so don’t expect any spacious atmosphere. チェックインして部屋に入って清潔感は感じたものの、エアコンを付けたら臭いが気になり、フロントに言ったら部屋を変えて頂きました。新しい部屋も始めは多少気になりましたが、直ぐに消え快適に過ごすことができました！対応が丁寧で助かりました。

朝食がとても美味しく、たくさんご馳走になりました。スタッフも丁寧な対応で、お部屋も綺麗でした。駐車場は車体の関係で近隣になりましたが、不便ではありませんでした。また宿泊したいです。

雪が降ってきたので傘をお借りすることができ大変助かりました。朝食のバイキングではサーモンとホタテがバイキングのレベルではなくさすが北海道だなと感じました。とても美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 15시부터 로비에 커피머신이 있어서 그것도 좋았습니다. 마지막날은 조식을 1600엔에 먹었습니다. 아주 훌륭합니다. 신치토세공항을 오가는 버스도 10미터 거리에 있습니다.

Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast for a small fee was excellent. One of the best we had in Japan. Air conditioner was a little all or nothing just over the bed but other than that this place was great. Great location. Walkable. Close to transit. Highly recommend.

I picked it for the location and the review ratings, and the location was as good as I hoped for. This place being reviewed highly, I don't get. For anything I don't mention, it was competent, but not great. The things I will mention are how small the rooms are and how bad the beds are. It's Japan, I get it, the room won't be big, but the space that was there was wasted. What do I mean by that? Hotels are places you stay at where you bring clothes with you, right? The room has no drawers or cabinetry to put clothes in. It has a minifridge, an out of place desk, and an unplugged air purifier that was taking up space. There is a small rack for hanging items, but I don't hang socks and underwear. That's a big fail. Then the beds are the hardest, most uncomfortable things I've tried sleeping on. I've slept on stone floors, this bed is as hard and uncomfortable as that. The pillow (and only 1 pillow per bed, don't get greedy) was an abomination. Inside the casing were these hard beads with a thin sheet on one side. It's not comfortable at all. And the comforter is the kind that is the bane of my hotel existence, too thick and hot to be comfortable, so I kick it off and get cold. There's no small sheet to make do with. I didn't have the 2,000 yen breakfast. They tell you up front that they're only going to clean your room once. Wifi works. Parking is weird but works (like a car vending machine).
