Did not take breakfast- Onsen and gym were outstanding

Nice new hotel and sauna + amenities. Love how there’s a family mart at the reception area makes it convenient to just grab food when you’re on the go! Walk to the main Suzukino is not that far, and also close to Sapporo station! The hotel is a reasonable size and found it a little challenging when doing laundry.. although overall, good hotel!

酒店各方面都非常出色，小小建議若溫泉可以開放至零時3AM就更好，有2晚想泡溫泉時發覺剛過了1AM已關門。

Room is clean, with spacious onsen on 25th floor, same as the laundry. Friendly front desk who assisted their best in everything.

5歳の子供を連れて家族3人で宿泊しました。朝ご飯はとても充実していておいしかったです。特にコーンの天ぷらは揚げたてで毎日食べても飽きませんでした。 宿泊者は外国人の方が多く、部屋も外国人向けの作りなのかなと思いました。洗面台用のタオルがなかったり、トイレットペーパーホルダーの支え部分がなぜか角張っていて、とても髪が取りにくかったです。またバスルームの壁が薄いのか水の音がやけによく聞こえたので、ちょっとそれは改善してほしいと思いました。 部屋は広くソファーも置いてあり、過ごすのは快適でした。 温泉施設も広くアメニティーも充実して使いやすかったですが、なぜか子供用のタオルが準備されておらず、その点も少し困りました。 コインランドリーもあって便利でしたが、客数に対して洗濯機の台数が3台しかなかったので、なかなか使うことができず、もう少し台数を増やしてほしいと思いました。

Overall clean property, nice parking garage, nice view from the spa. I was looking forward to the onsen. However there were so many Chinese guests that were very loud and not following Japanese tradition and onsen guidelines (coming into the changing area dripping wet, bringing big towels to the bath, yelling, etc). It was NOT relaxing at all and we didn't even go back to the bath the following day. Sad, but we will not return if the guests are allowed to destroy the peaceful environment. Thank you.

객실이 깨끗했고, 직원이 친절했으며, 건물이 세련돼서 좋았습니다. 옥상 층에 있는 욕실과 바도 분위기가 좋았구요 ㅎㅎ

The staff was extremely courteous, kind, and attentive. The room was spacious, well equipped, and the hotel amenities were wonderful, such as the hot springs, lounge, and coin laundry. A neat plus, is the Family Mart attached to the hotel, which was extremely convenient. The only issue you could say was the closest train station was approximately 15 minutes away. However, if you dont mind walking a little more, the hotel amenities definitely make up for it. In additon, major attractions were within walking distance such as the Sapporo Beer Museum was only 15 minute away and Odori Park/Sapporo TV Tower were 20 minutes.

삿포로에서 호텔 찾으시는 분 여기 너무 좋습니다. 수영장은 없지만 대욕장(스파)이 수영장만큼 좋고 경치가 아름다워 대 만족이었어요. 꼭데기 라운지는 우리나라 찜질방의 식당처럼 자유롭게 쉴 수 있는 공간이었는데 이곳도 정말 맘에 들었어요. 직원 모두 친절하고 방 깔끔합니다. 하우스 키핑 서비스 없이 바구니에 수건을 매일 가져다 주는것도 좋습니다.

Clean room, nice facilities. Lobby gets very crowded during check ins/check outs. Ground floor cafe never appeared to be open outside of breakfast. Family mart at ground floor and Lawsons very close by. Nice views from gym & wellness suite on top floor

All good & excellent. Just one thing I noticed was that Dust was buildup on Bathroom air duct tho this place is relatively brand new

清掃があまり行き届いていない印象を受けました。風呂とトイレ一体のバスルームでしたが、換気が不十分かつ清掃が行き届いておらず、アンモニアのようなにおいがしました。レストランはかなり混み合っており、通常朝食を食べる7:30〜8:30には並ぶことは必須ですので、スムーズに食べたければ時間をずらす必要はありそうです。（宿泊者に対してキャパがあっていない印象を受けました。）

対応が良かったです。溜まったままのお湯で、お風呂の衛生面がすごーく気になりました。

객실이 너무 춥고 샤워커튼에서 불쾌한냄새가 계속남

공용 사우나를 관리하는 인원이 없어서 너무 지저분했어요. 욕실안 바닥의 물때와 먼지 뭉치로 발바닥을 닿고 싶지않았고, 조명마저 너무 어두워서 더 지저분해 보였어요. 이용객에 비해서 관리인원이 없어서 3박중 2일 이용하고는 마지막날은 이용하지 않았어요. 로비의 접객직원을 줄이고 사우나 관리인원을 늘리는게 서비스질 개선에 도움이 되리라 봅니다.호텔의 외관이나 로비 객실의 청결상태가 90점이라면 사우나의 청결상태는 10점입니다. 나은 개선을 바랍니다.

スタッフの方々のご対応はとても良かったですが、部屋の備品(カップやドライヤー、ハンドソープの容器など)が埃を被っており少し残念でした。宿泊料金が高いだけに期待値が高かったので、もう少し清潔感があると嬉しかったです。

とても清潔感があり居心地が良かったです。

When hotels skip daily cleaning in the name of being “environmentally friendly,” it only feels genuine if the rest of their practices actually support sustainability. There was a lot of unnecessary plastic packaging, low quality amenities, and nothing reusable in sight. It felt more like a cost-cutting measure than a true eco-conscious effort. If you’re going to promote sustainability, it should be consistent across the entire guest experience, not just with the towel policy. The lighting in the room was awful (very dim and poorly placed), and the amenities were very limited and low in quality. It didn’t feel like much thought had gone into them. It was fine for a quick stay, but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Room was clean and the view was nice but the soundproofing could use some more soundproofing as we can hear the neighbors at 3am laughing and talking. Otherwise location was good, not too far from station.

The view from the room was stunning and the onsen was the best me and my husband have been to in Japan that’s included with the hotel stay. Very spacious and at night had a nice dark serene feel

The room was wide and clean. The staff were very kind. The breakfast amazing. And finally the location very convenient.

全体的に清潔で静かで快適。アメニティも揃い、パジャマも心地よい。大風呂も素晴らしく、朝ごはんもメニューが豊富。部屋のタイプにも寄るかもしれないが、部屋にパソコン仕事ができる広さの机がなく、出張には不向きか。

Beautiful view of Sapporo from the floor to ceiling window wall in our room. Comfortable couch by the window perfect for enjoying the scenery. Beds were Western height and comfortable. Room is only cleaned every other day but they left fresh towels in a bag on our door handle. Only a short and level walk from the north exit of the train station. There is a small 7-11 actually inside the lobby for snack emergencies. Superior hotel.

员工礼貌服务什么的都毋庸置疑，就是隔音不好

壁の薄さが気になった。夜中に隣の部屋の女の人の声が響いて寝れなかった。うるさかったのもあるが、壁が薄いのも問題あり。

チェックインをタブレット端末によるシステムにしているが入力の使い勝手がとても悪い。アルファベット順ではなくキーボード表示にすべき。また旅行ユースだからかもしれないが部屋に机など作業スペースが全くない点も改善して頂きたい。

客房空間蠻寬敞舒適，浴室也不會太狹小，整體很不錯。

Breakfast is very good. Overall hardware or software are good. Staff are very nice and most of can speak English

事前に駐車場やチェックインの問い合わせをしていただきました。 ご対応がとても丁寧で安心してチェックインできました。ホテルだけでなくスタッフの接客が何より大切だと思います。

服務很好 很友善

大浴場が広く、温泉がとっても良かったです。また温泉に入った後で、ラウンジでビールを飲みながらのんびりできるのもGood! 一方で開業から半年以上経っているものの、スタッフの方々の対応が高級ホテルとはまるで違う印象。まごまごしているというか、ゲストを待たせない工夫が足りないというか…。研修の充実を望みます。

Friendly staff, good location. However room cleaning is not everyday. Sometimes the bathroom smells. The public bath is good. Gym only open after 1:00 pm. Hope they can have water or tea in the lobby while people are waiting to check in exactly at 3:00 pm. There are lots of choices for the buffet breakfast but some foods’ temperatures are not hot enough.

역에서 10분거리로 매우 깨끗한 호텔이었어요.. 3시 체크인이었는데 카운터가 혼잡해서 40분 정도 기다렸는데 셀프체크인 데스크를 그때서야 열었어서 불편했었어요. 온천이 매우 마음에 드는 호텔이었습니다

삿포로역 東改札口쪽에서.. 도보 10분정도로 횡단보도를 3개 건너야한다는 점이 유일한 단점… 그외로는 모두 좋았습니다. 특히 25층 대욕장은… 너무너무 좋았네요

Property was very nice but there was quite a bit of construction around. Hotel itself was nice and clean and it was nice having a family mart on the first floor.

Good overall but few shelves or places to put items in bathroom or in the room. About ten minutes walk to main Sapporo station, so easy enough to get to airport and downtown. Finding dining nearby a little difficult.

全新酒店整潔，裝修，設備都很好，座落位置雖不興旺，但勝在有大型超市，有不少疏落食肆在附近，距離札幌JR站亦只係十分鐘路程，近的景點有Sapporo Beer Museum, Sapporo Factory Mall, 二条巿場等，租車亦可到酒店對面的Nippon Rent a car, 非常方便

The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the East exit of Sapporo station. It's pretty much just a straight walk with some crossings. Be sure to include the correct number of guests when booking. I mistakenly booked my room for one person instead of two on Expedia. So when I checked in for the hotel, I asked to add a person. However, the hotel policy is to add a surcharge. Room is kinda small but clean and nice for a city. The Onsen is really big and can fit a lot of people. Of the onsen I've been to in Hokkaidō it was the largest with nice facilities. Hotel breakfast is worth getting and there's a wide arrangement of local Japanese cuisine and other western options like eggs and pancakes. If I stay in Sapporo, I'd come back!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and just like what was described. The staff were professional and made sure to reflect my request when I booked, which I appreciated. The location was ideal―close to the station but in a area away form the busy tourist spots. There's also a convenience store right on the first floor and a drugstore just across the street, which made things even easier. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

Staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean and tidy. But the room design might need some improvements. For example, the bathroom did not have enough storage place, so the hair dryer was placed outside. Lack of enough rack inside the bathroom. Food of breakfast buffet is delicious.

ホテルオープンからまだ半年程度なので全てが清潔でゆっくり出来ました。朝食ブッフェは大満足でした。友人が来札の時には是非すすめたいと思いました。

Charming new hotel with hot spring onsen and other attractive facilities. Breakfast is a bit pricey and was crowded.

Nice clean fresh hotel. Close to the train station and car rental place, which was the biggest reason we picked it. The rooms are nice too! The restaurant was too busy the first day of our stay . Long wait to get into the breakfast buffet was one of the downsides. The other one, was an extremely busy onsen at night. Not too much variety for breakfast either. But it was ok. Other than that I would stay here again. And just use the bathroom instead of onsen next time.

As this is a newly opened hotel, the building is very clean and tidy. Guests check in and check out using a tablet device. If you have any questions, the front desk staff will kindly explain them to you. You can also get a parking ticket at the front desk. There is also a hot spring and sauna, which were not crowded and were comfortable to use. However, the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was disappointingly low quality for 4,000 yen per person. The seafood dishes were also not tasty. I recommend eating breakfast elsewhere. There is a convenience store attached to the hotel, which was convenient and I used it every day.

Great hotel, great spa with a view and their breakfast is beyond of this world for the variety and quality

1. The hotel is far away from Sapporo Station and there’s no any coffee shop or restaurant nearby. 2. In particular, it’s inconvenient to get any lunch on rainy or windy days, if the restaurant on the first floor doesn’t open. Actually, the first floor restaurant opens at noon and closes at 16:00. It doesn’t provide dinner. In addition, the light meal on 25th floor only provides after 13:00 and is not tasty. 3. Though the hotel information I got from the hotel notice is “ breakfast is not included in your booking, the additional charge is *4,000 per person”. However, when I wanted to buy the breakfast ticket at the front desk at 7:30 on 1st, November. The staff told me, “it’s crowded now in the breakfast restaurant” and didn’t want to sell me the breakfast ticket. Which means I had to be hungry in the morning??? I wasn’t notified by any staff IN ADVANCE, there is a possibility that I can’t get the breakfast ticket during my stay. It was too sad! Then I was waiting until the noon and wanted to go to the same restaurant for lunch. Unfortunately, the restaurant showed a sign board “closed. Start at 15:30”. I was very hungry without breakfast and lunch provided in the hotel’s restaurant, It was a STORMY day, the hotel is far from Sapporo Station. I had no choice but to order food by Uber EAT. Thanks for the speedy Uber EAT, finally I could get food in the hotel. I don’t like to eat food of convenient stores
