Modern and clean with Dyson appliances in room. Easy access to conscience stores and JR station. Breakfast options were not huge but the quality was good and check out at 11 was nice. Only difficulty is finding and paying for parking. Hotel doesn’t have its own parking.

This hotel is extremely convenient, 7 minutes walking distance from Sapporo JR station with lots of convenient stores nearby. The amenities are excellent with a small body masage machine in room ( Delux Twin Room) and big bath room. Good light for make up and Dyson fan and hair dryer. All good and luxury items placed inside room.

Great stay overall. We were only in town for 1 night and it was very easy which is what I wanted. Super close to one of the Ice Festival locations. There is no parking at the hotel but there are a couple parking options they can direct you to. Breakfast was good, relatively cheap and easy. It was quite cold outside and the tub was lovely, there are bath salts, etc for free in the lobby which was a nice touch.

Nice hotel very close to Sapporo station. My friend and I ended up with rooms on completely separate floors but the staff were nice enough to move us to adjacent rooms. Room itself was clean. I liked that the bathroom was a full wet room. A/C worked well but really took a while to get going. However there was a fan provided in the room which helped a lot. On site laundry facilities were kind of low capacity and didn't dry well (seems to be a theme in Japan). My biggest complaint is that there is a smoking room on the first floor attached to the lobby. Even though it has a door, sometimes the whole lobby smelled of cigarettes. That was gross. I also wish they had a fitness facility but that seems to be rare in Japan.

Self check in machine at the lobby and the staff is there to assist if there’s any questions. Checking out via the TV in the room which is super convenient. It’s located very close to the north exit of JR Sapporo station, and there are several convenient stores nearby. The room itself is bigger than I thought especially the bathroom that you can take a shower outside the bathtub. Highly recommended!

エントランスに香りを漂わせているが同じくらいヤニ臭くて台無し。禁煙ルームを選んでも換気システムのせいなのかずっとヤニ臭くて苦痛だった。部屋のスツールに白い汚れが付いていて座りたくなかった。遅い朝食を摂ろうとしたら、まだ時間内なのにレストラン入口にクローズ看板が。スタッフも時間になったら出て行って貰いますと言う。そそくさと片付けしているのを横目に食事。自分達の仕事の遂行を優先していて言葉選びに歓迎感がない。新しく高評価なので期待していたが残念。喫煙希望でビジネス利用なら良いけど、それ以上を求めない方が良い。ホテルではなくやはりJR。

契約の前に、当方の確認が悪かったのかもしれないが、ベッドがツインだと思っていたが、ダブルベッドで、しかも部屋が狭いせいか、ベッドの片側が壁について、夜中にトイレに起きた時には、隣の睡眠中の人を起こさなければならなかった。この部屋は、完全にシングル部屋だと思います。御蔭で、嗣明不足でした。

Room is small, however, take the location into consideration I have nothing to complain. Everything equiped in the room is new and in good condition. Bathroom is quite spacious and super clean. I like their bed and pillows which gave me a good sleep. Super close to the JR station (this is the exact reason I chose to stay here the night before going to the airport). We could easily get to the station by walk with our large lugguages.

Close to the train station. Only disadvantage was, that we could not open the window and that we could not see anything through the window, because we could just see the backside of the hotel, so we saw just a wall close to the window. I would book it again, but a better view from the hotel room would be nice.

Love this conveniently located hotel, just 2 mins from Sapporo station with all the usual modcons. Clean and comfortable, just a tad small for us. Bathroom/toilet design is really good. Has a mini back massager in the room.

This place is fantastic ! The separate shower and bath is perfect and makes it feel like an onsen setup. My only complaint is the lack of natural sunlight due to the blocked view and small window, most likely an issue only for the cheaper rooms I guess

The property was recently renovated and thus the condition the pretty good. Also, the property is very close to the Sapporo station (JR one). Even though some staff at the front desk is not so family with communicating in English, he or she is still trying his or her best to answer our questions with a friendly attitude.

客房整潔舒適，泡澡浴缸很大，大堂有很多amenities 可以拿，非常貼心，可以拿溫泉粉到房間泡澡，還可以拿些熱飲。房間設備齊全有充電線有按摩器。從check in 到離開前遇到的職員都很熱情友善，常常打招呼充滿笑容，到離開客房時遇到的清潔人員都有打招呼，但到正式checkout 時遇到的男職員TK非常冷漠，沒有打招呼沒有說再見沒有笑容，反而是我跟他說thank you 但他也只是不看我點點頭。在這家酒店一切都很完美十分滿分，只可惜離開時遇上了一位不太友善的職員，令到整體稍有一點瑕疵。

The location is very near to the Sapporo train station and bus terminal. Walking distance from the exit 5 or cross the road from exit 16. we took a bus from Lake toya hotel to Sapporo Bus station and walked over to the hotel. we had our luggage sent over to the hotel one day earlier and they help us to keep it. They also allowed us to put our bag at the reception area before the check in time so that we can walk around to eat our lunch. The location is very convenient, near to the Daimaru and also JR tower, which has a lot of eating and shopping area. There are also a lot of shops at the underpass of Sapporo station. The room is a bit small even though we choose to have two single beds, but the toilet is very spacious. The bed is very big and comfortable. We have three luggage and so the walking area is very limited. The breakfast is so so but there are many ramen eating place around the hotel. The hotel is near to the CHUO bus sight seeing terminal so easy for us to travel when we want to book the one day tour. Will recommend this hotel for its location but choose a bigger room if you would like to have more space for your luggage :)

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, centrally located nice hotel. It’s conveniently located near Sapporo Station with lots of walkable dining options, meetup locations for tours, and airport transportation. Special kudos to the staff members who are always helpful. We were going to switch hotels due to change in itinerary, but decided to extend our stay at JR East Mets Hotel instead, which worked out really well.

Newer property with high-end fan, hair dryer and shower head. Our room is too small for international travelers with large luggage. 10% more area would have been nicer. Self-check-in system that need help to be efficient. Close to the train station, but 10-12 minute drive to major clusters of shopping and restaurants.

Excellent location, 3 minutes walking distance to Sapporo JR North exit (East Gate). Very accessible to dinning and shopping area like Stellar Place, APIA and Daimaru. Hotel is well maintained with lots of self served amenities. Stayed in a deluxe twin for 3 people, the room is a bit small but is well designed. Bathroom is big with great water pressure. Staffs are polite and friendly. Check in and check out process uses self serve machines but there are staff to help out. Overall a great stay!

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice Dyson fan, so it never got too warm. Breakfast was good and worth it for one day. Great location at street level. Decent selection, even more friendly and helpful staff. Somehow the cornflake and Hokkaido milk were the highlight for me! There are so many options in the area, but for the price and location, this is very hard to beat. Great experience

札幌駅北側から出て数分、コンビニもありとても便利です。バス・トイレが別であり、アメニティで入浴剤も数種類あり部屋でゆっくりお湯に浸かれました。朝食ビュッフェも食べきれない程十分でした。2泊しましたので内容に変化があれば更に良かったです。スタッフの方々には感じ良い接客をしていただきました。

Overall, a very good stay. Clean. Efficient. Comfortable. Convenient. The only complaint which is not the fault of the hotel is the road works just outside the hotel that went on throughout the night. Just unlucky for me during the 5-day stay. I could hear the noise from the 7th floor. Like the self-serve hot beverage machine in the lobby. Breakfast was ample and good.

札幌駅から徒歩3分くらいの場所にあり、すぐ近くにコンビニもあるので立地は最高でした。ロビーにアメニティが置いてあり、自分で選んで持って行くスタイルでした。部屋はあまり広くありませんが、ダイソンのドライヤーに扇風機、リファのシャワーヘッド等設備は新しい物が備えられており、きれいでした。朝食会場で多少待ちましたが、ザンギやジンギスカン、海鮮系まであり、北海道を感じつつお腹いっぱい食べられました。次回札幌に宿泊する事があったら、また利用したいと思いました。

Overall good experience, i have stay in this hotel once , it had good quality and nice location. I added breakfast in this stay for 1980 yen, the food option were nice , but the drink option was limited. If you traveling with elderly or need breakfast in early morning , can give it a try .

Walking distance to Sapporo station. Super breakfast. Quiet environment. No fuss checking in and out - good service. Comfortable room with a big bath room. Amenities including morning and night masks👍 Hair dryer and Fan are all Dyson. We will definitely come back to this hotel in our next visit to Sapporo!
