Fernando Flats

The room was clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and other games that were setup in the courtyard. A relaxing vibe.

The rooms are uniquely designed and very accommodating! Spacious clean and organized. The owners are also very friendly and we found the storage closet very convenient for early arrival and late departure. It’s very quiet and close to a strip of restaurants and beaches. We loved the small little touches of “home” upon our arrival as well! Would 10/10 stay here again

Yes everything was wonderful

This was an affordable beach escape in a surprisingly well-appointed adorable apartment (I thought I was just getting a room). Full kitchen. Powerful shower. Comfortable furniture and cute decor. Pool was well-kept and warm, though the lounging feels a little exposed to street and all the neighbors. BUT, walk around the corner less than 3 minutes and you are at the perfect little beach path. Toes in the water in no time. Among all of the ridiculously overpriced (spring break) chain hotels, I was so glad to find the Fernando Flats.

The outside pool area could use a lil sprucing up but other than that...very charming, very clean, perfect location, comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer.
