The blankets were dirty. Floor dirty and was flimsy where the bathroom was, very little toilet paper. 1 towel and wash cloth for 2 people. No daily house keeping as stated on website, no chairs at all. Door has a large gap under it, deadbolt doesn't work, microwave was broken.

The bed was sunk in the middle and uncomfortable, no frig, no room phone, no remote for tv and no microwave, toilet ran constantly, shower dripped and they left no soap or proper towels. They said they had no other rooms and I wasn’t the only person not pleased with my room, no chairs either

An old property with attempted refurbishment -- bathroom fixtures, etc. Phone did not work. Very bright outside light right next to entry door to encourage bugs to visit on entering. No soap. No remote for TV. Spiders in bathtub. Outside area resembles a war zone. Very difficult to find at night because of minimal signage and few lights. Bed mattress was lumpy. Outside area is slum-like.

Place is a dumb no phone no WiFi no refrigerator never will go back for real you can just got to the the la Quinta for 15 more dollars or the red roof 😂😂 if u paying 💵💵 This Travelodge is a 50$ special 2 hours at the most 😂😂

Room had a drainage problem. After a shower a huge puddle was inevitable. The room was a reservation for 4 ppl when we got there there was only 1 towel and washcloth. When we ran out of toilet tissue (there was only 1 roll btw) we had to physically go to the concierge to retrieve it. Same thing with the towels/washcloths The facility is extremely outdated. No microwave, no chair, no iron in the rooms. The concierge was cool but overrall they need to update the place and do regular maintenence. The place was deplorable.

The room was dirty, hair all over the room and bathroom, couldn't have been cleaned prior, there was no trash can at all, there was no remote, we had to request one and go to the front desk to get one, the room smelled like smoke and the heater made loud noises all night.

It looked like someone punched the door to the bathroom in and stabbed it with a knife a few times. The smoke alarm was torn off the wall and the room smelled like smoke. There was hair on the bathroom walls and food (?) splattered on every wall. Burn marks in all the bedding and ash in the bed. Sheets were not clean. We smashed a huge roach. The deadbolt on the door to the room was loose. The worst motel experience I’ve had.

I could not even shower because the shower was soooo dirty there was holes in the door and on the wall the floor was cracked all over there was stains as well all over the walls . I told front desk about the mold. No room change was offered. I do have pictures of everything. My paperwork said I was in room 600 that is not true I was in room 520. I called sun/Monday morning to be told to call back after 9:30am when management would be in. I tried and calling back and no one would answer the phone. Disappointed in this hotel. Plus I did not know I was allergic to mold. I am still clogged up. I can not breathe. I never even slept in the room. Beds still made

We rented 1 room with 2 double beds: Floor was filthy, cobwebs in bathroom, mold in bathroom, 1 towel and 2 washcloths for 4 people (front staff said they didn't have any more till laundry was finished) for key card didn't work, door didn't close and lock properly, room smelled like cigarettes, burn on desk. I went and talked to mgmt but they couldn't help. After calling for other accommodations all hotels by the airport were booked. I tried to call corporate but no response. DONT STAY HERE. EVER.

The staff was friendly, but the pictures were not what we received. The beds were terrible. The TV did not work. Neither did the toilet. They had the water shut off because it just kept running. So, every time we had to flush, we had to turn the water on, flush, then shut the water off. Holes in the wall and furniture. One of the beds was missing a pillow. Door to the room did not work properly. Glass from broken windows in the parking lot.

While the staff member was friendly, check-in was behind plexiglass because the area is unsafe. The bathroom was a wreck: patched tub, stains, baseboards separating from the wall. My room was near the highway, and it was so loud that it made for a sleepless night.

First room hole in walls tv not working. Spoke with person on desk change room little better but tv not working and crew working on roof when i going to room . The keys for our door quit working, along with the door hard to open.the bed was dirty it was supposed to be a smoke free room smelled horrible of cigarettes, blanket had burn holes in it. No blow dryer or smoke detector, the plugs were loose on the wall.

Stayed here due to a cancelled flight, and it was cheap and close. Staff was polite and helpful but check in was rocky due to power outage, not their fault and wouldn’t be included if the rest of my stay wasn’t a nightmare. The room smelled of stale cigarettes and cannabis. The door required a degree in engineering to open. The mirror was hanging on for dear life and the frame was broken. The window was broken. There wasn’t a single clean surface. The smoke detector was in a cage but somehow still disconnected. The bed was just a bag of springs. Steer clear.

Upon arriving to the hotel we saw people in sleeping bags all around the property. There were also people just walking around. We did not feel comfortable with 2 year old twins in the car, but since we had already paid, we decided to check it out. The person at the front desk was gracious and professional. That's the only reason I bumped this up a star. The listing said cribs were available, but when we arrived we were told they didn't have cribs. The room was ok, mostly clean, except the bathroom, but when the people in the room next door started making noise at 10:30 pm, we had to ask to be moved. Since there were no other rooms available we were forced to leave. I do not recommend this hotel!

Worst stay ever. First of all they LIED about giving me a refund for my last day. They basically stole. They were like “oh you’re the one who complained to corporate”. Yeah it was me so what do your job or quit. They REFUSED to get me new sheets after 3 days of a 4 day stay. And after I called corporate and hotels.com they let me get a towel. ONE new towel. After days there. Never again. The place looks terrible. The key zeros out. And if you’re looking for budget go next door. They ain’t great but around the same price it’s a wayyy better option. I mean you get what you pay for. And I’m poor. So this alotta money. They better refund my money or I’m gonna call corporate so much they gonna lose their jobs for keeping my money bcuz they wouldn’t know hospitality if it slapped them in the face.

The hotel itself is nothing like the photos, it is a rundown strip of falling down shacks,, it feels very, very unsafe, the rooms are attached and have barely anything keeping them separate. U can hear them breathing next-door, There People lurking in the parking lot and people who definitely live here as well as hookers and John’s galore. I hate to say it, but it kind of seems like there might be some sex trafficking going on in here. It is surrounded by other hotels, which look a lot More put together, and are standing upright. This one looks like it was a bunch of falling over attached sheds. There are giant roaches outside the doors on the walkway, the towels were filthy. The bed is very thin and basically mostly springs disguised as a mattress that is just sitting up on a block of wood, yes, place is not for the weary

The property was in an unsafe environment. It appeared to be a motel for the homeless and addicts. I felt afraid and unsafe so I did not stay at the motel. I had to get rooms at another hotel. I want a refund of my money.
