Expedia website said free airport shuttle but that’s false advertisement so I paid $30 taxi to get me to the hotel from the airport and another $30 from the hotel to the airport, when I complained to an expedia agent he said Expedia will not refund me the taxi expenses. Furthermore, Expedia website didn’t mention that the pool was closed. There were bugs in my room and a cockroach, there were garbage bags everywhere in the hotel I wanted Expedia to refund my stay but my request was rejected since I used the first night because I arrived to the hotel at 2 am due to a 3 hours flight delay and went to sleep immediately upon arrival I didn’t notice the issues until I woke up so Expedia considered my refund request was delayed on my behalf. The hotel looks nothing like the photos posted by Expedia false advertisement. Please if you happen to read this review save yourself a headache and don’t sleep in this hotel.

Rooms and pool were terrible. Things were broken, missing and very dirty throughout room as well as hotel. No towels available on property when checking in. Pool was green. Hot tub was green and didnt work. After letting the front desk support know all the issues in the hotel room, still no action was made to help or correct anything. Breakfasts was a joke. Nothing worked. Food was cold.

There was completely no maintenance on this property. It looked abandoned. Dog poop and pee everywhere. Overgrown weeds and trash everywhere. Zero exterior cleaning. You could not tell who worked there. The furniture in the lobby looked dirty, beaten up, and abused. Check-in and out staff were hmm okay. The service staff was attentive. The pool was filthy and gross.

Doesn't have transportation to/from the airport like it said on the website - when asked about it and stated it states transportation, the only response I got was no shuttle. Was put on the 3rd floor but elevator was broken. I don't think my sheets were changed from previous stay but at least my toilet was clean & remote/tv worked.

Elevator not work having to carry luggage from opposite ends of hotel Tv remote not working, ironing board non functional had to lay iron board on bed to iron clothes Facility is falling apart Manager was nice the rest rest of staff was inexperienced and lacked customer service I arrived at 11:30pm Christmas Eve and was being attended and another customer came in after me and they gave them priority over me and made me wait several minutes before returning to help me check in I was exhausted and had driven 14 hours that day and wasn’t in the mood to be cut in front of and wait for a customer that came in after me to be attended to Also I stayed for 3 days and I had to constantly go to office to get a new room key because it wouldn’t open the room door and it was very inconvenient when I’m carrying luggage or bags and would have to go back down to office from opposite ends of hotel when the elevator is out of service

This place is in dire need of upgrades. And exterminating for bugs, we saw numerous roaches. The smoke detector was nonexistent. Had a shortage of towels the whole time we was there. The pool was in sad shape, very dirty to the point you couldn’t see the bottom. The phone didn’t work either. Moved to another hotel because of issues.

Disgusting and checked out once we got into the room and saw the grim on the tub, around the toilet, toilet wobbled from left to right, black bugs on the bathroom floor, the security lock on the door was hanging on by a screw so obviously was not going to secure our room. Was told by front desk person that we could not check out until july 6 because we made our reservation with a third party. We gave her our key and told her we wanted a refund and would file a complaint which I did with Expedia customer service.

By far, the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Room was filthy, had gnats, shower head sprayed everywhere. No transparency wit hotels.com and even though they say pet friendly they don't let you know about the additional $25 fee for the pet until checking in. Red Roof in was a million times better.

This is honestly this is one of the worst places i’ve ever stayed at. There was trash everywhere outside the property, and inside the room itself the bedsheets had stains on them, hair in the sink, no hot shower water, and a light in the bathroom that kept flickering. We thought to ourselves that maybe the breakfast in the morning might be better… wrong. The hot food looked and tasted old, fridge where the yogurt was kept at wasn’t even cold and the floors and countertops were very dirty. It just made everything unappetizing. I would not recommend staying here.

First peraon at the front desk was rude. I asked fora second key card when we arrived, he said i got the last one, yet it was 3pm and most rooms were still not checked into yet. The next day the girl at the front desk laughed and said they had a whole box of them and he probably just wanted to get rid of me. Our room had lots of issues. Broken chain lock on the door, half the lights didnt work, the shower never worked, empty tissue box, 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper, no hand soaps, no sink drain stopper, stained sheets and you only get 2 small pillows per bed (I asked for more, but of course the guy at the front desk said they didn't have any). I also went down and let him know of all these issues, he said he'd let someone know to fix them the next day while we were out, we got back in late andof course nothing was fixed,we had to go to a relativea house just to shower. The most painful thing was the metal peace of bed frame that was sticking out from under the bed skirt, I hit my shin on that in the middle of the night on the way to the restroom and probably woke up the whole hotel with the yelp I let out. If we hadn't prepaid for this stay we would've cancelled and gone elsewhere, but of course the guy at the front desk said it was non refundable. I've stayed at many hotels, and even motels, but this one is by far the worst one. I wish we could've gotten our money back.

I arrived and was giving a room under construction and the clerk wasn't aware of it. Went back and was giving a different room with a broken door lock. Went back to the clerk and was giving another room with broken heater. I called for service and never showed up. The next morning the manager gave us a king size bed room. Very grateful, but I didn't ask for room service when I came back from running errands someone came into my room and fixed up my room. I was VERY disappointed. I felt like my privacy was invaded without permission and I did not give permission I did report it to the clerk in the morning and I let him know that it was very uncomfortable for them to come into my room without me notifying for room service or anything else. The doors kept locking up and we had to go back into the office and get our key reactivated again and again and again very uncomfortable very unprofessional. It was VERY dirty and unhealthy and unsafe. I have pictures but it won't let me download them

Too much water leaks on all building, putting on risk persons walking and smells terrible, the elevator need to be replaced or need refurbish. the room doesnt have light on the roof, only the wires exposed Has good location, and the price is right

The smoke detector was ripped out of the ceiling. The security lock on the door was ripped off and missing. The WiFi in the entire motel never worked. One towel in the room. With no security lock the maid walked in on me in a state of undress. No knock just came in.I left early so can’t comment on breakfast. I tried to check out but no one in the open office area at 3:30 am I will not stay there again. Don shipley. Out a lot of money for a substandard room.

The TV in the room had to be changed because eir didn't work. The smoke detector was disable, looks like all that was done by the previous occupants so makes me. Wonder how well they clean and check the rooms. The hot water didn't work and the answer of the person at front desk was what do you want to do about it? Is not the o oh room like that. It was very disappointing because the reason we were there is because we didn't have water at the house because some maintenance so what we really needed was shower. They didn't offer to change room a discount or nothing.

It took an hour for me to get checked in. Guy was distracted helping a new employee. I feel he could’ve easily checked me instead of going back and forth and having me wait. My room Was prepaid so it was as easy as confirming it in the computer and handing me a slip to sign and key.

The floor I stayed was filthy dirty. Drink spilled and foods on the hallway. The heater in my room made unusual noise. Bathtub not really that good. Shower wasn't good either. They need to door better job with flooring throughout the hotel especially in the rooms and hallways. Bed very comfortable. Front desk clerks are outstanding and very friendly and professional. Location is excellent.

Cheap. Good location. Close to airport. Free breakfast and free shuttle to the airport. Somehow I think there was a mistake with the keys so someone open my door at one point. And there were some weird stains on the walls.

I dislike that the pictures 9n here are NEVER what you end up getting once you check-in. They should have a $25 reward for us booking the hotel, looking at the room first, seeing the breakfast being served, if NOT wanting to stay! The breakfast was sucky. They had waffles ONLY. Small yogurt. Orange juice wasn't working. Had apple and cranberry juice. Lots of water. Fruit loops and Korn Flakes with milk. NOTHING else. Stayed twice a d no room service was offered or given. No bother of fresh towels or toilet paper. They had no little condiment soaps etc. Pillows were so old and flinzy. Has an elevator. Which was a plus. No telephone in room. The outside of the hotel smelled dirty and next to elevators was the smoking ashtrays, so smelled bad inside elevator too. Yeah, pay for what u get. I understand that! Just update ur fotos and information and let us decide if we stay or not! I want a refund. Or something back.

Do not book! They made me wait to check in for 10 mins (nobody in like, just wait over there for ??) the bathroom was GROSS. The handle in the shower fell off, everything was rusty, the mat was peeling and dirty, tissue box was empty, they only had a tiny bit of cereal and waffles for breakfast. No coffee cups! Go elsewhere, it is not worth the cheap price.

This place is in desperate need of renovating. Room was run down, sheets/towels did not seem entirely clean. This place felt unsafe. Breakfast was waffles, cereal, yogurt and 1 type of fruit- hardly continental or breakfast.
