Room is spotless. Gorgeous hotel. Food prices are not inexpensive but delicious. We liked The Tavern. Legacy pool is the only one open currently due to ice rink transformation but it works.

Common areas unremarkable. We had a great view of the Sphere. Valet parking is very good. No coffee in the room, which is extremely unusual for the quality of such a hotel added cost at every turn - which is probably normal in Las Vegas. The gym is excellent. They shut down pool too early.

Visually stunning decor! Loved the restaurants, the small areas to gather and have coffee or a snack. The service was excellent. Not too crowded. The pool was tough to find a spot at times for our group.

We always stay at this hotel, but this time time they shot down the pool. They said air quality was bad, all other pools in the area all opened, I believe they didn't have enough staff and had to shut it down. Would check with them prior to see if there opened.

Upon arriving - found dried poop or vomit side of toilet. Had to call housekeeping and took 45 mins. to arrive. Also, she tried to minimized the situation, which was offensive. Which make you think if they really cleaned the room? It was disgusting! Pillows were way too soft and no support - very uncomfortable. Prices are way overpriced - like $9 for a bottle of water. That is just crazy!

Start with the room - small compared almost every other Vegas hotel. AC didn’t work well, bathroom was barely cleaned (pubic hair) in tub, shower, and under the sink. Food: overpriced, average quality, small portions. Gaming: good Service: no one that worked there ever smiled. For the money, stay somewhere else.

The hotel was beautiful. We checked in and walked into the room and there was a dirty bathrobe on the back of the bathroom door and hair in the bathtub. And shampoo, conditioner, etc., was missing. Called the front desk several times nobody picked up the dirty bathrobe or brought the clean one up so I had to leave it outside the room door. It was gross.

This property was gorgeous clean and felt untouched before me. I absolutely loved it and will be back. I adored the bathroom in my room and the bed. It was so so comfortable!!

I liked that it was away from the other hotels, not to busy or noisy. What I didn't like was that we had a room next to the elevators. People & the elevators were LOUD!! DO NOT GET A ROOM NEAR THE ELEVATORS!

The beds were very comfortable. Three rooms were exceptionally clean and I loved the technology in the room enabling you to do the lights all at once or open the drapes without leaving the bed. Very satisfied with my stay.

We were here for 4 nights and overall enjoyed the stay. The hotel lobby and common areas were clean and inviting. The room was perfect and the bed, very comfortable. Dinner at Papi Steak was phenomenal and both the food and service was spectacular. My single recommendation for improvement would be a better system for removing dirty room service trays from the hall. One greeted us at our door upon arrival and a few other times throughout the stay, dirty dishes seemed to linger for several hours. Separately from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Hotel is having reported financial problems which manifested in fewer staff = long waits at bar and food outlets. Standard of daily cleaning was the poorest of any hotel in a very long time. Restaurant reservations poor - primed call backs did not happen. There are better choices on the strip (this hotel being on the outskirts which felt at times too far away from the main activities)

Everything was fabulous aside from the staffing, security, and the people in valet. They have a problem with profiling certain people even though you’re PAYING to be somewhere they work… However the staffing at the front desk were very kind and helpful!! The security in valet and the main bar downstairs are veryyyy weird and give stalking vibes. The shower heads could also be a minor complaint as they kinda spray water everywhere.

Hotel was beautiful. Service at check in and with Security at LIV nightclub was great. Service everywhere else though was mediocre at best. Service was not the friendliest and greeting their customers was not a priority in any of the bar areas as well as bell desk. This definitely is area they need to improve.

Decent stay. Very long line to check-in. I checked in at 3pm and the cleaning staff were still in the hallways cleaning rooms. They were also kind of in the way when trying to get to the room especially when you have a lot of luggage with you and they were also pretty loud in the hallways. The snacks in the room were average except the sour gummies which were hard and stale. I opened and tried 1 and stopped eating it after that. I called to inform them of that and they brought new jar to my room but I didn’t even want it and they still tried to charge me for that after saying they wouldn’t. Also upon checking out I was told that my snack charges would be taken off my invoice and they still tried to charge me for it. Sent me an email about needing to pay what I was told would be removed by the person who checked me out.

Checked in 8/02 at 12:45 AM (mobile check-in, just picking up keys) and the front desk never returned my ID. I thought I’d lost it, tore apart my room, retraced my steps, and called the desk—was told “no” and to file a lost/found report. Not convinced, I went down 3 separate times and was told each time it wasn’t there. Security even told me to stay in my room or risk being kicked out for not having ID. After crying and missing a paid event, my friend asked the desk one last time—and guess what? It was there the whole time. This wasted nearly 3 hours. When I asked the GM (dark hair, started shift 10:45 PM) how this could happen, she was rude and dismissive, only offering $100 food credit + late checkout. BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE. It ruined my stay.

Nice hotel, but mobile key was turned off, and they say room service is 24/7 but they cancelled my order saying the kitchen was closed. A manager said she would give me a good credit but didn’t. I had to call and only got half the credit she promised. Disappointing service, but nice people.

On the positive this is a new Hotel, we had a lovely room and this hotel is not as commercial as many of the others are on the strip, we felt we were staying in a proper hotel and not in an amusement arcade. Nice feel. Slight negatives, we arrived and it took 30 minutes to check in, there was a long line and only two check on staff, not a good first impression. It’s located at the end of the strip so you need a taxi to either go downtown or the heart of the strip, that was fine for us.

This was a great option for a quick girls weekend. The pool was lovely and so clean. We had room service for breakfast and it was on time and so good. Rideshares came quickly and were reliable. Most places we wanted to go were no more than 10-15 minutes from the hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. Everything was spotless, the staff were excellent. The website was very informative as to what was open at what times. The hotel was a little bit down from the busiest spots which we loved. Walkable to almost everything. Cabs readily available if you wanted. Would definitely stay there again if we are back in Vegas

Property is a little away from the Conrad and Wynn about 10 min walk. It’s a nice resort a little away from the strip. The pool is amazing and the restaurants are great too. If you don’t like walking you can take a cab to Caesars or the Wynn for around 10 bucks. El Gordos tacos is a great place to stop on your way back to FB. It’s about a 5 min walk from there back to resort. We stayed July 2025 and would highly recommend.

This hotel was very nice and my friend and I already discussed this is where we’d stay again if we come back to Vegas. It is on the end of the strip but as we were going to the sphere it wasn’t a big deal to us. It was about a 10 minute ride to the Venetian and about a 20 minute ride to the airport. Mainly due to the timing of the lights. The room was very clean. The bathrobes are so comfy that I wish they sold them because we would’ve bought them! The pool was a nice area to relax in the morning. The drinks are expensive but I think that’s an overall Vegas thing. The promenade food court all had good food for a reasonable price. The scent they used to cover the smoke smell in the casino was a little overwhelming to the point that I think if I had to spend a long time in it, I would’ve gotten a headache. But the rooms and hallways to the room did not have the scent.

What a stunning property. So many options for food and shopping, although most of it is high end. Even the food court was pretty upscale. Pool is lovely but closes at 7pm. Felt a bit too early on the super hot days. It’s a bit of a walk to the main part of the strip but manageable when it’s not super hot out. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The casino wasn’t busy and there were very few smokers which was great.

Everything was good except for the food which was a zero out of 10 and ridiculously expensive. I can accept the high price for high quality but the Italian food I ate that made me sick in the night wasn’t even Olive Garden standard at 5 times the price. Would stay at the hotel again but wouldn’t eat at the restaurants.

I've been to Vegas 9 times and stayed at great hotels like the Wynn, Cosmo & Caesars. Fontainebleau was the best of them all. You have to eat at both Don's Prime & Mother Wolf. Both had exceptional food & service. Also highly recommend Lapis Spa. It was by far the best & most relaxing Spa that I've ever been too!

The hotel was beautiful but the dining options on site are not very affordable compared to others in the area and the location is not all that walkable, it’s fairly close to the monorail which is a plus and everyone was very friendly it’s just the pricing that’s a little bit off putting. Ex: there are small glass jars of candy between 6 and 8oz provided in the room for purchase, one of which was m&m’s for $17 and the drinks at the pool were almost $30 for a small, the rooms are very comfortable though, staff is very helpful and friendly and the place is well taken care of.

Love how open clean and bright the property is. The rooms were beautifully decorated. Pool was clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Only problem….access to food! When we arrived, most restaurants were closed. We found one upstairs in the food court. And then after our concerts dying for food again, and had to order room service which took 90 + minutes at 1130 pm. Wish they had a 24 hour cafe open
