Clean room, friendly staff. The restaurant opening and closing times weren’t the best for being in a casino. Many didn’t open until 4 and closed before 1am

Well overall, my stay was successful. I did have some concerns regarding my room and key access. However, the staff members who assisted me with accommodations were extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Although the room did not include a refrigerator or microwave, I truly appreciated that the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and work with me respectfully. I believe respect goes both ways, and I tried to approach every interaction with kindness and understanding because the staff are human too. As the saying goes, you get more with honey. Because of the excellent customer service and how accommodating the team was, I would definitely consider staying here again.
