Everything was good except for the breakfast at the cafe there. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese but it was a a greasy mess. Did not enjoy it at all.

My wife and I recently went here for breakfast, and unfortunately, we left feeling that we were treated differently from the other customers. When we arrived, we waited to be seated. The waiter and waitress looked directly at us several times but never acknowledged or assisted us until another party arrived. We were eventually seated and ordered coffee, but we were never offered a refill. Meanwhile, we watched the table next to us receive multiple coffee refills. After waiting for our food, a manager—or someone who appeared to be a manager—came over and asked if we had placed our order. We confirmed what we had ordered, only to be told that no ticket had been entered for our order. At first, we didn't think too much of it because the meal was being charged to our room and an automatic 18% gratuity had already been added. However, as we looked around the restaurant, we realized that we were the only people of color there. Considering the way we had been treated compared with the other guests, we couldn't help but feel that our treatment was influenced by our race. I understand that mistakes and delays can happen in a restaurant. What was disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment, service, and communication we experienced throughout our visit. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this restaurant, particularly to other people of color.
