Seems brand new and very clean. Great outdoor patio with fire ring. Indoor pool (was closed while we were there). Self serve (pay) beers on tap but rather expensive. Decent free breakfast. Safe area close enough to beach if you have a car. Walls seem thin and beds very firm.

This was an extremely clean hotel. Understand that it was fairly new but care was taken to ensure the room was spotless. Really liked being able to park in a covered structure. Breakfast was OK; not real scrambled eggs but sufficient. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if/when traveling to VA Beach.

This is a beautiful and fully equipped hotel! Stayed for one night to attend a concert at the amphitheater. Beautiful and clean rooms; spacious shower, yummy breakfast, and even self serve beer and wine in the lobby at night. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer. There is a parking garage across from hotel so there is plenty of parking. Close to everything downtown- would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect spot for my short stop on my way to Florida. Easy in and out FREE parking, friendly staff, and very clean and comfortable rooms. Also, Virginia beach was only about a 15 minute drive. I highly recommend Fairfield Inn for the comfortable rooms, great staff, and easy parking. 5 stars for sure.

This seems to be a fairly new hotel, nice room and spacious bathroom. Microwave, frig, coffee maker, in addition to free breakfast and a self-serve bar on site. Minus one star becauthe first room we were given, the door wouldn’t lock. The staff was quick to move us to the room next door, though. Very convenient to the nearby Livenation concert venue.

The hotel only has housekeeping clean rooms every other day instead of every day like other hotels....But the problem is we were staying the hotel six days and our room was only cleaned once in that time, We removed the do not disturb sign from our door and saw that housekeeping were several rooms away. But they still did not clean our rooms that day. This happened several times.....The furniture in the rooms was very limited.... only 2 draws in the room. very little storage space. The closets were very small as well....

We stayed for three nights. Our room was never cleaned. Trash didn’t get emptied. We had to refill our own tissues, get our own towels, etc.. The staff was very friendly and kind! The hotel in itself was very clean. Have definitely slept on better mattresses!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was atrocious, but not the fault of the staff…..I left a review for that stay already. This second time around was mixed. The hotel is newer and very nice and clean. And the location can’t be beat. The staff are all friendly. I paid for a city view thinking we would get a higher room, but we got the second floor facing the parking garage. So I am a little upset about that. The first night the hotel allowed a huge gaggle of young adults to hang out in the very small parking lot across from the hotel entrance. They decided it would be cool to bounce a ball against the hotel wall directly under us and around the first floor room. It went on forever. We finally called the front desk and the gaggle dispersed. The hotel staff also let people hang out in the front lot revving their car engines. Eventually it all stopped. The second night we had no issues. If you plan to stay here, request a room on the opposite side of the hotel entrance because the walls are very thin. If we could request a high floor opposite the hotel entrance, we would stay here again. But not sure we wanna take the chance.

Second time staying at the hotel. Perfect for business travel and close to town center area for dining, decent breakfast included in your room charge - you still need a car to move around . My only complaint is my mattress felt old and pillows were all down with no support to the head . Previous time I stayed I did not have this issue , possibly the room I stayed had an old mattress .

Always, always, a great stay at Fairfield Inn at the Town Center. Had a great view of the Town Center skyline, which was spectacular with the Christmas lighting. Incredible staff. I have never stayed anywhere where the staff was so nice across the board. Absolutely love the shower. Great water pressure, shower head with pulsing massage. Large room and comfortable bed.

The walls to the room must be paper thin. The first night my husband and I was waken by the sound of someone having sex in the room beside us. This was at 1:30 in the morning and it continued for a few hours. The second night it was a group of people that when they got off the elevator all you could hear was profanity. The hotel was nice and clean but you can’t get any sleep there.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable but the hotel was loud. No insulation maybe because we heard doors shutting and people walking around all night. Then at 630 am the dumpster right outside our window was emptied and the bangs woke us up. The checkin agent was not friendly and seemed annoyed every time we asked a question.

We were not able to even check in- no rooms available due to the Shamrock Marathons EVEN with a reservation - told us it would be a long wait to possibly get a room, at 6pm when we arrived (check in started at 3pm) said they only had two housekeepers on staff and hopefully more people would check out to possibly get us a room- we booked this room WEEKS in advance for a family event. Truly believe they over sold/committed for the weekend to others that paid more money then the expieda rate- would give this hotel zero stars, and do not book if major event happing in Va beach - they had two moms with kids crying in lobby over this situation and our family drove 3 hours home due to no where to stay- at least thankful to Expedia for helping with the cancellation at no charge - seriously worst hotel experience ever

The hotel is brand new. Almost everything about the hotel is outstanding. Things can happen that’s out of anyone’s control, that being said, went to take a shower and there wasn’t enough water coming out of the shower to use it. Notified the front desk and never heard back. After 1 hour I went down to the front desk and was told that everything looked good on their end, and no one else complained. He said that too many people must be using the water at the same time. After more discussion, he finally said, it’s your problem and walked away. After refusing to refund my money because of renting thru Expedia, I finally said, please put me in a new room, after more discussion he finally agreed to give me a new room. The water worked okay in the new room. Note: things can happen anytime or anywhere and I can accept that, but I can’t accept being told “it’s your problem”. All he had to do at the beginning was to just offer a new room!!!!!

The lady that checked me in was wonderful, but the lady I guess that just finished her shift was griping at her instead of taking to the side to discuss some problems she was having. The morning girl, I told her I had to check out early bc of a death in the family. Well I still have to check you out for Friday. While interrupting another guest that was trying to get help from her. She just stopped helping him and helped me. Not professional.

This was a great property! After staying at another hotel in the Virginia Beach area and being less than impressed, I was happy to find this location available. It is within walking distance to Town Center and is across the street from a scenic walking path. The breakfast options were diverse each day, and I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio in the afternoon.
