LOVE this hotel. We came for the Outlets and shopping....this hotel is perfectly located. Very clean, staff was amazing and helpful. They even had "Happy Mother's Day" decorations at the front desk. Nice touch! Everything about the room was perfect. Thank you

Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Room Conditions I had a very frustrating experience with both the hotel’s service and room conditions. 1. Poor Front Desk Responsiveness After checking out, I realized I had left behind my extended MacBook cable and charger. I called the front desk that evening, but the night shift representative put me on hold for 15 minutes without returning. I called a second time and was again placed on hold for another 20 minutes while they supposedly checked the logbook and Lost & Found, but no one ever came back on the line. On my third call, I was told a note would be left for housekeeping team and that I should call back the next morning. When I did, I was simply told nothing had been reported and the case was closed. This process was extremely inefficient and a complete waste of time. There was no follow-up, accountability, or real effort to assist. 2. Poor Room Air Quality In addition, the room’s air quality was very poor. Although I don’t typically have allergiet but a symptoms of itchy throat, runny nose were bad enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. I had to turn off the air conditioning to feel better, which made the room uncomfortably stuffy. As a result, I did not get a good night’s sleep and had to purchase allergy medication the next day. Overall This stay did not meet basic expectations. I hope the hotel improves both staff responsiveness and room maintenance moving forward.

Property was in excellent condition. Great location next to restaurants and quality outlet shops. I didn’t bring my pets on this trip, but I smiled when I saw a “treat-jar” full of tasty snacks for fur babies. If I need to travel in this area again, I will be staying here for sure
