A great experience overall. The pool is small but the water is very warm, great for little kids and my kids had a lot of fun because they can stay in for a long time and won't get cold. Clean room and everywhere. Nice breakfast goes from 6-10am.

My friend and I had a "cat slumber party" in which I brought my new kitten to the hotel for her to meet. The staff were really nice, the rooms were clean, and it was a low-key, enjoyable stay. Parking was plentiful (and free!), and there was a good selection of food at the complimentary breakfast. The only unfortunate thing was that the bar is closed on the weekend so we couldn't grab a drink as hoped. Otherwise, a great stay! Highly recommended!

Modern hotel, nice clean rooms. Amazing fitness centre and very good service. Only knock was the pool was on the smaller size so not conducive to laps but likely great for kids.

The room was in excellent condition and very modern, spacious. The cost included breakfast that had hot and cold items, so that was good. We had a few drinks at the bar, which though small, was welcoming and comfortable. All staff at the front desk, dining room and bar were friendly and very professional. The hotel is also close to the major highways for travel. I would totally recommend this hotel.

We like thius hotel, but once again the EV chargers failed to connect to our car, in spite of using the app and following the instructions. As the other chargers in the vicinity worked, this appears to be a charger problem.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, quiet, and helpful staff. Somehow my booking got changed for the next day, and they guy at the front corrected the error. Very nice of him to help with this error from the system. I have to say, I always look for hairs on the beds, and this hotel was clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

The staff are great. Breakfast is great. They are welcoming of pets. My duvet cover had a stain on it so I did not use the duvet. Room tidy is every other day and they didn't leave extra toilet paper even if it was down to 1/3 roll. They need to leave extra. I ended up getting some off the cleaning card in the hallway. Also the coffee cups (paper) were not stocked each time and not with cream/sugar etc. need to check that every other day. Little things bring it to a 4 but overall was very nice and great friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is well-maintained. My partner and I were impressed with the service, the breakfast, and the amenities. The rooms, hallways, dining area, and entrance are super clean. I definitely would come back here if I’m ever in the Burlington/Hamilton area

Bedding was not very clean. Some hairs and small stains on duvet We asked for fresh bedding but it was not changed

The entire building shows how the workers care about their work, all the common areas were clean and I was impressed how the hot buffet was displayed and kept cleaned at all the times of service. Excellent work. It encourages people to return and have a great time.

The first room wasn’t properly cleaned in the bathroom, which made me skeptical about the overall quality of cleaning. I had a bad allergic reaction. It seemed like the rooms were dusty or maybe even had pets. The staff was very friendly, but there was no daily housekeeping. On the bright side, the breakfast was great and perfect for a family.

I enjoying staying at this hotel as the staff are friendly and helpful. It is extremely clean and well kept. The towels are fresh and newer. Better than some other high end hotels I have stayed at in the Burlington area.

Very beautiful and stylish studio suite. Large area with an amazing ambiance. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the sofa bed. It had very little support and the metal bars on the bed frame were very uncomfortable. Needed a bit of a thick mattress. Everything else was superb. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with too many options and nice tasting fresh foods. Overall very happy and will stay again.

The staff were friendly and accomadaying. The unfortunate thing about our visit is night we checked in their entire network was down and I was in town on business. Needless to say it was a decent stay for the price.

The bed is absolutely terrible. I've stayed in a couple of the rooms at this hotel over the last week and they all have very bad beds. The mattress dips in the middle on each side of the bed and you feel the springs. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel is fine, seems to be clean enough (except for the desk chairs which are stained). Breakfast is nothing spectacular, but my rating didn't include how I felt about the breakfast because i prefer better quality food, but I am mindful of where I am staying.

We appreciated how big the room was and the couch was very comfortable. The curtains were inadequate and the room was incredibly bright very early in the morning. Any staff we interacted with were very friendly!

Excellent location close enough to (but outside of the bustle of) Toronto. Friendly belpful staff. Concierge (Gilbert) went above and beyond; I've never felt so well taken care of.

I used to stay here frequently and the front desk staff were friendly and always remembered their guests and were hospitable. Not sure if they have left but the front desk staff during my recent stay were not in the right field for their personality. Their demeanor set the tone for my stay and I couldn't wait to leave. I'm not sure if I'll be back. Also, even if it's a holiday Monday the guests should still have food options. We were told the kitchen was closed after breakfast so no onsite food options. Not a hospitable hotel. No major restaurant onsite and will need a car or Uber to get to nearby food places. All the more reason for the hotel to staff kitchen everyday including holidays. Maybe the hotel is under new management or something because it didn't used to be this way. It used to be one of my go-to hotels in the area. There are other options I will explore for the next time. This one is no longer up to Hilton standards.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel, the quality and size of the rooms. Having stayed here a couple of times and enjoyed all my visits, this time I was disappointed with the reception by Maria who seemed as though she was doing us a favour checking us in. Her reception was cold and below par compared to my experiences with others from previous visits and Alexa during the day. It was same thing the 2nd night when I had to request for garbage bags. I was also disappointed that our rooms were not cleaned the next day - 24th December, understanding that they had noted there wasn’t going to be staff to do so on the 25th. I had to take out my garbage myself. Disappointing. Same thing with breakfast where it was only 1 staff on duty both mornings. It felt like being in boarding school, lining up to get breakfast. Options for breakfast too were limited. Wasn’t impressed this time at all, compared to my previous visits. Would consider other hotels in the future. Alexa however was awesome. Her demeanour, reception and willingness to assist guests was amazing. I remember needing milk at the restaurant and rather than let them know at the restaurant, she jumped right in to get it from the kitchen. She always wore a smile which I think was a big deal as well. Hers was a clear opposite to our experience with Maria. She’s clearly an asset to the establishment. Overall experience this time (4th visit to this hotel in the last year) was average.

One night stay with a very late check-in at 11pm. Clerk was thorough but not at all friendly. I was too tired to care after all that driving.

Great location for travellers coming from Toronto down to Niagara Falls and over into the US. Hotel room was large and clean, the only thing is the breakfast would benefit from some more choices such as bacon

Looks like a newly-built hotel. Bright lobby, friendly staff and the double-queen room was clean and roomy. Breakfast was ok. Shares a parking lot with an A&W, auto repair shop and a car wash. But easy to get to and convenient location.

We stayed here for a concert in Toronto. The hotel was great, staff t friendly and helpful! It’s 5 mins to the GO station which makes it very convenient to get to Toronto. The breakfast was awesome for my 2 hungry teenagers in the morning. Will stay again!!

Driving onto the property was unique. You can't make a left if you are coming from the west. Google maps prompts you to drive past the property then make a U-turn and return back to the hotel. Same applies when leaving the property. You can only make a right when you exit onto the road. Not a big deal, but plan accordingly.

The hotel was quiet, clean and convenient with lots of restaurants and close to the Appelby Go train station which goes straight downtown every 30 minutes. Definitely recommended!

I just came back from Hampton Inn Burlington. The beds were fantastic and I slept very well. However the room was super huge so it didn't give you that "comfy" and cozy feeling. Also the TV was in a weird position and way too far from the beds. But I am unsure if that was just our room. I will say tho that our room would have been great for anyone with a wheelchair (s) because of the space. The main issue that I had tho was that I had to wait for at least 10 to 15 minutes to get my hot breakfast on Sunday. I realize that the hotel was fully booked but the hotel should have planned accordingly for that. But on the plus they did allow me to extend my check out time So all in all I am not sure how I feel lol. Mixed feelings would be the word here. I may/may not come back.

No bar or restaurant on weekends! Playing hard and fast with the title swimming pool. It was more like a kids wading pool. The breakfast was poor to say the least. The room was nice, and the general standard of cleanliness seemed good.
