Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ

The house was roomy. It did look like it needed a deep cleaning. The main master bedroom had a broken bed when we arrived. We had to have some people sleep on the couch. The boards under the bed were broken in half and sticking out the side of the bed. We had to wait until the next day for someone to come fix it. Wasted a whole morning for them to come fix it. I paid for 4 bedrooms and was only able to use 3 that first night. They came and replaced some boards on the bed. The mattresses were very thin also on the beds. The nightstand next to the bed also fell over when we placed a phone on it. Spoke to the manager there asked for a late check out for compensation. She stated there was someone checking in. We checked out and no one even went to clean the room until after 12pm. Overall it was ok for a budget townhouse.

The house needs some improvement, master bath door needs to be replaced, tiles around the pool area are broken, TV in the living area too small and old, no matter what channel you watch, everything is blue color. Lights in the pool doesn't work. Big Ants and roaches were found in the master bath.

The pool was gross and didn’t step foot in it. The place was not cleaned, couch and carpet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Place had roaches and ants on lower floors. Bed sheeting had some sort of mites/tiny bugs . The pool and onsite cabana and clubhouse close too early sunset and 7 pm respectively). Would never stay there again or recommend it

Gated community, very safe.

I like the location of the property.
