This was such a wonderful hotel. There were small misshaps but this can happen anywhere. But every single staff member was so nice. Big thanks to the front office manager who went above and beyond. The beach is right across the street and the ocean view rooms are a dream come true. Only thing is that i wish the pool was warmer we only went once and it was so cold that we just prefered to walk to the beach. Oh and also great service from the restaurant team and the f&b manager it was wonderful to them and sharing tips about the city.

This place was amazing, we just went for dinner one night at the roof and the hospitality was through the roof… we ended up booking 2 nights and had a great time the pool with bar was a great touch and it was fun to hangout with the bartender Nam great guy.

The pool is very clean if a bit cool because it is fully under a roof. Excellent housekeeping because any sand we brought back from the beach was gone after the daily cleaning. Lobby was a little warm. Roof top restaurant was nice. Good burger, soups, and pizza. Comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower.

新しくてとてもキレイな素敵なホテルです朝食も種類が多くて美味しかったです５泊しましたが、全制覇できなかったですステーキやケーキがあるのには驚きましたプールも直射日光が当たらなくて居心地はいいですが、水が冷たいのが難点です乾季に行きましたが、毎日水は冷たかったです水温が高ければもっと楽しめると思いますあとビーチベッドの台数を増やして欲しいですアメニティですが、コンディショナーが無いのは残念でした立地は微妙です目の前のビーチは過ごしやすくないですし、近くに素敵なお店もないです毎日grabでどこかに出かけていました

普通のビーチリゾートの良い目のホテルです。受付スタッフなどの対応は非常によかったです。部屋も広くて眺望もいいですが、シャワーなどの水回りによくみると小さい虫がいたので、気になる人は気になるかもしれません。プールに置いてあるデッキチェアーのマットが割としっかりカビて汚れていたので、これも気になる人は気になるポイントな気がします。朝食ビュッフェは普通に美味しかったです。ポーターさんには、半ば奪うように強引に荷物を取られ、部屋まで来ると、「スリッパはそこ」など見たらわかるどうでもいい説明をひとしきりし始め、なかなか部屋から出て行こうとせず、チップが欲しいんだろうなと感じました。ベトナムではもともとチップの習慣がないと聞いていますが、高級ホテルで働くと欧米の方々はチップを渡すので、そういう期待をされてしまうのかなと思います。ホテルでマッサージを受けた際には、何度も「私のサービスはどうだったか？」を確認され、普通によかったと答えるとチップを要求されました。もともとはチップの習慣がない国の者同士なので、本当に心から良いサービスでありがとうと思ったら気持ちをお渡しすればいいし、そうでなければ無理にみんなに渡す必要はないのかな、と個人的には思いますが、その辺りは人それぞれですかね。

Must read. So I will start with the positive with this hotel. I stay for 21 days with a nice room with balcony and sea view. The level of staff and employees at the hotel is most definitely a 5 star hotel worthy. Smooth check-in and checkout. The different services provided at the hotel is also at a good level. The biggest downside of this hotel is the soundproofing. It’s actually non existent unfortunately. You can hear everything at any time. Some noice is always expected but this was at a different level and nothing I experienced at a 5 star hotel, So next time I would choose a different hotel due to this reason alone. Location and everything else was good.

We had the ocean view suite on the 24th floor and the view was unbelievable. The beach is across the street from the property. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the pool bar. The only piece of constructive feedback we can offer is that housekeeping did not come every day. The first time we alerted them, we discovered it was our mistake. We had inadvertently put on a light indicating we didn't want our room cleaned. After that first night, we did not use that light again, however we were missed a second day. Even after calling they only brought fresh towels. We arrived after dinner to still have an unmade bed and sand on the floor. This was a minor inconvenience during an amazing trip, and it didn't ruin our night. We'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Checked out first thing the next morning, definitely note a beachfront hotel as the beach is across a major very busy road, the beach area in front of the hotel is dirty and no loungers or anything to even hire. The area is very noisy and the rooms you could hear absolutely everything, we did not get no sleep.

We had the best time in Danang staying at Awaken Hotel. The rooms are clean and fresh-smelling. The food is tasty. It’s also centrally-located- so many restaurants, shops, and spas nearby. Of course the beach is just across the street! The best thing about Awaken is the service. The staff are helpful and courteous, they also have great recommendations (thanks Haley!). The hotel manager, Ricky, even checked on us. Awaken really has 5-star service! We will definitely come back!

Excellent & friendly staff. Very clean. However, it advertises as a 5* hotel, when it is more like a 3.5* hotel in almost all aspects. For example: - pool ran out of towels and offered no solution - gym has good equipment for a hotel, but it has no AC, towels or water cooler - breakfast buffet. Both the food and atmosphere was like that of a 3-4* hotel - very noisy. No sound buffering / or sound proofing. We were woken up before 7AM every day with noise from the hallway - very slow for drinks to arrive (both at the pool and at the rooftop bar), even though the place was mostly empty If they had advertised as a 3* hotel I would have been very happy. However my expectations are higher whe booking a 5* hotel, so we were somewhat disapointed.

It was difficult getting to destination but Lucyy was in touch with me for almost 12 hours during our long flight delay and made sure our transport was at airport when we got there. She gave outstanding service and helped out in every way possible. All staff was great and ready to help but Lucyy went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and had everything we needed.

I had an amazing experience at Awaken Hotel in Da Nang, thanks to the exceptional service from Nam at the pool bar. Nam made incredible drinks and truly went above and beyond with his customer service—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. He made every visit to the pool feel like a luxury experience. The breakfast buffet was another standout—honestly, some of the best food I’ve ever had at a hotel. The braised ribs were to die for. We arrived early to a very busy hotel. Our room was not ready. A couple of hours later, the lobby was full of people waiting. About an hour after check-in time, the lobby was empty and we got our room. Staff were apologetic. That was the only hiccup. Everything else was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. The rooftop restaurant was good and the view fabulous. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The hotel is located a little way from the centre of beachside activity, but a quieter area was a good choice and taxis to go elsewhere were easy to use. We enjoyed the beach, just across the road. We were especially grateful to Katy at reception. She was the one who tried her best to get us checked in and was, for the rest of our stay, attentive and helpful. We appreciated that. A great place to stay in Da Nang.

Decent. A bit further away from the main beach areas, but isn’t far away with a grab. The service with luggage and check in was good, and got better when we checked out. Loud karaoke noises and the breakfast has a lot of echo with the big crowd in the morning. Decent place for the price, but could probably find better with good research.

We had a great time at Awaken Hotel Danang. The hotel was well maintained and ran efficiently. The staff were courteous and professional. Every day breakfast was really good with great variety of dishes. We especially appreciated Supervisor Cong Phat and Executive Chef Thanh Tran and all other staff at the breakfast room for their attention and professionalism. We definitely will come back again and again to this sweet hotel.

This was our 2nd stay at Awaken. Our first trip was great so we decided to book here again. This trip was extremely disappointing. The room wasn’t ready at the stated check-in time, the staff didn’t seem to know what to do and worst of all was the bathroom. The shower didn’t work and the bathtub flooded the entire room. The upstairs restaurant served overpriced food that was cold. Again, poor service and a staff with not enough training. Staff was very slow to fix the problems and in the end we had to tell them to come fix it and 2 nights already in the room. We will not book the Awaken again and would not recommend it.

Overall, the hotel is very clean and the service is very nice. They all very helpful, however the breakfast and the swimming pool aren't my expected. The breakfast tastes just ok, and the swimming pool size is small.
