The place was great for the price! The hot tub is awesome, felt great after being at the beach. Beautiful neighborhood, close walk to the beach. The ONLY negative was the odor in the carriage house. If I owned the property I would invest in making that room nicer, both the bedroom and game room. The amenities are nice and the customer service was 10/10.

Property was exactly as listed. Perfect in every way for us, except one thing. Cameras! I get one on the driveway and front door. But in a private enclosed area where the hot tub was. It was like an outdoor living room. But with someone watching, and presumably listening. And teenage daughters using the hot tub. We still spent time out there, but with this strange camera looking at us the entire time and who knows watching it…creepy.

From the moment we got there it was magical. The house was cozy, well maintained and stocked. The neighborhood was cute. We liked the kitchen becauseour family does a lot of cooking and eating. The walk to the beach seemed a bit longer than the ad said, and it seemed a bit intrusive to have the security camera worth the hot tub in view. Otherwise your home was the perfect spot for our family. Ages 1 to 90.

My husband with our kids and significant others started the weekend here. We had an amazing time. I do give warning that the master bath steam from the shower can set off the smoke detector in the Master bedroom… Whoops! So please open the window to help resolve this issue. Having the little bistro across the street is awesome and the food and coffee is great! The extra parking was needed and that was just right next to the house so that made it great. We enjoyed the hot tub. It is set at 104 which was a bit too hot for us but we just took the top off for a bit before we got in to let that cool down before getting in. We would definitely rent this again! The King Family

The house is super cute and had lots of amenities. We had four couples and we all felt comfortable and relaxed in the variety of rooms. My brother and SIL had the apartment above the garage and they loved having their own space away from the main house. We enjoyed the hot tub and were thankful that my nephew's dog could accompany us as well. The only drawback was the gameroom, which we were all looking forward to having some fun in however it smelled so badly that we didn't want to linger. It's clearly had some water damage. Also the Ms Pac-man we couldn't get to work because it kept glitching out and the air hockey paddles are missing lots of the felt that makes them glide smoothly. Other than the gameroom, the place is awesome though! We were just really looking forward to family game nights is all but we found other things to play instead.

We had a great time. Main house was comfortable; game room was fun, and the hot tub was nice to have at night. Our only minor complaint was that the cleaners went to town with some highly fragrant cleaning material, which didn't smell great and lingered the whole time we were there. Loved the neighborhood, house and property. Hot tub was in great condition and clean. Beds were comfy. Front and backyard space were lovely. Across from crepe cafe and block from a neighborhood playground. The beach is just a short walk. Spotted seals swimming each day :)

We enjoyed staying in the Bella Beach neighborhood. However, this house definitely needs some updating, and there were also some cleanliness and safety issues throughout. The bonus carriage house is a nice plus if you have extra guests, but we didn't. We loved the hot tub and the fireplace.

We were disappointed in the access to the beach. It was more than stated distance. The stairs were very steep for one of us who is over 70. The mold smells in the cottage was overwhelming. This should be taken care of. Mold is mold.

I cannot say enough positive things about this rental! It was super clean, very well stocked, beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect. We are a large family and the Tides at Bella Beach was everything we hoped for. Quick walk to the beach and a cute coffee shop right across the street. Awesome game area for the kids, clean hot tub to relax in, and Weber grill to bbq. I highly recommend that his place to anyone looking for a relaxing Depoe Bay Vacation!!

We had a full house with 4 kids and 4 adults but the house had plenty of space so we didnt feel crowded, all of the beds were very comfortable. I do feel like the kitchen could be reworked just for the cupboard space because we didnt have anywhere to put our groceries due to over crowding with extra dishes. The beach is beautiful and we spent most of our time there and the walk was really not bad at all. We love your home and will definitely be booking again soon!

There are several things not functioning properly in the unit: main bath door handle is broken, main bath light didn’t always turn off when switch was turned off and inside of toaster is broken so bread is burnt across the middle. The front door pad was hard to use - may be low on batteries. The bedding and furniture have seen some better days. The location was convenient, but the stairwell upstairs was extremely steep and long.

This is a wonderful accommodation for those seeking a family gathering. A wonderful coffee shop directly across the street. Plenty of comfortable beds and baths. The hot tub is private and the home has plenty of seating, albeit the couch has seen better days. Kitchen well-equipped. The game room a big hit with the grands. The beach is a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes. And what a wonderful beach it is.

Great little house cute. Good location but not enough heat sources for it being winter it wasn’t warm in the living room took a full day to warm up the upstairs bedroom with the twin beds. The heater doesn’t work, but overall had a great experience. One of the outlets was broken in the living room but overall we really liked her place. Thank you.

Comfortable accommodations and great location. Family of 7 adults stayed here. Very clean with lots of towels! (Found the throw rugs with no rubber backing on the wood floors to be a slipping hazard.) So many places to relax. Large hot tub. Found the key to the hot tub in a lockbock next to the door of the carriage house. There is a small and quaint Cafe across the street with good food and great coffee. A short walk to the dog-friendly beach where there are stairs from a deck overlooking the ocean. There is a landing half way down to the beach but my husband has trouble walking and gets winded so he chose to stay and rest on the deck. There is also limited parking available near this beach access. Short drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Tillamook Creamery and Georgie's (a restaurant we found overlooking the ocean). We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful.
We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. This is the cutest house and they have made the most of the space! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party and there was ample space to stretch out. The kids loved the game room! We enjoyed the hot tub and bbq grill as well. Everything was provided, from towels and bedding, to toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and garbage bags. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to either Lincoln City or Depoe Bay/ Newport. This is our new favorite- we also loved the Cafe across the street.

Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 6-11yo) and grandma had a great time. The hot water heater broke near the beginning of our stay. The owner and mgmt co. did their best to address the situation as quickly as possible in a little town. Communication was great! Fortunately, there's a shower in the loft above the garage w/ its own water heater that we were able to use. My kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the game room despite the musty smell (just open the windows!) and grandma had a blast with her own space in the loft. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Grandma got there first w/ the kiddos... and upon coming and going and having to lock doors - it's interesting that the combination lock is on the "front" door where you canNOT park and unload. Would prefer to have the lock near the driveway for ease of access and to lessen confusion. This house is right across from the cute cafe. Our walk to the beach wasn't too bad! Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 6-11yo) and grandma had a great time. The hot water heater broke near the beginning of our stay. The owner and mgmt co. did their best to address the situation as quickly as possible in a little town. Communication was great! Fortunately, there's a shower in the loft above the garage w/ its own water heater that we were able to use. My kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the game room despite the musty smell (just open the windows!) and grandma had a blast with her own space in the loft. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Grandma got there first w/ the kiddos... and upon coming and going and having to lock doors - it's interesting that the combination lock is on the "front" door where you canNOT park and unload. Would prefer to have the lock near the driveway for ease of access and to lessen confusion. This house is right across from the cute cafe. Our walk to the beach wasn't too bad! Beautiful beach for all to enjoy.

The house is super cute and had lots of amenities. We had four couples and we all felt comfortable and relaxed in the variety of rooms. My brother and SIL had the apartment above the garage and they loved having their own space away from the main house. We enjoyed the hot tub and were thankful that my nephew's dog could accompany us as well. The only drawback was the gameroom, which we were all looking forward to having some fun in however it smelled so badly that we didn't want to linger. It's clearly had some water damage. Also the Ms Pac-man we couldn't get to work because it kept glitching out and the air hockey paddles are missing lots of the felt that makes them glide smoothly. Other than the gameroom, the place is awesome though! We were just really looking forward to family game nights is all but we found other things to play instead.

It is a cute little house in a great location. We didn’t understand that we had to add the check sign after the number in order to unlock the door. I couldn’t get an immediate answer from the property manager. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. We couldn’t use the hot tub because it was locked up and not heated. We had no internet for 24 hours. One couple stayed in the carriage house and there were no wash cloths, dishes or cutlery. The game room smelled of mildew so bad we did not use it. It is not senior friendly in the downstairs bathroom or getting from the parking at night. The yard has dangerous roots sticking out etc. The owner did listen to our complaints and hopefully these things will be addressed.

We were disappointed in the access to the beach. It was more than stated distance. The stairs were very steep for one of us who is over 70. The mold smells in the cottage was overwhelming. This should be taken care of. Mold is mold.

I cannot say enough positive things about this rental! It was super clean, very well stocked, beds were super comfy, and the location was perfect. We are a large family and the Tides at Bella Beach was everything we hoped for. Quick walk to the beach and a cute coffee shop right across the street. Awesome game area for the kids, clean hot tub to relax in, and Weber grill to bbq. I highly recommend that his place to anyone looking for a relaxing Depoe Bay Vacation!!

Comfortable accommodations and great location. Family of 7 adults stayed here. Very clean with lots of towels! (Found the throw rugs with no rubber backing on the wood floors to be a slipping hazard.) So many places to relax. Large hot tub. Found the key to the hot tub in a lockbock next to the door of the carriage house. There is a small and quaint Cafe across the street with good food and great coffee. A short walk to the dog-friendly beach where there are stairs from a deck overlooking the ocean. There is a landing half way down to the beach but my husband has trouble walking and gets winded so he chose to stay and rest on the deck. There is also limited parking available near this beach access. Short drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Tillamook Creamery and Georgie's (a restaurant we found overlooking the ocean). We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the neighborhood, house and property. Hot tub was in great condition and clean. Beds were comfy. Front and backyard space were lovely. Across from crepe cafe and block from a neighborhood playground. The beach is just a short walk. Spotted seals swimming each day :)

We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful.

My husband with our kids and significant others started the weekend here. We had an amazing time. I do give warning that the master bath steam from the shower can set off the smoke detector in the Master bedroom… Whoops! So please open the window to help resolve this issue. Having the little bistro across the street is awesome and the food and coffee is great! The extra parking was needed and that was just right next to the house so that made it great. We enjoyed the hot tub. It is set at 104 which was a bit too hot for us but we just took the top off for a bit before we got in to let that cool down before getting in. We would definitely rent this again! The King Family

The house was very nice. It gave us weary travelers what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good. Very quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach, and the coffee shop across the street is probably going to miss our business. It also gave us a couple of ideas for our beach rental that we are renovating. A double thumbs up as far as we are concerned. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a wonderful accommodation for those seeking a family gathering. A wonderful coffee shop directly across the street. Plenty of comfortable beds and baths. The hot tub is private and the home has plenty of seating, albeit the couch has seen better days. Kitchen well-equipped. The game room a big hit with the grands. The beach is a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes. And what a wonderful beach it is.

This is the cutest house and they have made the most of the space! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party and there was ample space to stretch out. The kids loved the game room! We enjoyed the hot tub and bbq grill as well. Everything was provided, from towels and bedding, to toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and garbage bags. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to either Lincoln City or Depoe Bay/ Newport. This is our new favorite- we also loved the Cafe across the street.

This adorable house is in a perfect quiet location in Lincoln City. A few minutes drive to Depoe Bay and Newport and a few minute walk to the to the beautiful beach where we saw starfish, jellyfish, and pelicans. At night we loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the game room. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of towels.
