Great position for access to the show. Lovely staff on reception on our arrival. The only thing that let this hotel down is the lack of a restaurant, we tried to book into the Holiday Inn as mentioned for food but it was always fully booked. Breakfast was also full each day with no seating left so we sat in the lounge area to eat ours as did others. I think eventually it will miss out on bookings as we would use the Holiday Inn next time just for ease of getting an evening meal.

This is an excellent hotel. Easy parking. Nice friendly efficient check in. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. A good selection for the continental breakfast. Be aware that there is no restaurant in this hotel but it's a very short walk to the hotel next door which has a good one. My one criticism of this hotel is the 'bar' in the evenings. Nice friendly service, but considering the high prices charged we couldn't even get a slice of lemon or lime in our drinks, which is very low class in my opinion. The area that the bar is in more resembles a children's classroom.

The only problem was I wanted to charge my ev but could not due to the awkward app system it was on. There was also no signal. It wants to be updated to a contactless payment system. That way you would not loose the business. I went up the road in the end and got charging straight away with some one who had contactless.

The property was easily accessible and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, not sure why there couldn't be eggs? We have 2 dogs and they were accepted, however we had to leave the bar area in the evening despite only a handful of people being in there, because they served breakfast in there. This wasn't communicated at check-in when we paid £20 per dog. The toilet paper was small and the tap spout was too near the side of the sink. The EV charger would only charge at 3.5 kwh and was expensive for that rate. It is outsourced so the staff won't have anything to do with it.

It was a nice hotel but was confused to discover the pool was next door and I had to pay extra for it. I searched for 'hotels with a pool' and the International came up. Luckily the lovely lady on the desk explained we could use the pool next door but it was at extra £16 for me to go with my children. There was a good complimentary breakfast, it was a very clean hotel with an excellent bathroom! Telly didnt work (only showed bbc 1 and 2) and the internet was down so we didn't get the relaxing lie in we hoped for with two young children bored in the morning from 6am! Very noisy event next door until late also.

Great place for an overnight stop on a long journey, convenient for the motorway. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is really good value and included in the very reasonable room price. A good selection of restaurants is just a short walk away. We'll be back again.

Cleanliness was ok- few errant hairs in the bathroom, sheets were crisp and fresh. However the bed's condition was poor - the mattress had a huge divot in the middle so much so we kept sliding down into it. Shower temp was lukewarm and unable to get hotter. We only had to stay for one night so for the closeness to the international center and the included breakfast -which was quite a nice spread- it was fine.

Room was very nice and clean, but not the bathroom - balls of long hair wrapped around the tap and on the shower floor, dirt on the sink, it wasn't very pleasant at all.

Staff were excellent, both friendly and helpful. The whole place was spotlessly clean, from the room and bathroom to the communal and breakfast areas. The electric car charging was very good and the staff knew how it worked - which is not always the case but a huge bonus if you have an issue! We stayed to attend a funeral and had a long journey, so the ironing facilities and tea and coffee in the room were great additions for us too. I’m unlikely to need to stay in this area in the future, but I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I was to be in this area. It was very reasonably priced for the standard and facilities available.

Great hotel right next to Telford International centre. The rooms are a little tired but the bed was very comfortable, with pillow choice too. The shower was amazing, powerful!!! Breakfast was very average. Room & facilities were excellent. Sleeping experience less so. Noisy generator (all night long) & the room was illuminated by a very bright external security light even with thick curtains (room 470). Also woken by staff talking & laughing outside the hotel at 2am!

Stayed for a night — staff were honestly great, really friendly and helpful. The place itself is a bit dated, decor-wise, and breakfast was a bit limited on hot options. That said, it did the job for a short stay. I’d stay again if I needed to, but probably not for more than a night or two.

Unfortunately i was in a room at the back of the hotel where the kitchen extraction fans are the level of noise from the fans was just enough to make it impossible for me to sleep i suffer with tinnitus and certain noises can drive me mad. Unfortunately the extraction fan just hit the right note to drive me to sleep in the car in thd car park.

Booked by mistake another day(Sunday), being in a hurry to find an accommodation. Went to the hotel to try and change the day, with the extra cost involved. The man from the reception, a kind of manager, with beard and smelling like cigarettes, refused to help us, asking to pay the entire price for a new room. We tried to explained him it was by mistake and we won't stay there on Sunday, we need the room on Saturday, also we were willing to pay any difference in price, but he was so disagreeable. Therefore we paid for a room we've never used. I'm sure after this experience, I would never recommend this hotel for some of the unpleasant staff.

This was a last minute booking. Really great room rate. We were running a little late but staff were brilliant. Booking in was not bother and Courtney on the desk was understanding and very patient with frazzled travlers. The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable. Great pressure in the shower. Lovely breakfast, fresh and filling. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is clean unfortunately the staff at the reception not greatly helpful when asked for the air-conditioning swithc on and insisting that thats what you slow air-conditioning cooling in the hotel. When i have checked the vent there was no air flow through the vent so called them again and told them there isnt any air flow through the vent then told let me chexk and then she said she has just swithlched on the air flow medium and i should get the air throutge vent . It was probably hotest day of the year 12th July 2025. When I asked the room is not having any cooling effect and is there any fan available she said yes but i need to go down at the reception myself to get the fan. The restaurant staff was very good and helpful.

Our stay surpassed expectations. Check in was friendly and very professional. Everything was covered by the receptionist. The room was spacious and fresh - the bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and was much appreciated in the heatwave! Breakfast was plentiful and a small choice of cooked breakfast was on offer - all piping hot! The staff were very efficient at clearing tables and topping up supplies. Everything spotlessly clean. Well done and thanks to the amazing team at this hotel.

On arrival, I was made to wait for about 15/20 minutes to check in. Around 03:13 in the morning the guests in the next room were having a party… I had work the next day so I contacted the front desk and complained, to no avail they didn’t even bother going up to see what was going on!

Ideal location, visited the RAF Museum at Cosford. Great restaurants and cinemas nearby (walking distance). Everything that I needed for a short stay. Reception and breakfast staff friendly and helpful.

Great price, great service also had a good breakfast included all for a very good price. Beds are super comfy, location is perfect for town centre, everything was just perfect.

Great place for an overnight stop on a long journey, convenient for the motorway. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is really good value and included in the very reasonable room price. A good selection of restaurants is just a short walk away. We'll be back again.

The breakfast options was awful. Nothing for vegetarians The breakfast was meant to close at 10.am. But they had no options left at 9am. Run out of eggs, yogurt, min bread options When asked the server was that’s all we have it was shocking for the money I paid.

This is an excellent hotel. Easy parking. Nice friendly efficient check in. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. A good selection for the continental breakfast. Be aware that there is no restaurant in this hotel but it's a very short walk to the hotel next door which has a good one. My one criticism of this hotel is the 'bar' in the evenings. Nice friendly service, but considering the high prices charged we couldn't even get a slice of lemon or lime in our drinks, which is very low class in my opinion. The area that the bar is in more resembles a children's classroom.

Friendly check in and location is close to all amenities with a good offer for a Friday night. Room was very clean and comfortable with large open walk in shower. Highly recommend. Breakfast was free with the room it offered a good selection of fresh fruit, cereals and juices. The hot option only offered bacon, beans and scrambled egg.

Check in was nice and quick, informed bar and restaurant not open but advised to go sister hotel next door which was fine. Room clean and good, tv a little small compared to most nowadays. bed comfortable and remade daily without need to request. Only downside was breakfast, cooked breakfast was beans and bacon, nothing else, is enough for me not to revisit to be honest, feels like a fail.

Excellent Stay. All amenities were were what made it a pleasant stay. Unfortunately that can not be said about the food at the restaurant, which is next to the hotel. Very poor quality . Would recommend you eat elsewhere.
