I was very disappointed that upon arrival the gentleman at the desk saod we could swim at the pool. After changing and getting the kids all ready, the pool was closed. There was a sign on the foor stating it was closed due to levels being off. I would have went to another hotel for the children to enjoy their vacation!!

The whole place smells like weed, and it advertises itself as a non smoke area. The room was dirty, other people’s hair everywhere. They advertise a pool and the pool is full of black disgusting water. I made the mistake not to pack socks and my feet were black due to how dirty the floor was. I’ll never stay here again.

Very nice and clean. Room was comfortable. We only spent one night. We had an engagement and got back very late (around 3am) and the front doors were locked and no way to use a room key to get in? We pushed the buzzer several times with no response. After about 5 minutes several staff members just happened to show up and let us in, thank goodness. This needs to be adressed. Sometimes guests hours can be outside the norm - need a safe easy way to get into the hotel. But overall all stay was great. And the staff were very friendly.

Elevator wasn’t working when we checked in. We walked up stairs and it smelled like nothing but weed throughout the entire hallway all the way to our room 212. The entire night since checking in at 10pm. There was loud screaming and talking through the hall I and it felt unsafe and threatening. Around 2:30am a bunch of people came through making a bunch of noise screaming and laughing and fighting. A lady opened her door asking for a bit of quietness because her kids where trying to sleep too, they just laughed at her. Then at 6:20am 2 hours after I finally was able to sleep I and my partner where awoken by 4 gunshots and screaming all in the same hallway where my door was. This was genuinely terrifying. I called front desk and no answers nor solution could be given and they acted like it was all fine “yeah the cops should be coming anytime now.” Completely unacceptable. Sorry this was bad bad.

Tory was AMAZING. Superb customer service! Give that woman a raise!!! I had to change the linen myself but no big deal. Saw a few roaches which gave me some concern in my last two days here. All in all not a bad stay. Just wish the gym was open but it is under construction so hopefully whoever comes next will have access. Wasn’t a fan of having to find quarters for the laundry but made it work. I’d come back if it was another temporary stay.

Why do you post amenities such as pool. When in actuality the pool is closed. Totally disappointed and will be using a different travel app or website on my next trip. Its summer time so of course we want to have access to the pool when your site says its included. You should at least adjust your pricing or offer a prorated discount/refund when its a lie and the offered amenity itnot available.

It's decent. It appears they are renovating the property. The room is nice. The floors are strange and didnt feel clean. Also the pool is not working. Otherwise the place is good for a minimal stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel pictures were very deceiving and the cleanliness of the hotel was disgusting and there was trash in the hallway, roach spray behind the front desk. The elevator had an unpleasant smell, the rooms smelled like smoke, the bed sheets had stains. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor and should be remodeled/renovated.

Room was dirty. Looked like feces on bathroom door. Blood and dirt on shower curtain. Unsure if smoke detector working. Mattresses very hard, lumpy. ( evident new ones need to be purchased) Cigarette Smell plus had the smell of marijuana!! Carpets in the hall were filthy!!!! Note: pictures can be provided to prove everything I said. Recommendations: owner come and stay at his/Her own establishment and see how they like it. Periodic unannounced visits thereafter . Expedia, be careful recommending places as this on your website.

I cannot speak for the whole hotel, but I can only speak for the room that I stayed in. It was infested with roaches, more specifically inside the refrigerator and beyond the refrigerator. I only stayed for one hour after picking up a tote bag I had put on the floor, moved it and they scattered. The attendant at the desk offered me another room, but I couldn’t see it being any better. There is an infestation there. The door to the room had a huge gap in between the floor and the bottom of the door, I could stick my hand through it. That’s how wide the crack was. I do understand that this is a cheaper hotel, however, no one should have to rest their head with roaches for a night there.

I stayed 3 nights at the Spark by Hilton. Staff were very nice, accomodations clean Only issue was lack of sleep the last night because a family with a barking dog and late night gatgerings at 11pm and 2:30 moved in next door. They spoke loudly and dog had periodic barking fits. Very disruptive.

Amazing staff, always friendly and treat you like your home and part of the family. Always extremely accommodating and go above and beyond to assist in ensuring it’s a great stay. Very clean, beds so comfortable you may sleep through your alarm. lol. I always feel safe, welcome and taken care of when I stay and choose to continue to stay throughout my contracts over anywhere else knowing guaranteed I’ll have an amazing stay with no problems and if any issue should arise I.e. checking in late or even ordered me a pizza; they take care of it. Would highly recommend! This stay was particularly special thanks to the Front Desk Receptionist, by far my favorite so far! Looking forward to staying again!

The front desk clerk, Destini, went above and beyond for me. I am getting up there in age and it’s getting harder-and-harder traveling. She gave me a room that was so convenient for me and even offered to help with my belongings. I wish all Hotel Clerks were like Destini. Spark always delivers a nice room at a great price.

There was a shooting right outside the building and someone was yelling to get in a side door. I went up front to notify the front desk personnel who was asleep. Had to call the office phone to wake them up. And when I spoke to them their response was that there was police already there. And I notified them someone tried to get in a side door and she needed to call the police. Breakfast was a joke. This place is not like the pictures. AVOID

I overslept, which made me late checking out front desk tried calling but couldn’t get through because of dnd so they left a voicemail not knowing it was recording while talking crap about their customers. The previous night I was locked out of my hotel room and was standing at the front desk for 25 minutes so someone can open the door because they cut my card off when it was not my checkout day. I also called front desk three times to let someone know I was trying to get through the door but no answer. Then about 25 minutes after ringing the bell, and calling the front desk, the employee walks around on her mobile phone having a conversation. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. I come here every week and every time I come they try to put me in a room that I didn’t pay for. Perfect example.. I checked in Saturday she put me in the wrong room so I called front desk to let her know and her response was “ yeah that’s definitely not your room” but she put me in that room smh very very, very unprofessional and unorganized! This is definitely my last time staying at this hotel !!

Hotel was kinda dirty hair on the towels and some trash already in the trash cans but this morning me and my wife woke up to gun shots!!! We were terrified and hid for cover until police knocked at our door asking where we heard the shots from. We waited for an hour and quickly grabbed all our stuff and left. There was a blood trail down the hall and still pretty shaken up never felt so fearful of my life but glad we’re ok.

We arrived very late and greeted by Cody on reception who was super friendly and very helpful. The room was OK and clean enough. The communal areas were very tired and not as clean. The grab and go breakfast wasn't great. We just stayed for a night which was enough. None of this is a reflection on the staff who were all friendly.

Petting decent hotel and location if visiting the bases. Some obnoxious guest behaviors after hours but ear plugs helped. Breakfast also left something to be desired but many options in the area to subsidize that. Destini and the other team members were great.
