Fantastic Hotel, room was great, pool is lovely, lots of choice at breakfast and only 10 mins away from the heart of Chiang Mai. Lots to do in the area by the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again.

First time here and had a pleasant stay! Amenities like like gym and swimming pool are easy to locate. Plus point, if you’re hungry, you can head next to the hotel for a hotpot session with your folks or friends!

Excellent location and hotel was clean, breakfast spread was good. Didn’t try the gym or pool, but it looks well maintained. I appreciate that usb charging points and universal plugs were built into wall sockets, as i forgot to bring my travel adaptor. Only minus point is that there are 2 lobbies, and if you miss the check-in instructions, you may end up at wrong lobby…which means a considerable walking distance.

비행기 소음은 어쩔수 없는건데 T6이랑 T7이 수영장이랑 조식 먹는데랑 너무 멀리 떨어져 있고 밖으로 나가서 가야하는게 불편했어요. T7에서 체크인, 체크아웃 가능한데 그런 정보가 없네요…버기카 서비스는 좋았어요.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Room was clean but need more rack space to hang the clothes. Food were good for buffet style. The pool is small, the gym or “ fitness center “ are little small. The location is great. Easy walk to maya mall. We would stay here again if we come back to CNX.

Amazing property in Chiang Mai, rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Location is a little further from the center so it’s not so loud but still walkable to most things or a short grab ride away! The rooftop pool and bar was also really nice. Did not purchase breakfast as there are local nice food options within walking distance. Housekeeping standards are low, they kept missing issuing items on daily basis (Bathing towels, no trash bag in bins, no bathroom mattress, did not clear garbage etc). Bed quality is excellent though, mattress were clean and smell fresh.

Cons: The bathroom cabinet of our room was quite dusty. The hotel needs to improve its daily breakfast, too many Chinese dishes. Both Chinese & western dishes tasted poorly. The daily only one local Thai dish was good. I think the hotel should cook more local Thai dishes instead. Pros: Good location. Plenty of parking space. Friendly staffs.

The hotel was wonderful! The room and property was very clean! The location was wonderful to the mall and activities. If you are a light sleeper the airplanes overhead might keep waking up and the club next door also might keep you up. If can sleep through things then you will sleep great in the comfortable bed. The shower water in the morning was a little cold but at night it was perfect.

Uns hat die Lautstärke gestört. Wir waren im 4ten Stock und die Flugzeugen sind direkt über das Hotel geflogen. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig und wir haben sogar unseren Nachbarn schnarchen gehört und die Leute auf dem Gang haben wir ebenfalls gehört. Das Hotel ist auch nicht zentral. Personal und Zimmer waren allerdings top.

The location is very center of the nimman road which is very close to community mall and department store. However, it's more the tourist area than local one so the shops are for travelers and a bit expensive. The room is spacious and comfy. The staffs are very supportive and friendly.

Decent hotel. We had a bit of a rough start as we had been traveling 30 hours and we arrived at 1pm and we were told our room would be ready in an hour. We came back at 4pm and was told it still wasn't ready so that was our start. We had a 3 bed.room.so I'm assuming there weren't as many of those room types but an email notification to let us know it was ready would have been appreciated. The room was clean but missing some simple things like side tables so there weren't many places to put items. Bathroom was nice with 2 sinks and good shower. Wasn't too noisy other than hearing the planea from the nearby airport but that didn't bother us. The pool area was in building 1 and we were in building 6 of 7 buildings. There's actually a trolley that takes you to the different buildings as well as our of the complex.to the neighborhood which was nice. The pool area was nice but not too many seats and when we went in the afternoon was full of screaming children so it wasn't our scene. Also they don't serve alcohol even though it's listed as having options. They have a limited supply at that hotel so they didn't have any during our stay. Also in chiangmai they don't serve or you can't buy alxohol between 2pm and 5pm. Overall not a bad price for it, but I would probably stay elsewhere if I came back again.

整體都不錯。 1.但如同其他網友敘述飛機經過的聲音真的非常大！不建議對聲音敏感的人來住（每棟幾乎都聽得到，跟住哪區面哪區比較無相關） 2.房間內基礎設施嚴重不足，基本上完全沒有桌子（只有一個長型牆邊桌）帶宵夜回房間吃真的很不方便….基本上床頭櫃設計等都不是很好用很方便（但造型是好看的） 3.距離尼曼路還有距離，有提供高爾夫球車可接送，但須到達指定位置才行，不太方便，然後因飯店附近真的什麼都沒有（7-11也沒）晚上回去前都要先買好東西是小缺點。 - 整體環境都算舒適又乾淨，飯店非常大，頂樓泳池不太深很適合泡水或孩子玩耍

Location and service are fantastic and condition is brand new so that's amazing too. Toiletries are sustainable packaging and good quality. Designs of the hotel's grounds and rooms are thoughtful and best part is it's affordable. Will definitely come back.

Everything was good, except... Usually when I requested for Late Check-Out (in BKK amd other countries) the hotels will extend - from 12noon - to either 3pm or at least 1pm. This hotel, TNCM, only allowed until 12.30pm. In my view, might well state upfront no extension is allowed. Thank you.

De accomodatie was super en het personeel erg vriendelijk. Als er iets is (bij ons deed de tv het niet) lossen ze het snel en goed op. Enige puntje is dat de vliegtuigen die overkomen goed te horen zijn, maar de ligging bij maya mall in de buurt is wel weer juist heel fijn en handig.

I stayed there for 15 days. Cleaner was noisy 2 times. Security staff at a boom gate for parking very lazy, unhelpful and unwelcome. They were on phone ear all times. No staff help you to carry your luggage. They were 6 staffs at concierge desk when I was going to bring 4 luggages to airport shuttle bus. They just watched even they weren’t busy at that time. Poor service hotel ever

almost excellent except when i ask for room checkout extension , the service staff didnt not check which room i”m and straight away said no extension. payment for another night will be charge if need to extend even for few hours. Thought that can be better handle.

차량을 랜트하신다면 무조건 여기로 하세요. 정말 넓디 넓은 주차장, 그리고 순환도로가 바로 붙어 있어 어디든 가기 편해요. 다운타운도 아주 가까이 있어요. 걸어서 10분거리 입니다. 또한 님만 마야몰까지도 호텔 무료 차량이 있어서 차량을 파킹하고 호텔 차량으로 가셔서 한잔 하서도 됩니다. 저는 앞으로 치양마이는 무조건 여기....그리고 숙박비, 조식등도 가성비 최고
