The price and service don't match at all.

Beautifully appointed boutique resort in the old town with EXCEPTIONAL service by all staff! The decor and attention to all detail is AMAZING!! Very reasonably priced with a wonderful breakfast included - extremely good value!! Rooms are spacious, super clean with comfortable beds. The pool was beautiful, allbeit unheated, but refreshing on a hot day. The location is perfect for lots of walking to local restaurants, beautiful shops and temples. This is the IDEAL resort to stay at when visiting Chiang Mai

Superb hotel. Fantastic location, great pool, nice breakfast. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable bed, well-appointed, very quiet -- just perfect. And ... THE STAFF IS EXTRAORDINARY.

The whole property was well cared for and staff were excellent, helpful and cheerful. We were there for more than a week and the quality of these things stayed consistently high. The beds and bedding were also of high quality and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was good and had enough choices so that most quests would be satisfied. Two drawbacks worth mentioning; the pool is in the Shade for most of the day and therefore should be heated somewhat as it was truly too cold for most guests and the quality and quantity of food and drinks ( serving size) were not equal to some and very high priced for Chiang Mai over all. The Hotel is beautiful and we enjoyed it very much and would absolutely return and recommend this property.

The rooms are clean and extremely well appointed, however, we did not know that there were rooms in darkness with a tiny window and no outside sitting space or view of the stunning pool. Wed stayed here before in a beautiful ground floor room terrace overlooking the tea house. Brought friends thinking would be just as lovely, but alas we didn’t know.
