Amazing hotel, very convenient because it was near a mall and a night market, parking was easy to access, the view of the mountain was great! Just needed to update a few things in the room. Overall, would love to stay at Eastin Tan Hotel again!

非常便宜，泊車方便多車位。泳池很多韓國人，很混亂。多年前住過，房間設備開始舊了。

님만해민쪽 위치 좋고 가성비로도 괜찮습니다. 조식도 좋고 수영장도 햇빛 안받으며 이용하기 좋으며 안쪽에 편백나무 사우나와 일반 사우나 있으며 레몬물도 시간되면 갔다놓고. 타월도 원껏 이용가능. 단 베드가 8개 일반 의자들 포함하면 대략 10베드? 옆에 헬스장 괜찮고 공간도 넉넉함. 뭐 그래서 수영장 사이즈가 살짝 애매하지만 괜찮음. 자동차 바이크 주차공간 충분히 있으며 도보로 님만해민 마야몰 원님만 치앙마이대학 야시장 걸어다니기는 좋음. 뭐 치앙마이대학쪽은 좀 애매하지만.. 접근성이 좋으니 도이스텝 가기도 좋음. 조식은 깔끔하고 맛있고 다양함. 조식 실컷 먹고 수영장에서 소화시키고 점심은 늦게 간단히 먹고 저녁 잘 먹으면 좋은 루트일지도.. 발코니 좋음. 응대 좋고 앱으로 컨트롤 좋고 방청소를 굉장히 미리미리 해버림. 팁은 미리 준비해주는게 좋을듯. 화장실 깨끗하고 한국식 비데설치되어 있음. 로비의 직원분들 친절하고 좋으심. 깨끗함. 마운틴뷰면 좋겠지만 시티뷰도 나쁘지 않음. 활기찬 거리 보는것도 좋으니.. 가격만 적당히 괜찮다면 다음에도 언제든 여기서 숙박 할 것임. 벗~ 주변 원님만 마야몰 수목금 야시장 물건들 너무 비쌈. 치앙마이대학 야시장 추천.

아무리 습한시기라도 그렇지 침구인지 수건인지 에어컨인지 너무 꿒꿉하고 냄새나고 화장실 들어가자마자 시꺼먼 세면대와 수건을 보고 너무 불쾌했어요.시끄러운건 너무 심하지않고 위치가 워낙 중심가라 어쩔수없다 생각하고 오히려 여행 온 분위기라 충분히 이해할수있는데 청결도는 정말 처음 겪어본 상태였습니다. 아무것도 건드리고 싶지않았는데 공항에서 바로 간 상태라 어쩔수없이 샤워하고 자는데 이불을 덜마른걸 펴놨는지 밤새 축축눅눅해서 잠을 깊이 잘수가없었어요.모든 룸의 컨디션이 다 그런건가요 아니면 저만 운이 안좋았나요 진짜 밤늦은 시간만 아니였음 환불받고 나와버리고싶었어요.

We booked two rooms for four nights. The event outside the hotel was quite noisy until past midnight, especially on Saturday and Sunday. Please get a room with a mountain view if you are sensitive to noise. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay with good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staffs from restaurant, house keeping and front desk especially Jom and Nat. Thanks for arranging a birthday surprise too. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

팬트하우스에 묵어서 여유롭게 잘지냈습니다. 다만 공항과.가까워 소음이 심했습니다. 특히 새벽에 넘 생생하게 들려서 예민한편인 저는 잠을 거의 못잤습니다. 가지고간 샤워필터가 갈아 끼운지 하루도 안되서 누렇게 변했어요. 흰타올도 깨끗한 흰색이 아니었네요. 하지만 중심가에 있어서 어디든 편하게 갔다올수 있는 큰 장점이 있었네요.

年末チェンマイ滞在時、2泊しました。 お部屋は清潔で広くてとても良かったです。 お風呂のお湯、シャワーもちゃんとでます。 備え付けのドラム式洗濯機は大活躍でした。 寝室に扉がついており、閉めたら騒音は気にならなかったです。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。 ショッピングセンターも近いので便利です。 ありがとうございました。

The view is wonderful from the balcony. However, the common room's bathroom sewage was choked and my mother couldn't finish her shower as it started flooding, and had to rinse off in the other shower. As we got the staff to come and fix the chokage, my mum was brushing her teeth at the common bath basin in plain sight of the staff. Without warning, he started pumping the drain and the dirty water came up into the basin ane it was super gross. The dirty water started flowing everywhere with brown residue floating around. Next morning, we notice the refrigerator was not chilling the food items we bought..turned out the fridge was faulty. The staff came up and checked on it, but couldn't repair it and told us they will send someone up to fix the next day. In the evening when we returned, the fridge was not fixed. I called again, the staff came up and checked again (at 10.00pm) and said they will replace a new one. I asked why at this hour? Weren't they supposed to settle it while we were out? I said its pointless cuz those foos and drinks (ie. Probiotic and milk and fruits) were not chilled, and we were going to check out the next morning. Terrible maintenance and service. We were offered an upgrade for our next stay, which god knows will be when.

除了床單被鋪有點濕氣之外，其他都不錯，房間大小適中。向山的房間會寧靜一點，晚上飛機升降的噪音是可接受的範圍。早餐不過不失。 因為酒店正門有潑水節派對到凌晨，前台主動地把我們升級至向山的房間。

施設も新しく部屋も清潔感が有って良かったです。 ショッピングモールも目の前で、雨模様でも退屈する事無く過ごせました。

Overall OK, the bathroom need abit more touch up.

山景房比較清幽，但黃昏的時候氣溫比較高，城市景房會聽到汽車經過的聲音，但是景觀比較活潑 酒店在寧曼區繁華的街道上，附近商店餐廳都非常多選擇，酒店清潔時尚，自助早餐豐富美味，下次會再考慮入住

The location is perfect. Right outside the hotel is Think Park, where you can enjoy restaurants and bars without worrying about the time. Across the main road is the MAYA Shopping Center, and just a short walk away is the trendy Nimmanhaemin area. The downside is that the music from Think Park can be noisy until late at night. Since the room windows are not soundproof, the noise from outside is clearly audible and can disrupt sleep. As for the hotel facilities, one inconvenience is the lack of power outlets. In the living room, the only outlet is hidden behind the TV, and there are none by the bedside. In the kitchen, the outlets are positioned quite high up, and aside from that, the only other outlet is in the bathroom. To use the electric kettle, you have to plug it in the bathroom. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is somewhat low, and the hot water isn’t very warm. Other than these issues, the hotel was very comfortable overall.

部屋も綺麗で従業員の方達親切で対応も満足できました。私たちが宿泊した部屋かもしれないがエアコンの調整とWi-Fiはイマイチでした。

April 2025. Highly recommend! There is a huge mall directly across the street. Loved it! My room was very spacious & clean. I had the view of the mountains. Beautiful! Lots of dining options. The breakfast was great & i even had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was very good! Loved it! 15 min from the airport Would definitely stay here again.

Good location, a couple minutes walk to One Nimman Market and other bars and restaurants. Room has plenty of amenities. The washer came in handy.

If you stay in "City View" room, it may be so noisy until midnight.

地點在瑪雅百貨對面，走路到尼曼一號也超近。早餐豐盛，有現煮湯米線及現煎歐姆蛋。住宿第一天剛好是結婚週年，備註給飯店，沒想到開房有驚喜佈置。第一天晚上走路走到腳受傷，原本只是想問櫃檯有沒有藥可以擦，沒想到飯店派了兩位醫護人員來幫忙處理傷口，真的很貼心。 唯一缺點，就是晚上會聽到飛機起降聲音，但對於好睡的人來說，絕對是cp 值高的一家飯店。

Amazing location, every landmark in nimman is conveniently close within a few steps.

Amazing location with walkable distance 5 mins to One Nimman and maya mall. All staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

The location is super convenient. Room is clean.

Staffs are friendly, helpful and make me feel safe. It’s just opposite to MAYA shopping mall and one ninnman shopping area which are new and fashion. There are live band till night at Think park which is a little bit noisy if you sleep early. wardrobe is a bit small and not convenient for charging plug. Need to download their apps for check in and can connect them via apps to avoid language problem.

Perfect location in Chiang Mai

The hotel location is super convenient, next door is Maya shopping mall, downstairs is Think Park, opposite is white market, easier find food, massage, manicure and pedicure 😍 distant to airport also just 10-15min, distance to Jingjia market 7-10min, go everywhere also very good and convenient! Hotel breakfast buffet very good and a lot choice! Highly recommend this hotel!

It is a wonderful 4-star hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to malls, cafes, and a variety of dining options. The breakfast is delicious and features some local foods. However, the seating is somewhat limited, and it can get crowded during busy times. Anyway, it’s truly one of the best choices for accommodations in this area. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
