L’hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont propres et le petit déjeuner buffet est de bonne qualité. Seulement 2 transats autour de chaque piscine. Les piscines paraissent plus grandes sur les photos. Le personnel est souriant et fait de son mieux pour satisfaire les clients.

Hôtel très original, composé de 2 bâtiments avec piscine sur le toit de chacun des bâtiments ! Très bien situé, proche d'un centre commercial et à environ 3/4 kilomètres du très réputé Night Bazaar, de la vieille ville, et proche de bon nombres de restaurants. A faire dans une journée, l'excursion de plusieurs temples proposée à l'hôtel. Thé withe temple, the blue temple Le musée de bois avec repas compris le midi. Formidable, c'est à Chiang Rai. Et en plus le festival des fleurs à Chiang Mai le premier week-end de Février, magnifique !

We had a really good time at the hotel. The staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is in a really cool area of the city. We felt safe walking around at night. The gym is bad. Only three machines and one of them, the treadmill, doesn’t work. The training bench was old and wobbly. There were only two sunbeds by the pool so we had to lay on the pool itself, but it worked.

The place was a great stay. The pool is smaller than it looks in photos, it is actually split in half and you cannot access the other side. We didn't use much of the amenities or interacted with staff except to check in and out. Overall,they were kind and made checking in easy.

A lot of mold in the shower that we are not accustomed to. Also we did not receive room service on the 24th of January and found it just easier to purchase some toiletries and water from seven eleven cuz several times over the course of our stay we had to address it to front desk to get our room serviced. Otherwise the hotel was very contemporary and conveniently located! The bed mattress was super comfortable but view outside our room was extremely dissapointing though as we stared at a rundown and abandoned building as apposed to a view of the city. Nevertheless, we were overall very pleased with our stay considering the price range. Just need to attend to better timely room service and some maintenance in shower!

This hotel is my top choice when visiting Chiang Mai—I have stayed here over ten times. I always enjoyed the white tea scent in the lobby and hallway. However, this time the atmosphere was different. The white tea vibe was gone, the laundry bag was missing, and some bathroom items were not there. I noticed a strong smell coming from the bathroom vent when I opened the door, and the smell still persists despite the housemaid saying it would be fixed.

This is my review for the second night, after asking the housemaid to fix the strong bathroom smell. Unfortunately, the odor didn’t go away and got even worse when using the bathroom. The smell was clearly coming from the drain, and while the housemaid noticed it, it was beyond her control. This should be handled by the maintenance team. Another issue was the loud noise in the morning from a worker drilling and hammering on the wall. I peeked through the door and could tell that every sound echoed straight into the room—the walls did nothing to block it. It was so loud that it completely disrupted my rest. I called the front desk, and after that, the noise slowly died down. The receptionist apologized, which I appreciated. I get that the staff outside might not have realized the room was occupied, which is why they allowed the noisy work. But overall, this was poor management—from the lingering bathroom odor to the loud disturbances in the morning.

The hotel and rooms overall were clean. Staff was helpful and really kind! Location was also great, many cafes, restaurants and shops were near by. Upstairs there is a pool, with places for a few people. In the middle of the night (every night) there were always loud noises and yelling from the street, bars and even from other guests in the hotel. The noises ended by morning. Towels and bedsheets seemed old/wornout since most of them had holes and tears in them. Atleast they were clean. Overall it’s not a bad stay, location is great and the room is nice.

A nice stay for an excellent price. The hotel location is good, easy walking to many bars, restaurants and cafes. The hotel facilities are adequate, the gym is small but usable and the pool can bring nice relief from the heat. The rooms are a decent size with good AC, a decent television and they are clean.The staff are friendly and speak good english. The free use of umbrellas is a nice addition especcially when visiting in the wet season. Overall, a nice stay at a nice hotel.

Bed is to my comfort level. The only thing is the Aircon is not invertor I think. As sometimes it gets very cold sometimes it gets cool even set the same temperature and wind speed thru out the day

My only issue with the room is that the door is not soundproof. I can hear people walking by. The swimming pool is subpar for me. However, the location is excellent and the staff are nice and friendly.

This is a good property with great staff and a good location. The problem is the windows are very large and thin. The noise level in the room from motorbikes and tuk tuks was very high. We found it difficult to get sleep at any time of day or night. The duty manager offered us a quieter room, but given that we were already on the 7th floor, we did not see that this would help much. Its a flaw of the hotel building. We checked out 2 nights early due to the noise in the room. The hotel did not refund us.

Our stay was comfortable and the general staff were kind, but a parking incident left us disappointed with the service. A security guard directed us to park in a dark, non-standard area where our car was scratched by decorative plant pots. The plant pots showed visible old damage marks, suggesting this may not be an isolated incident. When we reported it the next day, the manager on duty was polite but not helpful and seems defensive, trying to shifting the responsibility to the outsourced security firm. Qe were simply given a photocopy of the security company’s details and asked to contact them ourselves. The manager only gave the hotel’s main line for follow-up, and even suggested we contact HR, which felt inappropriate for guests. Overall, the stay had positives, but the handling of this situation fell short of expected hospitality standards.

I read the reviews online about this property and they all seemed excellent, which is why I initially booked this hotel. I flew into airport early, and was hoping to check in early, but wasn’t really expecting it. I got to the hotel and politely asked if I was able to check in early and I have NEVER met such unfriendly and RUDE front desk staff, especially in Thailand. They barely wanted to help me and told me check in was at 2pm. The rest of the staff I encountered wasn’t much friendlier. Overall the room was comfortable and nice, but i definitely would NOT stay here again because of the staff and I also didn’t like the location.

Trevlig personal, trevligt rum och takterrass med pool. Framförallt är läget väldigt bra - finns många restauranger, butiker, barer, massageställen och dylikt i närheten. Vi valde att förlänga vår vistelse här för att läget är så bra. Två minus är dels att det inte finns många ställen att hänga upp kläder/handdukar på tork på rummet (jobbigt för oss som stannar länge och tvättar kläder på ett tvätteri i området). Ett andra minus är att det inte finns någon möjlighet till skugga vid poolen och att det inte finns många sittplatser där.

Clean and comfortable beds and room, although I’m not a fan of the bed on a plinth rather than floor, or the window to the bathroom (thankfully there was a blind). Breakfast was largely cooked Asian, with some fruit, eggs and cereals. Good location for eateries and bars and scooter rental.

The property and staff felt friendly. The room was excellent. There was some noise from being under the pool but other than that it was a great stay. This hotel at least right now in off season is popular for Chinese tourist so breakfast was Chinese food, which frankly was a nice break from all the western and thai food.

This hotel was nice and staff were very nice, courteous and accommodating. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet is not great, food was cold and they didn't want replenish when they ran out of items leaving you with evem less of an option to choose something suitable to eat. And it was not near closing time. The location was good not too far from places an easy Grab ride or walk depending on where you are going. I would stay again.
