Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything lots and lots of dining shopping and bar options. Good rooftop pool and gym. Cocktails seemed very light on alcohol and be prepared to wait. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Overall a great hotel. The rating of 4.5 stars is spot on as it’s the best 4 star I have stayed in. The lobby was extremely comfortable and an oasis of calm from the busy touristy area outside the hotel. Food and drink was reasonably priced for a good hotel. Service was excellent although we could not check in on time as the room was not ready. We also did not have rooms next to each other but the rooms themselves were lovely. Pool and small gym are clean and peaceful. I think if staying in Chiang Mai for a few days this is a perfect place to stay. For a longer period, I would want to stay in a quieter part of the city.

The vibe of the room is a bit old school but roomy and spacious however the bathroom is very small and the bath tub needs to be replaced Staff are really nice and friendly and very helpful so in terms of staff it was very good Can’t comment on food since we didn’t try any food there The best thing about this hotel is the location it is located in a very convenient location full of shops and local markets in a walking distance The car park was a bit small with only 4 spots for motorbikes or scooters but I’m sure they can work it out if you need a space to park your scooter there

Vi hadde Premiumrom i 3.etg. stort greit rom men med utsikt rett inn i en vegg. Veldig lytt. Sen rengjøring av rom. Delevis renovert. God wifi og mange kontakter til lading. Fikk minst 4 flasker vann hver dag. Hyggelig personale. Grei enkel frokostbuffet. Bassengområde greit men ofte skittent vann. Veldig bra beliggenhet, midt i smørøyet og gåavstand til det meste.

We only stayed one night but it was a great stay. The night market was right outside the doors and it’s a quick cab/grab to the airport. Lots of shopping and dining nearby and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious and breakfast was plentiful. A lot of families so the pool was usually full of kids. The gym was great as well; I was able to get a solid workout in. Would recommend!

Our first room was definitely not up to par compared to the other rooms. We were able to move rooms and it was a lot nicer. We booked thinking it was a brand new hotel but it was a renovated hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the customer service. Loved how the night market was right outside of the hotel. Our major downfall was the elevator was out of service so it made getting downstairs/upstairs was a struggle.

Kamer was ok. Locatie is goed. Echter hotel heeft te veel kamers in verhouding tot de faciliteiten. 2 trage liften die op bepaalde momenten van de dag eigenlijk bijna niet te gebruiken zijn als je op de verkeerde (lagere) verdieping zit. Zwembad is net maar klein. Vaak zijn alle bedjes bezet.

First time visiting Chiang Mai. Found this hotel with decent reviews. The stay was overall good. Very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast area was very good with good options for hot and cold food. Staff was very friendly. Had a nice cafe next to the reception. The location of the hotel is very good. Right next to the night market. The room was good and the bathroom looked new. The hotel is somewhat old but it was very nice. Gym and pool area was satisfying.

We booked a family room and it was very clean and spacious. It was nice having the extra bedroom. I loved this hotel and really enjoyed sitting out on the front porch in the evening. I would definitely come back here!

Room toilet seat had infestation of ants, told staff and the staff still made us stay in this room, not much rectification offered, unimpressed. Room towels were awfully old, to the point that you wouldn’t even want to use the towels. Location was really good, right by the market, plenty of food options

We had 3 rooms for us. Those rooms were clean. Staff were very professional and polite. The only thing I probably need to mention that there was one of the shower did not drain properly, cause the bathroom flooded. I complained and the staff quickly resolved the problem by changing the room for us. The area is very convenient. I don’t mind to come back here again.

Loved this hotel! Immaculate, housekeeping was fast and discreet, beautifully appointed rooms. There was sometimes a loud vibrating noise - not sure what that was from - I was in a room at one end, so maybe building mechanical? But otherwise quiet. Good location.

Bathroom has layout is very poor! If you take a shower the water from the shower flows out to the entire toilet and wash basin area… we had to use piles and piles of bathroom towels all over the floor! plus the bathroom is squeezy once you open the wooden door. We ask reception for another room. They told us that the bathroom layout is the same for all their rooms…

ホテルもスタッフもとてもいいので、あまり悪い評価にしたくないのですが、部屋によっては、そばにあるクラブが近いので、爆音が深夜(〜3amぐらいまで)まで続きます幸運にも私はスタッフのご厚意で部屋をクラブから遠いところに変えていただけたので改善されましたナイトマーケットやクラブなどが至近にありとても好立地なんんですが，それゆえのマイナス面もあるかなスタッフはとても優しいので、なんでも相談してみると快適度が増しますよ近くにはレンタルバイクや現地ツアーのお店もたくさんあり、チェンマイを満喫するにももってこいですターペー門も少し歩きますが，遠くはないですよホテルから〜10分程度の場所にあるNatureっていうマッサージ屋さんはかなり質の高い施術が受けれますよ施術後に足や肩が軽くてびっくりでした

Room big comfortable clean wt gd amenities. Hotel staff fr traffic marshals, doorman, reception, cleaners - all very polite, helpful & obviously seem to be enjoying their work serving , taking care of guests. Really surprised& delighted when I realised I forgot my adaptor & the reception staff lend me one till end of stay. Reception also allowed my request to extend check out time as I hv a late return flight. Buffet breakfast was great - enough variety & really opens ready on time at 6 am. Location great - to night market & lots of eateries, pharmacies & supermarket Big C nearby …also Pantib mall wt plenty of free seating couch, sofas to relax in. Definitely will choose this hotel again when visiting Chiangmai & recommend. Thks to all staff at Dusit Princess for great time.

This property was ok. The room was comfortable and the location was excellent! The staff was limited in its ability to assist with directions, printing boarding passes and making change. They are rated 4 stars, but the staff did not meet the ratings qualifications in my opinion.

Even after being a 4 start hotel, amenities and services are very basic. Room and bathrooms are tiny. No chair in room. Basic bathroom amenities. Similarly breakfast variety is very limited. Most of the staff does not understand English. Could not make them understand to get me a English breakfast tea bag. They did not print my invoice and did not email even after my call. The pre-authorised advance has not bee returned yet.

Facilities broken, not working. Management not responding to problems. Faucet in bathroom leaking destroyed my electric razor. Reported to manager with Tizie at front desk and he/she ignored it. Had res for Feb.28th and stayed elsewhere even though lost my deposit.c

We had 3 rooms for us. Those rooms were clean. Staff were very professional and polite. The hotel was very conveniently located near shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes from the Chiang Mai airport. The night market was located on the same street as the hotel from 6 pm to 11pm every day of the week. The staff at the hotel was attentive, efficient, and cordial. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was superb! We had an excellent experience at the Dusit Princess Hotel!
