We loved staying at Vogue Suites! We stayed pretty far from the check in desk (it took awhile for my husband and I to remember where our place was but once we did, it was fine!) but our view of the sunset was unbeatable and the most stunning view I’ve ever seen from our room. Everyone at vogue suites was so kind and helpful, they have a nice shared patio/pool area by their check in area. We loved it!!

The view from the property was beyond dreamy and breathtaking - I couldn’t have been happier! Check-in and check-out was quick and easy and also let us check in early. The property has shared spaces with seating and 2 hot tubs (one is “warm” and one is actually hot) so you have two to choose from for what temperature you prefer. There are a few spots to layout and sun bath however other areas nearby do have the ability to see you - this didn’t bother us however I am mentioning it for those that want “privacy”. The staff were great, they were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC unit worked great and bathroom/shower was quite large. The rooms were dark and quiet at night which made sleeping very comfortable. The property is very close to the blue dome churches so it busy with tourists taking pictures so it can be quite difficult getting around them but still the perfect location! Beware - lots and lots of steps to get anywhere.. and I mean ALOT! Also, there are stray cats everywhere in Oia but they are friendly and we enjoyed seeing them roam around the rooftops. I would definitely stay here again.

A friend and I stayed here and loved the exclusivity of being where the tourists can’t go. We loved the communal area with the patio and pool overlooking the ocean. We arrived early from the airport and they allowed us to keep our bags until check in. Additionally the airport had lost my luggage but were able to coordinate with the staff to have it delivered to my room during our stay.

I had an absolutely amazing stay!! 🥰❤️ The front desk receptionist Tia was so kind and helpful, and James (the guy that helps with your luggage and shows you your room) was so friendly and helpful as well! As was the lady that cleaned my room every day! The place itself is gorgeous!! The cave rooms are so beautiful and waking up in your own cave with views of the Mediterranean sea and blue sky was magical! I also had deck chairs and a table! There’s also a hot jacuzzi for everyone to use and a cold jacuzzi (which you want on the hot days!!), as well as a lounging area with tables, chairs, and sun loungers for everyone to use. The internet was fantastic, as was my air conditioning! They also helped me with airport and ferry port transfers and carried my luggage up and down the stairs for me, so coming and going was so easy and smooth! I stayed for 6 days, and it was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ I would love to come back again one day!

This property is amazing for the great value! Right in the heart of Oia you get the spectacular views right from your front door. Very charming and unique villa, neat cave-like room but still spacious. Very clean. It is in Oia so there are several steps, some steep and narrow, to navigate to your room and the main office. However, upon arrival and departure they have staff to assist with your luggage. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they can also assist with arranging airport transport upon departure and other fun activities throughout your stay. Property looks like the pictures posted here! Main office level is where the pool & hot tub are located for all guest use. My room had a shared front patio/terrace space with the room next door but I never saw my neighbor. Privacy on the terraces in Oia is not possible anyway, so this wasn’t an issue for me.

It was a fantastic experience. I notified the hotel our time of arrival, and they were kind to send us a porter to help us with the luggage. The receptionist greeted us and offered us a drink, she was lovely. Our room was ready immediately and we were mesmerized with our private balcony’s view. The reception’s balcony view was also amazing. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and spotless. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and we will never forget the experience. I can’t recommend this hotel enough… thank you!

Comunicação muito boa; Combinamos o uso do serviço de transferência do hotel e foi tudo muito bem conduzido; Ao chegarmos na cidade de OIA, já tinha um outro funcionário para levar nossas malas até o hotel; Check-in muito fácil, apesar de não falar inglês; Quarto pequeno; Limpeza boa; Banheiro pequeno; Ponto negativo: Apesar da bela vista da Caldera, a varanda do quarto tinha um forte e desagradável fedor de urina de gatos.

Our room wasn’t cleaned on arrival, there was hair in shower. I complained and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and was told the cleaners had gone home and it would’ve be done til next day. At 4pm the next day, we were sat outside our room where two cleaners came in for 4 minutes to “clean” our room. The room was never cleaned properly the whole time we were there. There was no fan in the bathroom which meant that the room would steam up and smell if you were to use the bathroom or shower. The shower also had no pressure and you did not feel clean after using it, our soap was also empty for a few days and wasn’t topped up. Not only this, we had cat poo sitting outside our room for a few days which would stink every time we entered and exited our room. We then confirmed the night before that our luggage could be stored and taken to the local bus stop by the porters the next day when we were leaving - the girl on reception said yes and confirmed that it could be taken there and gave us a time option. On the day of leaving our porters left our luggage in the sun from checkout til we were ready to leave. The porters stopped just before the post office and said that’s it and wouldn’t take our luggage to the bus station, as we had been told it would be taken then, we also would’ve made other arrangements to get picked up from where they stopped if that was the case. We were celebrating our engagement and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and service of this place

The room was ok and the view ourside was amazing. However, I think we were near some king of a sewar system because it smelled really bad...and not just for a few minute but the entire time we were there. For the price of the room, this should not happen. I would not recommand.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Oia. The staff is very friendly and can accommodate all transportation to the airport or the port. The room is very clean and spacious. We spent three wonderful nights there. Highly recommended.

스테프분들 친절하고 위치 너무 좋음. 숙소 안에서 돔이랑 같이 사진찍을 수 있어서 굳이 오래 기다리면서 사진 찍지 않아도됨. 단점으로는 물이 나왔다가 안나왔다가 함. 우리가 묵은 방은 샤워기에서 뜨거운 물이 안나왔음. 뇌세포 증진시키는 찬물샤워함. 결론적으로 숙소 추천!

I’d give this place 5 stars except for the obscenely loud banging sound coming from the AC unit. Informed front desk who said they’d send maintenance and they never did over the course of 4 days. Luckily the doors close so you can’t hear in the bedroom but it makes the sitting room and kitchen area totally unusable. If you get room 110 you’re screwed.

Room has nice views. The room is small, half the bed is in a tight spot of a lower ceiling, has to crawl in from the end of the bed, otherwise overall the room is spacious enough for the price I paid. Not sure if this is a common thing with this hotel as my sister has a suite in the same hotel and same there, there was no tower hook/bar to hang your towels after use, has to put it on the counter.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was stunning and the staff went above and beyond—some of the best service we’ve ever had. Heads up if you book the sunset view room: there are quite a few steps to climb. The room itself felt exotic and special. Only minor thing is you can hear your neighbors at night, but that’s part of the charm of being in this cliffside spot. Overall, a magical experience.

We had a beautiful cave room with our own balcony. The staff were attentive and caring. We had a special stay here in Santorini with our own balcony to enjoy the sunset each night. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping.

We had the honeymoon suite and it was AMAZING! the outdoor hot tub with beautiful pink flowers over the terrace overlooking the caldera was the most beautiful view ever. Literally perfect. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the guys who carry the luggage up and down the steps are amazing, I can't believe how strong they were! Super helpful!! Lots of cute cats hanging around which we loved. Only one complaint, the driver they set up for us to go to the ferry port was FREAKIN RUDE! We showed up to the taxi about 5 minutes early and my boyfriend came 2 minutes after us because he had to run back and grab a bag we forgot, and the driver was being super nasty and tried driving away without him, then called my mom a nasty name in Greek thinking we wouldn't understand what he said.... But we didn't let that sour our fantastic trip and the wonderful hotel staff! Highly recommend!

Property condition is bad. AC stopped working, Tv was not working, bathroom door could not lock.

This is an older cave hotel room. The stairs are steep for someone that is mobility challenged. The room is older and needs updating. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is perfect for getting to the main attractions and restaurants.

As they designed like a cave hence all rooms are different in shape and size, some are small, so TV, shower room and even beds will be resized to fit the room space but with good sea view. Bigger room with bigger TV, more space for the shower room but views may be blocked. The only other concern will be the toilet as you cannot dump any toilet papers to the bowl after used as this will clog the sewage pipes which applies to the entire island of Santorini

Too many steps with inexperienced staff. The porters were simply amazing. Diana, the property manager tried to be welcoming but failed with her rudeness. She promised me a late checkout at 12:00 only to call me back at 11:00 to ask me rudely why I didn’t check out yet. The person who took us to our room took an eternity to explain something we could read in the welcome package!!!!! There was no need for his interpretation. We had 3 rooms and we all felt they are used to younger crowds and didn’t know how to handle older experienced travellers.

My only issue with this property is that the AC couldn\'t be turned down. I didn\'t appreciate the daughter speaking to me the way she did regarding turning it down below 22. I was told "not to touch the thermostat". They did not have a working restaurant or bar upstairs as they state. It is very close to metro, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was clean and secured.

I tried to change the reservation because it was incorrect and they didn’t wanted. Hotel was almost empty and still didn’t allow me to change anything. I tried to get a refund for one of the two days at least so I could re-book with them for a later date and they didn’t allow me. I had to book in a different hotel, which is better and bigger, for the same rate. 0 stars to customer service

I usually do not take pictures of my hotel room (Room 106) but this was absolutely amazing! It was even more incredibly beautiful than the advertised photos. The floating bed was very comfortable and the suite was tastefully decorated and was roomy with a semiprivate outdoor sitting area with a wonderful view. They reached out and requested that we contact them when we arrived in Santorini so they could have someone meet us to assist with luggage and to direct us to the hotel. This was very helpful as the streets are not marked and some are just narrow pathways. The owner greeted us with fresh squeezed lemonade and bottled water while we checked in on the patio and absorbed the caldera and sea view. At check out, some came at an arranged time to carry the bags to a designated place for our pick up. Throughout our stay, all the staff were caring, professional and friendly. I did not want to leave!

Avoid travel to this place at all costs. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel stay, booked through Expedia. The experience was far below the standards I expected based on the information provided on your website. Firstly, the request for two beds in the room was not honored despite being requested and confirmed by staff weeks in advance . Additionally, the shower head in our room was broken and not fixed, despite multiple requests. Our luggage was not fully moved into our rooms; some items were left behind, showing a lack of thoroughness from the staff. We were promised by the receptionist that we could remain in the sunset view room for the remainder of our stay as they failed to have two beds in the rooms along with not fixing the shower head with water and flood issues. However, the next day, staff members came banging on our doors, informing us that we had to move to room. This disruption ruined our entire trip. When I requested to speak to the manager to explain what had been promised to us, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She failed to listen to my concerns, told me to leave the room, and did not provide any level of customer service. After we were moved, the hotel staff stopped providing us with daily water bottles, which had been given to us in our previous room. The location, right in the heart of Oia, overlooking the caldera, is a 10 on a scale of 5. You could easily spend your whole time in Santorini sitting on your deck and taking in the view. The staff were great. The rooms were clean. A tremendous value too.

Beautiful area right in Oia with the most beautiful view and private, quiet balcony. Gave us the opportunity to experience Oia away from the busy crowds. Staff was very helpful and friendly. 5 star experience.

We stayed in a suite that had sunset views..The suite was beautiful and the views were amazing..there wouldn't be a need to go elsewhere to watch the beautiful sunset in Santorini... if someone is older or has walking issues..our room was halfway in the mountain..in order to get anywhere Centre you are looking at 500 stairs...Santorini overall has,alot of walking and stairs..as such if anyone has issues then book closer to the top of Ioa..which will be less of climbing stairs.. The staff at the suites were friendly and helpful..

The room and the view while on the property was absolutely incredible! The staff was very nice and the hotel can provide transportation to and from the airport with notice. When you get to Oia they send someone to come and take your luggage for you. Getting to the actual room is a lot of walking and it’s all stairs. Steep and slippery stairs which is why I only did 4 starts for the area around property. I do not recommend for older people or people who are not able to do stairs well.

Beautiful place!! The only problem it’s to find the place. They sent me a number to call or text and no one pick up at that number, we had to go by ourselves to look for the place we could not find for about an hour until this guy came to get us. Luckily he found us.vogue suits is closed and we were taken to their other hotel. It was beautiful, the view amazing. Only tech them by email that seem to work. I have to recomend their delicious breakfast!! I can’t say enough about this amazing meal. Totally worth it

Staff in the hotel were super helpful and welcoming. Smooth check-in process that eases your stress and makes you feel relaxed and special. The hot tub is definitely a bonus to the room which I enjoyed the most of the room. You can sit in the hot tub surrounded by the beautiful view. Staff are very helpful and would help with the suitcase. I feel lucky to find a place like this. And will recommend it!

Room was decently clean and had a nice view. Hot tub temperature was cold and they said they can’t adjust it which was pointless in the end to have paid extra for a room with a hot tub. Sink faucet was falling apart. TV was placed so far from the bed you couldn’t watch from the bed.

The location of the property is so amazing- we had the only family suite they have . Total 3 bathrooms ( 2 full and one 1/2) . Oia has tons of stairs. Older area and stairs are of all sizes . But it’s beautiful. We had very clean bedrooms. You’re in a cave so expect to see maintenance as best possible in that setting. They have done well. Location was lovely. The staff… I can say they are all amazing - wonderful people who really care about their guests. No pool - but for us not a problem as we realy wouldn’t have time as we wanted to see everything! Oia is very busy, but once at the property, you felt in a different world. I booked the cave with the sunset view and felt so far away from the busy streets. The property was lovely, pretty quiet, clean as well. The hotel staff were very friendly and nice. I recommend this place and will definitely book again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
