I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my dad. Everything was terrific- new hotel, great service, friendly hotel staff, nice pool area and comfy large hotel suites. Only negative was just one sometimes slow elevator. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast is amazing, the pool vibe the best in Naples. They gave us chairs and umbrella for the beach, everything brand new. My only recommendation: they have just one EV charger ( the slowest one) so they should add a few more

Our room was very clean & spacious. The staff cleaned the room everyday. The staff was courteous & breakfast was very good. They always had coffee, tea, water, & tiny servings of key lime pie/cookie in the lobby. Many good restaurants in walking distance or a short drive, especially Mr. Big Fish. There’s a variety of restaurants in the area & the beach is nearby, clean & not crowded. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The only problem was there is only one elevator working. It also would be fine if they had a hot tub.

This hotel is convenient to everything. Keep in mind, this is a party hotel, with discounted drinks and live music. The pool area is nonstop, music and loud. The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast buffet is included and is outstanding.

A beautiful new clean hotel! Great beach shuttle to Clam Pass Beach, friendly helpful staff, great drinks, heated pool delicious breakfast! 4stars!,, only wish shuttle ran a bit later say, 11 or noon so we could sleep in!

This is in a great location. The shuttle service is limited if you are choosing this property based on that. The rooms and property are in excellent condition. If you are out roadside it is very noisy.

The hotel is great! The room was spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic--so much more than the typical "hotel breakfast." I enjoyed the large outside/pool area and spent part of the late afternoon in a comfy chair by the fire pit. The hotel is on 41 so it's close to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach.

Location was good near shopping and beach. Property staff was not attentive. Upon arrival we were given a room, we go to the room and the room was not ready at all, with beds unmade, dirty towels on the floor…making this not Overall not an organized.

There was hair in shower on arrival. We bring cleaning supplies so no big deal. Overall staff and hotel stay was great with the exception of the staff at the restaurant. Restaurant may be a separate entity, however in my option they somewhat represent the hotel. See google review under T. Anderson regarding our restaurant experience. I would definitely stay again but I will not be spending any money at the restaurant it’s 5 o’clock Somewhere at the Compost Hotel. The bartender and tall lady with dark hair were not professional. There is a lot to do on site in patio area. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and food was great. Staff we interacted with were friendly. There was a leak from AC that caused a puddle in the room upon our return one night,we were told to put towels on the floor. It was no big deal, we were checking out the next morning. Room was spacious so it didn’t have too much of an impact. Staff was made aware and I have confidence they will address it based on the general appearance of the hotel.

friendly and helpful front desk staff. housekeeping failed to replenish several basic items (soap, toilet paper, coffee, paper towels). trash was left at the elevator each morning, a roach was found in the room (front desk arranged for exterminator immediately). only one of two elevators was operable.

Hotel was pleasant enough. Food in the restaurant was good . Happy hour was good and well priced. Pool had a band aid floating in it which they promptly took out when the kids told the staff. In our room the phone didn’t work and the shower faucet handle fell off in my hand. I told the night person and she didn’t do anything . I told the day front desk person when we checked out as well. Cleanliness everywhere seemed good

I wouldn't completely rule out this hotel because the staff was friendly, the pool area was nicely decorated with lights, breakfast was actually good but my personal experience with our room was very disappointed. The ac was dripping all night just to wake up to a soaked carpet and apparently this is common. The living area was infest with ants, and I'm not talking about a couple...DOZENS! I wouldn't come back personally

Very nice hotel, almost completely renovated, well located and friendly staff. The only problem is that they didn’t renovate de A/C system and it sounds very loud, like the turbine of an airplane, so if you have a light sleep it can be an issue.

Property is nice, the pool and the staff are great and the gym as well. The only complaint we have is that there are no black out blinds. Our room was next to the parking lot and the lights from the parking lot shinned through the windows and made it feel it was daylight even in the middle of the night. Rooms need wall to wall black outs.

Overall, the hotel was great, the rooms were really nice and spacious, friendly staff, and breakfast was pretty good too. I believe that all the rooms are suits, so they all have a fully equipped kitchen and refrigerator, which is a great thing. I guess when I booked the hotel, I didn’t realize that you needed a car to go anywhere because there’s really nothing around there to walk. So if you’re OK with needing a car to go anywhere, it is pretty good! One of the great surprises was the fact that they had a single EV charger in the back of the hotel, very convenient!

Overall, it was a good stay. The only negative feedback is related to very noisy airconditioning which was in the bedroom. The temperature in the bedroom was not the same as in the living room. One of the elevators was out of order during entire stay. We had to use the stairs from the third floor or the other elevator which was further away. It was OK for us but perhaps not for other guests.

The hotel was great the personal was awesome. They have a bar by the pool, even though the drinks were not the best and we tried a lot of them, they got the job done and we had a great time. Ximena the lady at the bar was amazing she took good care of us. The room was big and the small living area was very nice. I will recommend for them to change the bathroom light/fan exhaust combo, it makes too much nose when someone uses the bathroom at night. Everything else was great.

Large clean room, great breakfast, and nice pool area. Only disappointment was the lack of a closet. The clothes rack below an open shelf was so close to the floor that you can only hang shirts or short jackets (too short for dresses) and the space was severely limited by a room safe below the rack - only left a few inches for hanging items at either end of the rod. Really weird set up. Otherwise, the room and hotel were great. Staff were really nice and they also had a decent gym and laundry.

The property was in great condition. The free breakfast had a great selection and was tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The only shortcoming was that we got inconsistent housekeeping service during our stay. But I would definitely go back!

We have stayed here several times and love the unique atmosphere and friendly staff. The chef brought our dinner out and was delightful to talk with. And then we had a server named Ximene who was hands down the best server we have ever had. Funny and entertaining, but spot- on with her service. The staff really made our dinner special. Thank you!

We had a nice stay. But we had just come from another Compass location and had high expectations. During our stay, we had one incredible waitress (Ximena). She went above and beyond for us. But she was only there one night. We couldn't get any of the other waitresses to even pay attention to us when we were ready to order around the pool, we could only get service from the bartender. The front desk was very put out when we asked for a second pillow and blanket for the pull out bed that was advertised to sleep 2, but only came with a single pillow and thin blanket. I had to ask multiple times to get that. The pool was tiny, that was a bummer because the ouside space is SO fun. And finally, breakfast just wasnt as high quality as the other locations we have stayed at. We enjoyed our stay, but will likely stick with the Anna Maria Sound location.

Our stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly. The manager was phenomenal. Such a relaxed atmosphere. Outside at night was chill. Relaxing chairs and sofas, fire pits, cornhole, etc. Free breakfast was very good.

Really nice hotel!! It’s in a great location near the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. There was a tiny shop at the entrance for anything you may need last second whether it’s medicine, hats, or sweet treats. The entrance also had a lot of games and books that anyone can enjoy. The bar/restaurant was very easy access near the pool and the pool was amazing!! With a lot of seating options. We most enjoyed the breakfasts they would provide in the morning, many options to pick from and they would also change it each day for the variety. Would love to visit again :)

The key about this place is that it's easy going. The lobby is the restaurant and anex to the swimming pool. If you are not the kind of person that is easy going please don't go and spoil the vibe. Kids play with beach balls in the lobby and that is *fine* ! Good free breakfast! Restaurant is fine but uninspired and fair not value priced.

This is a great place to stay! Very nicely decorated and clean the room's layout is very spacious. The breakfast was excellent! The food at the bar was delicious. We will be back soon. We originally planned on staying one night but we enjoyed the stay so much we decided to stay for two!

I could give 10 stars , the hotel is impeccable, food and drinks are on point. Breakfast buffet is the best one i can remember in years. The room was super nice and very well equipped with everythimg that you need . Did not have yo ask for anything. JC and Cassie at the bar made our stay wonderful . We will be back for sure.

All good. Clean and cheery place and comfy rooms. Only negative was loud rock music they play at breakfast - inside and outside. That actually willl make me look elsewhere despite all else good here.
