Bathroom towel where dirty I complained first day second day I went to get more towels they had a yellow color to it . Also elevator was not working on Monday morning 9/1/25 I had to carry all my belongings and cooler down the stair . I made a report with office before I left will not stay here again also room and kitchen are floor was dirty .

The pool and hot tub were excellent. Room was great. The only thing I was surprised if I wanted to use the in room safe. There was a fee. Never seen this before. I didn't use the safe but my credit card was charged. I called after noticing the charge on my credit card bill. Was refunded. Besides that everything was good.

The staff was horrible I asked for towels never got them. Didn’t get in the door until 3 hours after check in. They kept saying wait 30 min more. They were rude. Additionally the pool was bi in service it was completely empty of water

My husband and I stayed at the Red Roof Hotel for four weeks, and unfortunately, our experience has been very disappointing. On the first day we arrived, our room was dirty and full of mosquitoes, which left me with several bites. I reported this issue to the front desk, and the staff member working at that time was very kind and immediately changed our room. However, the second room we were moved to had a serious ant problem. I initially decided not to complain again, but after two nights, the ants had gotten into our food and clothes, causing food loss and damage to our belongings. When I brought this issue to the Assistant Manager, I showed him pictures and explained the situation. Unfortunately, he was rude, dismissive, and made me feel as though I was lying. He said he would have someone check the room, but he never did, even after his shift ended. When I approached him again on another day, he told me he could change our room but that it would cost more because it had a “nice view.” I made it clear that I didn’t care about the view—I just wanted a clean room. Instead of resolving the problem, he continued to argue with me. The room we were eventually moved to had mold, which got into our clothes and bags and caused a strong smell that made me feel sick. This entire experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. The only staff member who provided excellent customer service was Stephan, who was polite, helpful, and understanding throughout our stay.

We booked on hotels.com from Friday-Monday. When we arrived the room was gross. The sheets didn’t look like they fit the bed, there was lipstick on the hand towel in bathroom, and there was a used washcloth laying on tub. My daughter and me left to go get something to eat and came back to find a cockroach in the bathtub. We told front desk worker and he said since we booked with a 3rd party and prepaid there’s nothing that could be done. We left and found a different hotel and ended up paying for that 1 as well for Friday-Monday.

I never leave bad reviews if a place is rundown or in need of repairs, etc., but this hotel was dirty. Our bathroom had small hairs on the floor, the toilet seat, the walls were speckled with red stains, the black molding was covered with dirt. I took a wet washcloth with no soap and cleaned a few areas. The dirt came off easily, so I'm thinking they could be doing a better job. The pool was empty with work being done, and the hot tub was locked. The room was big enough and had a small refrigerator and microwave. There were tiny ants all over the table. Sorry, but I would never stay there again.

While the person checking me in (note: it was late, around 11:30 PM, so I understand the night person may not be as skilled as desk personnel during daytime hours) was obviously not skilled with the process (it took 15 minutes, and he charged me twice for the incidental fee, which covers use of the room safe, plus checked me in for one day, versus the correct three, so my room key stopped working), I can overlook that. The room was fabulous. It was a suite, and had a spacious back bedroom with a door that could close that area off to the rest of the unit. The bathroom had two doors, so guest(s) on the sofa bed in the living room could access the bathroom without entering the bedroom. The living room and kitchen were also spacious, and the peninsula was set up very well, and could accommodate 6 people. There were two 55" tv's in the suite, and there were 50+ channels offered. The kitchen had a dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge, and quite a few dishes, glasses, mugs, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Cleanliness and comfort (like the mattress) was excellent, though like many hotel / motels, there were examples of wear and tear that were more than minor. But, overall, this is no real issue to me. The best part was, even with a major event in town (US Open pickleball), the rate was superb, at just $115 a night (before tax). That's incredible value, and makes this stay easily fall into the excellent category, overall, regardless of somewhat minor issues.

This is the second time I stayed at this location due to its so close to the airport and downtown. However, it seems like 2 completely different places this time. The bedsheet has multiple cigarette burns on it, found 3 dead roaches on the floor by the AC unit, water pressure in the shower is extremely low, my yard sprinkler at home probably has higher pressure than that. And the other rooms were super loud, although it’s not really the hotel’s fault. The most unacceptable thing is the rate per night is over $200, I definitely didn’t get what I paid for here this time.

I didn’t realize this was more like a fancy motel than a hotel. Big spacious rooms, good air conditioning, some updates and comfy bed. And lovely (smallish) pool and little jacuzzi plunge off to the side. BUT some kitchen items not clean, and only a couple of forks / spoons and reception said they “didn’t have any more”! No real service. And the sofa-bed was dirty and uncomfortable.

I liked being close to Olive Garden! I didn’t know this property did not have a lobby and inside rooms. Exterior noise was noticeable. Bathroom sink did not drain. Ugh! I wouldn’t stay there again!

We did not like our room not being clean for 3 days - apparently new corporate rule - that’s what the reception staff told us when asking for more towels since they didn’t have any for 2 days in a row. We did enjoy our stay in the past but this new rule didn’t sit well with us.

The location was excellent. Ihop next door for breakfast. Room was clean, but some areas needed attention/replaced. Pool was warm and clean. The landscaping was beautiful. There were some longterm guests/locals that seemed sketchy, loitering in parking lots and some of the common areas. The drain in our sink continued to stop. My husband fixed it. No hot water occasionally. We saw one roach, we reported it. They cleaned the room the next day. Did not see anymore. Was close to the beach, so that was a big plus for us. Loved sitting by the pool after a day at the beach. A beautiful complex, could really be desirable with some updates. We were there ten days.

There could have better coffee and breakfast items !! I mean there wasn't even a cracker.. We have been to other Red Roofs where they had pastries and fruit at least ?? Come on !!
