The hotel is right on 5th avenue south, plenty of shops and restaurants. The staff were great and very accommodating. Jose from valet had great dining recommendations, Israel, Lisa and I believe Judy from the front desk were very helpful and exceptional. Nicole from the spa was amazing and great to talk to as was Gail the bartender server from the pool area. Overall I have no complaints about the property or the staff. I enjoyed my time there thoroughly and will definitely choose this hotel again when I travel to Naples.

Everything was great about this hotel! - the rooms are spacious with nice bathrooms and balconies, beautiful pool with great food and drinks, and the best location if you’re looking to walk to shops and dining! There is a car service offered to the beach and other destinations within a mile of the hotel. We’re already planning our next stay for December!

Whilst the front of house staff were excellent and always friendly the housekeeping team were away with the fairies. Over 4 nights they worked their way down , starting with forgetting to refill the coffee, then forgetting to make the room up at all, then again not replacing the coffee. Finally deciding to turn off all the water at 0800, they claim to have sent a text( never received). What Genius thought it was a good idea to turn it off at that time. $1200 a night to wash in cold bottled water!!!!

The property was very nice . The water in the hotel was shut for a day which was inconvenient . We were not aware of this until the day we checked in and they said we could go across the street and take showers if needed . The hotel rooms are expensive and this is not acceptable they would do this to guest and not credit for anything . They had the nerve to charge another 115.00 amenity fee after that inconvenience.

Property had a broken elevator upon arrival so they put us in a room that was a far walk from the lobby. No one to help with luggage, nor did anyone offer. The hotel desk staff was very unfriendly. The ice machine was broken; our coffee maker did not work. The room air conditioner was loud so we couldn’t sleep. Only good thing was a comfortable bed. We will not return and asked for a refund.

I traveled with my husband and our 5-month-old baby, and also encouraged my parents to stay at the same property based on its reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable for a family traveling with an infant. Here’s what went wrong: • The first room we were assigned had a door that wouldn’t open. • The second room had a strong mildew odor, which made it unsafe for our baby. • We finally settled into a third room, but during our stay we saw cockroaches multiple times — I have photos and videos documenting this. • The AC unit smelled strongly of mold, making the room uncomfortable and raising health concerns. • There was loud construction all day, including constant drilling noise that frightened our baby and made it impossible to relax by the pool or enjoy the amenities. • The beach chairs were filthy, and one of them even broke while we were on the beach, which was not only disappointing but also dangerous. • The staff at the entrances consistently failed to greet or acknowledge us, making the atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming. This was meant to be a restful vacation, but instead it caused us unnecessary stress and discomfort.

From the moment we arrived to this hotel all the staff was very polite and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel is rundown, the room was not the same as in the pictures online. The furniture in the room was beyond rundown, broken and dirty. The common areas are also old and all the carpets are extremely dirty, broken and stained. The hallways, elevators and lobby are so kept extremely warm. Maybe the AC wasn’t working! Worst of all is that they charged $1,200 for a room that should be $200pn

Front desk not helpful, complementary transportation very limited said there wasn't enough drivers. One of the drivers drove way too fast! sand in room, pillows were horrible felt like rocks woke up in pain. Pool area not kept up with empty cups and garbage everywhere! Pretty disappointed won't go back. Stayed Memorial Day weekend. Not even crowded.

Great place and great location but they may have the weakest water pressure in the showers that I’ve seen outside the produce aisle at Publix. A bit of a let down. Also I don’t understand why they don’t vacuum the common areas and hallways. There is dirt, sand, garbage in the hallways and it just stays there…all weekend. Staff is very pleasant and friendly.

Nice hotel but very uncomfortable hard pillows and synthetic comforter. Couldn’t sleep. Could see the sparks of electric discharge because of synthetic beddings. For the price we paid the hotel has to upgrade to natural comfortable bedding materials.

The location is a 10 but this isn’t a 5-star property. I’ve stayed at this hotel the past 5 years, always for 5 nights between Christmas and New Years. The value for the price is terrible. The hair dryers in the room are trash, the TV in our room flickered on and off during our entire stay in 2024, the rooms are clean but not immaculate, the elevator takes forever to move between floors. Overall this hotel could use a major refresh and I will be finding a different hotel to stay at in Dec 2025.

The area was amazing, dinning options are great, walkability was great, not a lot to do at the hotel and pool was small. My view was of a wall and some construction. It was quiet and all and all a ok stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I think the hotel is not worth the value for stay.

Floors are wood so you hear all adjoining rooms. Too noisey to stay there again. Also had a bad experience with one of the staff members, thoigh all other staff was great.

Everything was great, the room, the service and the location. The only problem was they had a timer on the bathroom light because it kept shutting off when I was in the shower, also the A/C WOULD SHUT OFF DURING THE NIGHT FROM LACK OF MOVEMENT SO I KEPT WAKING UP HOT AND HAD TO MOVE TURN A/C BACK ON.

Hotel does not have a restaurant for breakfast also there are motion sensors in the toilet so at night when you go to the restroom it lights up the whole room for 10 mins also the building system does not allow the thermostat to go below 68 Very nice hotel but not the most guest- friendly

Excellent hotel in the heart of Naples, plenty of dining options, very friendly staff and service with the exception of one of the valet staff, who was very rude and inconsiderate, the other valet staff were amazing, maybe he had a bad day, but other than this small detail, I will definitely return.

Property was very nice, had a few glitches. Room temperature the first night was too hot, unable to adjust it. Staff corrected it and temperature was better during stay. As five star property would not have expected that issue. Also they provide trasnsportaion to and from beach which is nice amenity but one day we waited over 35 minutes to be picked up. Not accetable for five star property. Other than those issues property lived up to reviews. Staff was great as was the location. I would recommend this property

Great boutique property right in old Naples. The staff were extremely accommodating and lovely with 5-star treatment all around. We had a room with a walkout to the pool area which was wonderful. This was our third time at the property - a great getaway.

The property exceptional. The staff was personable and attentive. A minor criticism is there should be a small restaurant in the building solely for breakfast and lunch. Other than ordering breakfast and lunch only in the pool area. Still a five star property in my opinion.

INN ON FIFTH, Is a beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the door. The staff had a little surprise for my wife and I, when we came to our room there was a bottle of champagne waiting for us, What a sweet gesture on our anniversary from the staff at INN ON FIFTH. The rooftop pool was so relaxing and quiet you can have peace of mind all day by the pool & hot tub, with excellent poolside service. This is truly a beautiful hotel in a great area, highly recommend INN ON FIFTH.

I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't serve breakfast or even coffee from room service. room service started at 11am and ended at 8pm. I usually stay at The Ritz at they have room service that begins at 6am and doesn't end until 11pm. The rooms at the Ritz were only $100 more than your hotel. There wasn't even a coffee shop where you could at least have a cup of coffee, since room service was useless. Furthermore, the T.V. was a disaster. It was almost impossible to change the channels with the remote. When I called the front desk to complain they said they would send a maintenance person to fix it. When I returned to my room the TV. had not been fixed. I then called the front desk and the maintenance person that was sent to my room told me that i would have to stand in a certain spot in the room in order for the remote to work. What ??? that's the silliest thing I had ever heard. So, I guess you would have to walk around the room until you found " the right spot " What a ridiculous explanation. This hotel has a 4- or 5-star rating and maybe it should be a 2 rating. I will return to The Ritz. This hotel was a big disappointment.

Self parking was easy and easy to get your car whenever you wanted rather than waiting for valet. The property is in a great location. If you're eoverlooking 5th ave it can be a little noisy at night. We had Club Level and the ammenities were nice as far as food and drinks. Nice display. Concierge was very helpful. It's a casual 15 minute walk or less to beach, but the transportation will take you and pick up, but here's the kicker, the beach chairs they provide are "camping foldable" chairs, not lounge chairs. The towels are very thin and little as it the umbrella they provide. We had to set it all up ourselves. Not what we were expecting for the price tag of the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful and accomodating as is the cleaning service provided. Room are nice and large for 3 of us, however the pull out couch isn't terrible, but isn't really comfortable either. If you're doing Club Level, there's a lot of walking back n forth to pool and parking crossing the busy street, but motorists are very accomodating to pedestrians. The restaurants in the area are plentiful and very nice. Lots of Italian places.Entertainment/dancing was really at two places "Aqua" and Virginia's. We went just after season over Mother's day. Still a little busy especially for dinner reservations if you plan on going during "prime dinner time". If you go a little early, you may be ok, but the concierge was able to get us a reservation at Ocean Prime at 6 pm for our special bday celebration.
