Hotel is beautiful. Check in was great and early. Adult Pool in rooftop and larger pool in ground floor for kids. They stop servicing food at the adult pool between 2and 4pm and that was not great. The bartender that was there before it got packed at 4pm was very rude and it turned me off of the restaurant so we cancelled our reservation and walked over to the bayhouse for dinner.

This is a nice new hotel with a cool rooftop bar and restaurant. Pool is nice and has lots of spots. Can walk to boardwark on the water. Not much else in the area you can walk to but close drive to many Naples attractions. My room had a problem with AC but they sent someone right away to fix it. Would stay again.

We understand it is offseason, and that an overcast portion of the day can affect flow of business at the pool. But, both days spent at the hotel for our Staycation had no service/closed early due to it being ‘slow’. My group and many others were poolside in the afternoon and disappointed by this fact. The outside bartender was motivated to clean up & close by 3:00p on Saturday when the sun was finally out rather than appease to the many customers who wanted to order. Created a feeling of imposition rather than welcoming service. This is in no way a reflection of our appreciation for this hotel, as we LOVE it. Perhaps business at the pool could pick up if there was a set standard of being open/available. The current model deters future planning from the facility. This was our second consecutive staycation here with this issue which prompted written review. Again, love the hotel… Just wish the listed amenities were actually amenities.

Beautiful! No jacuzzi and beach access is only by pre-scheduled ferry. Stayed for Mother’s Day and was greeted with a postcard and chocolates. Sadly, they refused a 1 hour delayed checkout. Far from center of Naples historical downtown.

This our second visit this summer and I am sure we will comeback. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff very friendly. Yarissa the concierge always trying to make your stay memorable. The food at the Tigress restaurant is delicious but what we like the most is the free Beach shuttle to barefoot beach. If you like a quiet beach with Cristal water THIS IS THE BEACH. The hotel provides chairs and towels just pack some snacks and drinks and enjoy a day at this Amazing beach.

Awful experience. At 1 am, there was someone in our hallway shouting for people to wake up and that someone's coming for about 10 minutes. Check in was also extremely slow, well over 30 minutes. Room was clean except for a dirty sock left behind on the floor.

This hotel has a lot of potential but they simply opened it to guests way too soon. There is a ton of construction still going on. We had construction materials left on our balcony, our bathroom door didn’t shut and when they fixed it they left a screw on our floor. The HVAC system sounded like a helicopter in our room. The pool was one of the main highlights for the $45 per night resort fee and that is not open yet either. I would give it another chance because of how nice the staff was and the location is nice, but don’t go until it’s totally done.

Everything was great over all other than housekeeping. The housekeeping staff needs a lot of work. We had to ask everyday for our room to be cleaned and restocked and even then it wasn’t cleaned and never restocked. Had to ask for extra towels everyday as well as clean glasses and coffee mugs as well as coffee. Poop staff were great as well as front desk and concierge’s.

1st stay - spent three nights. Rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool were nice! Coffee shop with breakfast was average. Retail shop was well priced. Bathroom could have been cleaner. I did expect a higher level of service - not awful, just nothing special. No assistance was offered to get luggage out of car to the hotel and no hotel information regarding hotel amenities was offered at check-in. Upscale modern look. Room was spacious. Liked the refillable water bottles with Elkay refilling stations. I would stay again.

We really liked the design with the metal and wood accents. Very clean hotel, decent gym, and convenient location. AC didnt work for the first day but was addressed immediately when we reported it.

This was a great hotel choice, the spacious bedrooms were awesome. The bed was comfy too. I loved the balcony from our room overlooking the pool and fire pits. The bathroom had plenty of towels, soap and makeup wipes. I loved that the fridge was empty and we could put items in. The refillable water bottles was a great idea as well. Nice simple shower, easy to use, not complex at all. Good lighting throughout the room was a plus. Although the rooftop bar was above us, it was not loud at all. We barely noticed anything was going on up there. I loved the coffee bar in the lobby, nice one! I hated that the pool shut it's door so early...bummer. But the overall look of the hotel was nice. We could walk to the local Walmart or, Publix if needed. Would I stay again, sure, why not.

The HVAC system did not cool at night, but it worked fine during the day. The temperature in the room was 76 F regardless of the lowest setting (66F). After the first night, we notified the front desk, and the issue was allegedly fixed. However, the same problem continued on the second night, with the temperature hovering at 78F. On the day of check out (the next morning), I reported the issue to the Front Desk again, and they assisted us with emailing the property manager. The manager did not contact us, even after I followed up on the original email a few days later. While the hotel is very nice and new, the staff is friendly, I do not recommend it to anyone due to technical issues unless you want a free sauna service in your room.

Classic 4 stars hotel. That is goof but something is missing. Here the pool for families was so cold nobody can swim in it. Even though we are in summer the heater wasn’t working and the are was great, the pool super clean a poolside bar etc, but you can’t enjoy the pool because literally was freezing. Good thing we spoke to the staff and they let us use the adults only pool. The other thing and really annoying was the AC in the room. Not working at night despite several attempts of the staff to fix it. So to us was good but could have been better

The staff were excellent. They were friendly and professional. The amenities were outstanding. The only snags were with the temperature control in our room. We addressed this issue every day and never did get a satisfactory resolution to the problem. Also, the tv had some problems that were only partially resolved. Other than that it was a great stay. Almost perfect, especially for the price.

Friday Saturday staff was not at all attentive or at all interested in the quality of our stay. No hot water unless willing to wait 15 minutes with water running for water to cycle to our side of the building due to extremely low occupancy and minimal water usage according to staff. Had to get replacement keys twice due to them being deactivated before checkout date. This was to be a getaway weekend and while staying here we could not wait to get away. On another note the restaurant, pools and roof top bar were amazing

The stay was fine. Enjoyed the Tigress rooftop bar. Staff overheard my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and offered complimentary wine or dessert. The room was nice. The issue was the woman at the front desk both during check-in and check-out. Unfriendly. Asked for a CC and charged a resort fee. I’m fine with the fee but she should inform the guests of the charge before the transaction. Upon check-out, she didn’t ask about our stay. The Perry is a nice enough hotel but if it is going to standout in the Naples scene they need to commit to a higher lever of customer service.

I had such a great experience at The Perry Hotel in Naples! From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional—every single staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Special shoutouts to Woody, the bartender at the pool bar, and Darrin, the bartender at Tigress (I hope I am spelling her name right!). Both went above and beyond, making my time there extra enjoyable, not to mention, they were so cool and easy to talk to. Yarissa at the concierge desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The girls at the reception desk were also fantastic, every time I had a question or needed something, they were quick to help. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view. I came to Naples for a business trip but honestly felt like I was on vacation. The atmosphere is vibrant, and the hotel hosts a variety of events, which really adds to the experience. I would definitely come back.

We loved the hotel and the the staff was great but the hotel’s restaurant and outside guests made it too busy for my liking. The valet parking was very unorganized and made it tuff to park as a hotel guest during the evening hours. I hope this helpful.

We had an amazing family trip at the Perry Hotel in Naples! The hotel is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully designed. One of the highlights was the convenient transportation to the beach. Ralph, our driver, was truly exceptional—friendly, punctual, and made every ride enjoyable. We absolutely LOVED staying at Perry Hotel!! Beautiful clean rooms, comfortable beds, gorgeous pool… the list could go on and on…the fact that they provide a shuttle, beach chairs and towels for the beach is absolutely amazing and so so helpful. . But by far the best experience was the customer serice received from the front desk… especially Amy!! She went above and beyond to make our trip the best experience!! She was very respectful, genuine, friendly (our kids loved her) and just a pleasure to be around. We had a bit of an incident with the next door people and Amy took care of it right away very professionally and we couldn’t thank her enough!! We need more people in customer service like Amy!! We loved staying at the Perry Hotel and would definitely recommend it!!

The hotel is located far from most of the main attractions and activities in Naples, which made getting around a bit inconvenient. There are no on-site restaurant services, which was disappointing. Also, we noticed extra charges on our bill for items we never ordered—fortunately, we caught the mistake and were refunded after bringing it to their attention.

This was our firat time staying at the Perry Hotel. So pleasantly surprised by this gem of a place. The hotel feels brand new, nice views and amenities but the best of all was the staff! Our first night dinner was at rooftop restaurant Tigress. Cool vibe, good food and drinks. The crab rice was the best dish we had, highly recommended. Plenty of great restaurants nearby to choose from for our second night. We ended up at the Watermark just a few blocks away, it was great also. We’ll be back at the Perry hotel for sure! We really had a great time for a weekend getaway.

Loved this hotel- The food was excellent on site, and the adjacent waterfront dining had great food for a reasonable price. The staff on property were very helpful, and quick to service. My only suggestion is to better mark the access from the garage to the lobby.

Everything about the property was really good. But disappointed about the breakfast situation, as they really don't have a full service breakfast restaurant and that was not good. We had to go to another Hotel that had great breakfast food/buffet and we would have rather spent the monies at the Perry Hotel but it was just lots of loss revenue for the hotel and an inconvience to us as guest because we had to find another hotel that had good breakfast food. Also the restaurant only serves food until 9:45pm Not good again.....
