It was a nice hotel clean and had a lovely property with nice grounds and pools with 2 large hot tubs . Room was more than adequate beds and pillows were just ok . We had a stand king room which came with a balcony overlooking gardens and pool. The breakfast was standard but good . The shuttle to beach was a nice plus . Beach was really nice and very close right down the road . Beautiful sunsets . Not a lux hotel but above average for a moderate priced hotel . I would stay there again .

The only reason I did not give this property a five stars because one of the hot tubs did not work and the other one was not very hot at all. The breakfast was all right, but I have definitely had better in the fact that it was served outside poolside kind of made it hard when it was pouring rain out, but other than that, the property was clean. The staff was very friendly and they let us check in early

The pools were not heated nor did it have any lighting . Only one hot tub worked but the jets didn’t . Very disappointed with the amenities.

The pictures are of the pool area, which is beautiful, but both pools were under maintenance. The rest of the hotel was just a motel that’s a little worn around the edges. Not worth the cost when the pools were closed.

Excellent location, nice size rooms unfortunately they had construction work at the time we were there but still the rooms were clean and they offered us breakfast at the pool. talking about the pools, there we not towels there but that kids managed and had good time =)

Rooms are roach-infested. Something terrible and disgusting. They are anywhere, including the sink and behind the minibar.

Great place!!! The room was in excellent condition. All clean. Excellent attention. We hope to return soon.

Very dirty, poor customer service, very old rooms, need updating, I think I should not return

Really the place is in very bad shape, the bathrooms are horrible. Dirty with fungus, parts of metal dripping rust on the wall of the bathtub, there are cockroaches, was also clogged the siphon of the tub and a sink, really the experience was horrible, with remote controls of televisions one of them had something very sticky was dirty, the sofa that included the family room is in very bad condition literally falling pieces, no shampoo and conditioner enough only leave a personal kit. You can really get much better for the price. Horrible.

Be aware that the rooms are full of cockroaches the small ones specifically in the bathroom. All size fron American to German When i called the receptionist all they did is switch me to another suite and had the same problem. My 4 days stay wasn't comfortable specially i have two kids with me . Paying more than 800$ to kill cockroaches and couldn't even leave my tooth brush by the sink . Horrible experience , don't recommend this place

Very outdated, there were roaches in our room.

We had a premium apartment for five days. The facilities are fairly good, pool and garden like surroundings, but the room had a serious problem with insects. Every morning, when we walked into the kitchen a number of insects on the counter and the floor would scramble to hide. They need to seriously Spray with bug killer to clean up that problem and do it frequently.

THEY HAD MANY ROACHES IN THE ROOM

Negatives... very cheap furniture, 2 live roaches in bathroom, not very sound proof room as I could hear every person that walked by and cars driving by, staff was not very forthcoming and it seemed I needed to know exactly what questions to ask to get information, hot tubs didn't seem to work at all which was disappointing, no locks available for rental bikes. A positive... location. I could walk to Lowdermilk Beach because it was only 1 mile away. There were a lot of convenient businesses close by such as a mall and grocery store and restaurants. Overall... definitely not at all worth the money and I will not be staying there again.

Not a great place to stay for business travelers (no desk in my room), and definitely nota great play to stay over the summer. Their "air conditioner" (which is really a mini split) did nothing to reduce the humidity in the room, and never got to temperature. I was sweating in my sleep all 3 nights. It was one of the most miserable experiences I've had in a hotel in a very long time.

The hotel was very outdated, with old furniture and bedding in poor condition. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. That said, the location was convenient and the price was affordable — you definitely get what you pay for.

Breakfast by pool and pool areas were very nice. Staff was helpful. Room needs a good cleaning. Crumbs on floors and tables Redesign needed. Large very heavy coffee table in front of sleeper sofa. Took 2 of us to move and then nowhere to put it. Poor mattress on sleeper sofa. Tub had stains. Segments of wallpaper missing in bathroom. Clear light panels in kitchen ceiling dirty and looked like they had mold on them. The Bedroom TV, Toilet and Sink facet did not work. Contacted front desk and took 4 hours for someone make to fix them. Booked room for 3 people and only towels and pillows for 2 in room. Again, called front desk and items were delivered to room.

Overall it was a good stay. The first night we arrived pretty late due to delayed flights and the attendant wasn't overly helpful with getting us a crib/pack-n-play but I think he was new to the position. We got checked into the room and it was extremely outdated and uncomforting (far West building). The next morning we requested a room change to a more modern room and that made the biggest difference and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast every morning was just fine and overall we had a good experience.

Nice hotel, used car park across the street. Only negative, my room was next to a main road, so not able to good nights rest, ready for a busy day travelling the next day.

Loved the tropical environment outside. Peaceful. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping come by daily. My only complaint my room didn’t have a microwave or desk area. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was good but only issue when I purchased an early 11am check in but my room wasn't ready until like 1:30, was a little upset but overall it was good

Had a room that the shower barely worked, just a few holes in the showerhead were letting water get out which meant a overly long shower time. However, Matt at the front desk did allow us to switch to a different room which was much better.

Started bad with a terrible room but manager responded promptly and gave us a wonderful room and was very apologetic and understanding.

Horrendous! From check in to check out it was disposable. This location lies about the room we booked staying it was renovated yet upon arrival we were told it was not. After back and forth they decided to give a small discount. At midnight, the sofa bed was stuck and wouldn’t open. Had to request maintenance to come. The a/c was not cool, and forget about showering—-the tub was disgusting. Upon check out, a new rep was there and when I asked for a receipt so I can see the reflected discount I walked what discount? I explained the issue and agents demeanor changed. Another rep by the name of Dominique who was there at check in remembered the issue and told the agent we have an approved discount. They went back and forth amongst each other. The girl then turned to me and said “oh next time….” Before she could get another word I went off on her for her ignorance and unprofessionalism especially if it’s been approved!! Trying to talk down to me as if I’m a child will not work, no one cares about your discount, it was the principle that your hotel messed up and here you are still giving us a hard time!!! I spent years coming to this location and after today, we will NEVER step foot in that place. Dominique is the only one who understood and helped and found solutions to mitigate the situation. The other two girls should get retrained (Leslie and the other girl). Not even to rest for one night was it possible. Spend a little more money and get a hotel who will be better!

No sign on Elevator. Had to call to see how to use it as we had a handicap person and three kids one of which was handicapped. We were told oh sorry its broken and they were waiting for parts. Ok strike one. They did have someone help us bring luggage up. Went in room it was dirty called down to ask if they could send someone to look at it and was told by the manager she was training someone and couldn't leave the desk. Didn't even offer to send anyone as soon as possible. So strike two. Then i asked if we could change rooms and was told no and that i was being hostile and they didn’t feel comfortable coming to the room. I asked for a refund and was told no because i booked through expedia. So i called expedia and they said since i had paid Best Western they were responsible. I Asked for refund and was refused. I went to the lobby to show them photos and asked them just to look at them and was told to leave they were done with us. Never in my life have i been treated like a piece of trash. Obviously they don't care about customer service nor their company. The manager should be fired for the way she treated me and my family.

There were no rooms ready when I arrived. They told me they will call me on my phone when the room is ready. I told them I had a 2 yo baby that need to take a nap. After 1 and a half hour I went to check again and they gave me a room and when I open the fort, was occupied. Then, they gave me another room and the toilets did not flush. They could not fix it and no other solution offered.

The breakfast is good. The crew is nice. Awesome location. The courtesy shuttle they have to take you the beach and back is very convenient. We always stay at the Best Western.

Having to drive around the front of an extremely busy restaurant to reach the parking for our room, and finding that many restaurant patrons utilize hotel parking for their dining is disturbing. We were told this was a recently refurbished room, and I'd love to have a chat with the designer, as the room layout was quite awkward with only one chair and no table. We find the trend of No guest services booklet/local dining listing to be highly inconvenient as well. The grounds were interesting, and the breakfast was nice, but the coffee was unable both in the room and at the breakfast dining area.

Convenient location to access downtown Naples

Beautiful property. Great restaurants nearby. Close to the beach and other attractions around Naples. I will definitely stay there again when in the area.

We truly love this place. My wife, two kids, and I have visited four times over the past four years, and it’s always been a wonderful experience. This year, however, we did notice that the property is beginning to show some signs of age and could benefit from a bit of maintenance. I’m confident that management will address this as needed. One suggestion I’d like to offer is regarding coffee availability. Unlike most hotels we’ve stayed at, coffee here isn’t available 24/7. A coffee machine in the lobby or near the breakfast area that guests can access at any time would be a great addition. It’s a small investment that would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. Additionally, we noticed that the breakfast meat options were limited to pork each day. Considering the diverse backgrounds of your guests, it would be thoughtful to include alternative options such as turkey or chicken sausage to accommodate those who do not consume pork. Aside from these points, we continue to love the property, the staff, and the location. We look forward to returning again!

Desk staff was very helpful and room clean. An excellent breakfast made less than satisfying because it poured outside where it's served and there are no alternative plans for rainy days. Needs table or desk, chairs and microwave in room.

This hotel offers a complimentary breakfast beside the pool. It a lovely way to start the day surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. It is quiet and relaxing. Loved it!
