The apartment is incredible! Big, clean and only a few steps from the beach. If you want to go to downtown or take the ferrie to Hvar, you can get an Uber for € 6 - 7. The reception is not 24 hours open and we had some delays in the communication before the check in, but during our staying time, I was promptly answered. The parking for guests cost €10 per night, but you can also leave your car on the street for free.

The apartment is inside a large structure with parking, controlled by video cameras and has access to the beach. Comfortable, clean, with WIFI, latest model TV. Absolutely perfect. The staff is very courteous and able to solve any problem. Really all excellent.

Beautiful location, was disappointed with the laundry services, air conditioning, and wifi speeds. Half the time we couldn’t get a connection at all. The place also had ants inside I assume from the last guests leaving food.

An average hotel where it would seem every room is different as the rooms are probably owned by different people so I can only comment on the specific room we stayed it. Access to the beach was good but Euro 12 for parking at the hotel seems steep considering this hotel is nowhere near the city center. No instructions were left about return of keys on departure and the office was not open at 8.am as indicated on the door. Bathroom toiletries offered were limited to one small bar of soap strangely left on top of upturned glasses. A towel from previous guest was left in the bathroom.

Chambre petite mais propre, literie agréable, loin du centre ville mais pas de bruit autour de l’hôtel. Il faudrait revoir la quantité d’eau chaude car si vous voulez laver vos cheveux (fille) l’eau chaude se termine rapidement. Les 10€ de parking par jour et taxe d’hébergement en plus ne sont pas précisé au moment de la réservation, dommage car cela fait vite grimper l’addition.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und viel Stauraum (auch im Bad). Großer Kühlschrank und großes Eisfach. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Herdplatten vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und recht geschützt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand (Achtung: steile Treppen). Self Check-In lief problemlos. Kommunikation über Expedia schrecklich (irgendein Bug), aber super über WhatsApp. Wir haben auch Sightseeing Tipps bekommen. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher - leider wurde nicht einmal geputzt (wir haben aber ehrlicher Weise auch nicht weiter nachgehakt). Es gibt mehrere Busverbindungen fußläufig erreichbar (vor allem die 21 direkt vor der Tür) und man ist damit fix in der Altstadt. Eine Haltestelle vorher ist auch ein Tommy zum Einkaufen. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir eher Coffee Bars gefunden (ohne Frühstück), in der Altstadt war da mehr zu machen. Es ist tatsächlich so, dass direkt gegenüber ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz ist. Wir sind zwar auch mal wach geworden, konnten aber schnell wieder schlafen. Im Schlafzimmer ist keine Klima und die Lüftung im Bad eher Deko... es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und Fön ebenfalls vorhanden. Aufzug vorhanden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

We were there for 3 days, 2 nights. Our room was clean, however the shower drainage was not the greatest. When we got into the room the floors were sopping wet, so while we know the floors were mopped, they were very slippery. The noise travels a lot in the apartment building. We were in the Vis Unit #1, which is on the ground floor. It has a view of what I think are olive trees - no view of the sea, but that’s not a deal breaker. If a door is opening or slamming somewhere in the vicinity, you will hear it. And there is a lot of echo. I think that is just the way the building is. I mention this for guests who may be light sleepers, or are travelling with children. We interacted with the housekeeper, who was very nice. On the second night she knocked on our door to offer new clean towels. The person who checked us in was also polite and efficient. We got there early and she allowed us to keep our packs in the reception area while we explored for a couple of hours while our room was being prepared. The kitchenette was very helpful. Although we didn’t cook, we liked the fridge that held our yogurts, drinks and sandwich making items - that saved on food expenses, as there is a SPAR mart as well as a STUDENAC close by. It is close to the beach - we were even given a key that gave us gate access to the pebble beach below. Beware, there is a man who lives in an abandoned shelter by the boardwalk with 2 large dogs and a puppy. They are never leashed, but they are friendly (?).

L’appartement est bien et confortable. Je regrette que le service de ménage ne soit pas fait ou du moins d’avoir à disposition un balais pour le faire car au bout d’une semaine … La douche fait un bruit bizarre et il y a des infiltrations dos. Mais si non c’était confortable, la terrasse a une vue magnifique sur la mer.

The tray where the kettle and cups area was not cleaned. Lots of sugar filled and still had an opened sugar package lying in the tray. Shower had no door and floor was uncleared. Water from shower spilled onto the floor lead to my partner’s fall and loss consciousness after hitting his head. And this was enough to cover my disappointment

The apartment was nice with a good view but we had problems to sleep as there was a helicopter which was landing just outside the apartments during the nights which made sleeping impossible at times

It was a challenge communicating via the Hotel.com message center and even though we confirmed we did not have instructions and had to call. The room was not as described in photos. It was much more simple and basic. Somethings need fixing like the doors (building door, where key was left, and bathroom door handle fell). The location, flexibility from reception and accessibility to the beach made up for some of the disappointment.

Whilst the property was a bit further out from the main town, it was walkable. The apartment was spacious with a great balcony and view. The walk to the beach was super short and not as busy as Bacvice so ideal really. Staff were super efficient with leaving clear instructions for self check in.

Don’t go with pictures. I was supposed to get sea view and expected to be as nice as in the pictures but was totally disappointed when I first saw the room. I didn’t have a direct sea view from my window and you need to put your head out to see it. Plus rooms doesn’t come with a balcony - it’s only if you choose apartments. I felt I was misleaded looking at the pictures and ended up spending more than average just for a basic room.

The apartment is incredible! Big, clean and only a few steps from the beach. If you want to go to downtown or take the ferrie to Hvar, you can get an Uber for € 6 - 7. The reception is not 24 hours open and we had some delays in the communication before the check in, but during our staying time, I was promptly answered. The parking for guests cost €10 per night, but you can also leave your car on the street for free.

Helt okej hotell, personalen var väldigt trevliga och trots sen incheckning och receptionen hade stängt så hade personalen förberett incheckning så jag kunde komma in i rummet trots att jag kom så sent!

The apartment is inside a large structure with parking, controlled by video cameras and has access to the beach. Comfortable, clean, with WIFI, latest model TV. Absolutely perfect. The staff is very courteous and able to solve any problem. Really all excellent.

Die zuständige Chefin war nicht vor Ort. War nur telefonisch erreichbar. Freundliche Reinigungskraft war anwesend. Keine Verkehrsverbindungen in die Stadt.

It was a challenge communicating via the Hotel.com message center and even though we confirmed we did not have instructions and had to call. The room was not as described in photos. It was much more simple and basic. Somethings need fixing like the doors (building door, where key was left, and bathroom door handle fell). The location, flexibility from reception and accessibility to the beach made up for some of the disappointment.

Die Wohnung war sehr groß, es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten und viel Stauraum (auch im Bad). Großer Kühlschrank und großes Eisfach. Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen und Herdplatten vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und recht geschützt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Strand (Achtung: steile Treppen). Self Check-In lief problemlos. Kommunikation über Expedia schrecklich (irgendein Bug), aber super über WhatsApp. Wir haben auch Sightseeing Tipps bekommen. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher - leider wurde nicht einmal geputzt (wir haben aber ehrlicher Weise auch nicht weiter nachgehakt). Es gibt mehrere Busverbindungen fußläufig erreichbar (vor allem die 21 direkt vor der Tür) und man ist damit fix in der Altstadt. Eine Haltestelle vorher ist auch ein Tommy zum Einkaufen. In der näheren Umgebung haben wir eher Coffee Bars gefunden (ohne Frühstück), in der Altstadt war da mehr zu machen. Es ist tatsächlich so, dass direkt gegenüber ein Hubschrauberlandeplatz ist. Wir sind zwar auch mal wach geworden, konnten aber schnell wieder schlafen. Im Schlafzimmer ist keine Klima und die Lüftung im Bad eher Deko... es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und Fön ebenfalls vorhanden. Aufzug vorhanden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

We were there for 3 days, 2 nights. Our room was clean, however the shower drainage was not the greatest. When we got into the room the floors were sopping wet, so while we know the floors were mopped, they were very slippery. The noise travels a lot in the apartment building. We were in the Vis Unit #1, which is on the ground floor. It has a view of what I think are olive trees - no view of the sea, but that’s not a deal breaker. If a door is opening or slamming somewhere in the vicinity, you will hear it. And there is a lot of echo. I think that is just the way the building is. I mention this for guests who may be light sleepers, or are travelling with children. We interacted with the housekeeper, who was very nice. On the second night she knocked on our door to offer new clean towels. The person who checked us in was also polite and efficient. We got there early and she allowed us to keep our packs in the reception area while we explored for a couple of hours while our room was being prepared. The kitchenette was very helpful. Although we didn’t cook, we liked the fridge that held our yogurts, drinks and sandwich making items - that saved on food expenses, as there is a SPAR mart as well as a STUDENAC close by. It is close to the beach - we were even given a key that gave us gate access to the pebble beach below. Beware, there is a man who lives in an abandoned shelter by the boardwalk with 2 large dogs and a puppy. They are never leashed, but they are friendly (?).

Le logement était confortable et nous avons eu une belle grande terrasse. Le logement surplombe une petite baie où il y a plusieurs plages. Ça peut surprendre mais à côté, il y a un héliport qui desserts l'hôpital. Très bonne communication avec le personnel.

Whilst the property was a bit further out from the main town, it was walkable. The apartment was spacious with a great balcony and view. The walk to the beach was super short and not as busy as Bacvice so ideal really. Staff were super efficient with leaving clear instructions for self check in.

Behind the appartement is a hospital, in emergency cases helicopter landing is possible. Only to know if an extremely noise is coming from nowere in the night.;) It toke only 5 min. In general a nice location directly on the harbour of Split with parking for free and alot of restaurants in the neighberhood. Thx to freindly contact!

A spacious apartment, very nice hostess and helpful staff, steps from the beach with its own gate to the beach. Quiet area close to everything. The only downside is that it is right next to an emergency helicopter landing pad. During my stay, helicopters landed and took off about 2-4 times each day at different times.

We found mold on the kitchen tools and in the washing machine. No cleaning or new towels while you stay there. The card for the door suddenly didn’t work. Good that the cleaning lady was outside, otherwise we couldn’t come in. The manager wanted tourist tax in cash even though we already payed for the first night. I will not recommend this place. Filled with mold, no cleaning and trying to hustle more money out of you.

Good that the cleaning lady was outside, otherwise we couldn’t come in. The manager wanted tourist tax in cash even though we already payed for the first night. I will not recommend this place. Filled with mold, no cleaning and trying to hustle more money out of you.

The room was clean and nice. The cleaner was very nice, and came by with new towels several times. The negative sides were that there was a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, there were a lot of ants, and the receptionist was not there at the times it said she would be there. Otherwise, there was a nice view, but not full sea view - as paid for.

Checkin was really simple. Host was very quick to reply to all of my messages and even helped me with my luggage on my last day which was really helpful. Room was very clean. Fridge, kettle and hairdryer in the room. The apartment was 30 minute walk from Split centre (up and downhill), and 20 minute walk from znjan beach (there is a side gate for direct access down to the beach, although quite a lot of steps). Unfortunately I booked a last minute trip just days before and I chose the room without balcony thinking it had a terrace, my fault for not looking properly. However it didnt come with any outdoor space or a decent view (our room looked out onto cars and the pathway). The hospitals helipad is literally next door to the apartment and my partner was woken up multiple times everynight by the noise. So i would recommend taking ear plugs or speak to the host and find a room on the other side of the building to reduce noise. Theres no welcome tea and coffee in the room but that wasnt an issue for me as we dont drink it, but its something to be aware of. The last point I would like to mention was that our fridge was never cold, we restarted it and made sure it was on max power but our drinks always felt a bit warm. I didnt mention this to the host as we were out from morning til night time, I have informed them now so it should be sorted soon. I would stay here again but book a better room as the host was really helpful and location was good.
