Excelente hotel, muy cómodo, grandes vistas a la ciudad, una hermosa alberca (no la podíamos usar por que estaba cerrada por fuertes vientos - esta en el techo). Las habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas, y el desayuno muy rico y variado.

Access to the lobby is not very straight forward: on foot you have to walk through the mall and take 2 escalators that are not close to each other to the second floor and then walk to the other end of the mall to get to the lobby doors. There is lots of parking so that's good.

Considero que hay muchos aspectos que se pueden mejorar. Tienen poco personal en el restaurante y cuando hay muchos huespedes es imposible atenderlos para limpiar mesas, tener cubiertos y en la barra se acaban muy rapido los alimentos y pareciera que ya no hay nada que desayunar..Percibi muy sucia el agua de la alberca. Prestar cuidado con eso.

En general bien… solo 2 detalles, no hay estacionamiento está compartido con el mall y los lugares asignados para los huéspedes son muy pocos… en un día como ayer batalle cerca de media hora para conseguir estacionamiento!! Y el segundo incidente fue que el aparato de AC comenzó q hacer un ruido espantoso y nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación

Todo muy bien, solo como mi punto de vista, me toco que estaba lleno el restauran y solo tenian un chef. Le hace falta personal en la cocina o que le ayuden al chef.El estacionamiento complicado de estacionarse por que se llena por la gente que va al centro comercial.

The property itself was nice and clean. Unfortunately there were more cons on our stays. The first issue was when we were at the pool there was two separate parties with smoking and loud music, we were with kids so this was inconvenient. The second problem was the loud music at night it went all the way through 3am. Another issue was the pool in the morning. The sign said it opened at 9am, called front desk as it wasn't open and they said 10am so we headed back to our room. We went back around 9:55am and waited until 10:10 to again call front desk who stated they were looking for maintenance to open. It was 11am when again we called as well as other people that had been waiting. Our check out was at 12 and it was unfortunate that they didnt just tell us the pool was not going to be opened.

The room was dirty toilet paper in toilet (used) and not flushed the Sink had black hairs in it also the bed sheets had hair all over it and on the duvet it seems like house keeping just gives the sheets and tucked them in and made the bed other then them putting fresh linen I doubt it ! As for the morning breakfast Buffett $290 pesos not worth it I had a heck of a time finding the entrance had to drive around a few times and then finally asked someone and he said it’s in the parking underground garage huge inconvenience you would think where the car drive way is would be the main entrance wrong it’s a exit only Would I satu her again and pay the $150 USD nope not a chance I would rather stay at and higher rated hotel not as expected for a Hilton hotel not Hilton standards at all

Excelentes instalaciones, buen servicio PERO la habitación que nos toco (nose si en todos los cuartos sea igual) demasiado ruido, todo se escucha no puedes descansar. TV obsoleta, no cuenta con app como netflix, prime etc (obviamente para conectar mi usuario).

El baño está mal diseñado y se inunda al bañarse. Todo el tiempo la bomba de agua hace un ruido durísimo. El personal de limpieza entra sin tocar a pesar de estar el letrero de no molestar. El desayuno es de mala calidad.

The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Being next to the shopping plaza and entertainment was very convenient and having a parking garage available made everything easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was all very good and friendly, the location is great for an extended business trip. There was just a couple of things that would have made this a great place. Rooms were cold and heat was not working in the rooms, me and my colleagues had to request extra blankets in order to be comfortable while sleeping. I was very impressed with the coming renovations, but this caused a bit of inconvenience, but totally excusable.

1- Travelocity advertised free breakfast, but was told it was not included. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Breakfast was very good. 2 - Clerk in the front desk was trying to charge again for the room, but I had already paid through Travelocity. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. 3 - Travelocity advertised room service included, but hotel staff would not honor it. I had to speak with the manager to fix the problem. Room was very pretty and clean. Manager was very polite and solved all the issues. I'd give it 5 stars but we did have those three issues to resolve.

The front desk staff was unprofessional. They disclosed my room number to the behind and around me while I was checking in. I tried to switch rooms after I told them that I wasnt comfortable that people knew my room number but Kenia, the front desk receptionist, said she couldnt do anything about it.

Cuando realize la reservacion me indicaba con desayuno incluido. Al momento de tomar el desayuno me comentaron que no lo incluia. Lo tuve que pgar por separado. Ademas el buffet era pesimo. Solo 7 guisados aprox. Ademas muy caro para lo que ofrecen

We had the breakfast buffet which we were told it was not free. The charge was too expensive. It caught us by surprise. We wont be going back to that hotel. Other hotels offer a much better and more quality experience. A customer lost for sure.

No tengo referencia de otros hoteles de la zona pero es la segunda vez que me quedo en ese Hotel y me encanta. La ubicacion excepcional, las instalaciones de facil acceso para personas grandes, terraza espectacular para fumar, y las habitaciones confortables para un buen desvanso. Que veo como puntos de oportunidad: Desayuno. Se puede mejorar la presentación, cantidad y variedad de platillos. Todos los dias que baje a desayunar ya no habia casi nada, habia que pedirlo. No habia ni cubiertos ni tazas en las mesas. Baños. Es importante buscar un producto que blanquee las juntas del material de la regadera, se estan poniendo muy amarillos y eso da aspecto de suciedad. Fue una larga estadia y me senti muy a gusto.

Las habitaciones del hotel están muy bien pero el servicio del personal no es el mejor. Durante 2 días las TV del hotel no funcionaron. El servicio de ron servicié MUY MALO no se lo recomendó a ningún viajero sobre todo de trabajo, la comida es muy mala. Internet funciona más o menos no es el mejor a veces se traba. Hay personal sumamente amable y valioso y otros muy malos.
