I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided during our recent stay. Due to an urgent request, I called at night to arrange some decorations for my mum’s 90th birthday. She has been a frequent guest and has celebrated her birthday at this hotel every year, and once again the team made it special. We had a small celeration at the business lounge too. A big thank you to Mr Fikri, who handled my request with great care and efficiency. I would also like to commend Mr. Vasu from the front desk for being extremely helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Thumbs up. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful to be upgraded to a suite room. This hotel has truly become a second home to us, as we have been staying here since 2010, back in the Boulevard Hotel days. Highly recommended — I will definitely encourage my friends to stay here as well.

Property is connected to a mall. Bags were promptly received and sent to room, front desk was super friendly and upgraded us to suites. Free breakfast was a plus. Parking was a little confusing but manageable after receiving guidance and connected to mall.

Reserved 2 rooms as we have 2 young teenage kids and weren't comfortable staying on their own so requested for inter-connecting rooms. As that weekend the hotel was full they apologised and said they would be on the same floors but after trying all my kind persuasive ways staff member , AKid went above and beyond to help solve my issue. We also stayed there as the Mid Valley and Gardens mall were on site and the hotel has direct access to the centre. Parking can be an issue even though they have so many parks, it can get full during peak hours. First time to this hotel and it seems it has been refurbished and can't really complain about the rooms. Buffet breakfast was similar daily but again if you don't want to eat in the hotel there are many other options surrounding the hotel. The pool was clean and there wasn't many people using it. Also has a kids pool. They gym was a bit small but good enough for a quick workout. Would return to stay for sure.

メガモール直結で大変便利でした。また、空港からのアクセスもKLセントラル駅から乗り換えて１駅で、駅の目の前にあるホテルなのでとてもスムースに到着することができました。最寄りのミッドバレー駅は時間のよっては電車が１時間に1本なので、GoogleMapで時刻表を見てから行くのをお勧めします。また、メガモールの先にはもう一つ駅があるので、そちらも使えて便利です。ホテルのプールも深いプール、子ども用の浅いプールもあり快適でした。朝食ビュッフェは２泊しましたが、3分の１くらい前日とちがうメニューもあり楽しめました。ニョニャクエがたくさんあって嬉しかったです。

Found 7 sharp nails on the carpet and wrote an email to the hotel director. They nevwr replied . Thus i had to call reception and informed them abount the sharp pin nails in the room carpet that poked my feet. Theu offered change of room which i declined as i was going out for meetings and chexkung out the next day. I had use masking tape to cover the nail. They alao offered free breakfast which i decline. Simply no replies to may mail and chexking if my feet was ok . Lack of emphaty. Least was a call to chexk if im ok . I dont need free breakfast . But more customer service , a aimple call to personally apologise and check on pur well being. Ths is what lacking for this stay. I cant imagine if a baby crawled around in that room.

The hotel management is slacking in their maintenance. The air from the air condition vent smelled like sewer. When we complained, our room was changed the next day. However we had experienced the same issue. It was definitely coming vent system. However, the housekeepers were excellent. The cleaned the room to perfection and were courteous. During check in, a front office staff was free but did not attend to us and had us waiting for 15 minutes. A malay lady in particular who was free and did not even acknowledge nor indicate that someone would attend to us shortly. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stayed here 8 years ago and the service was night and day to what I had experienced recently. The hotel management had changed since my first visit, hence the decline in service and quality.

I was in a in a premium room for one night. The room is average, rather small but the bathroom was dirty, rust around the rims on the floor and mild dew on the floor and wall. The room allocated was very warm despite lower the aircon temperature. Aircon was probably central system. Even into late night, the room was very warm. Even corridor cooler. Maybe due to higher floor too. Check in check out was fast and easy.

Connected to mid valley mall and garden mall. Ease check in and staffs was friendly. Room is decent size and large TV. But no cable channels. Only msia local channels. Also bathing area does not have a door and water will splash out. Do not understand why they want save on a door. Slippery floor is danger for elderly. Improve on this 2 factors and this will be like a 5 star hotel.

Stayed at Rm 2417. A few things that might be overlooked. 1. Bath - strong urine stench. 2. Room - quite noisy for this facing 3. Bed - feels old and collapse in the middle. Time to refresh this room.

Really nice large rooms with high ceilings making the room feel larger. Air conditioning was cold which was great for the KL heat! Very convenient location with close indoor walkway to Midvalley Shopping Mall. Definitely will stay again in future.

Worst check-in experience in our past 8 hotel checkins. I booked 2 rooms and they could only find 1 because the other room was in my husband name. Took them half hour to figure this out n they kept asking me tge same questions. I had also booked 2 premier rooms and was told they didnt have them if it was interconnecting. So we took an upgrade and a downgrade. So after a total of 45mins waiting at reception, they said only 1 room clean n the other will be ready in 30mins. More than 2hrs later, the room still wasnt ready n they hadnt sent our luggage up!

The staff show unfriendly and black face from front desk to restaurant. 1st hotel I stayed that is this unfriendly. The aircond in the room is not cold even with 18'C setting. Good thing is Duty manager did help to change the room to a higher floor with no smell in the room.

Hotel was connected to Mid Valley Mega Mall. Lots of fun shopping and yummy food close and convenient. Had to request a razor blade from the front desk as the toiletries provided were minimal. Bottled water not provided but you can get water and fill the jugs provided easily and as many times as you need. Still a nice comfortable place to stay.

Great for shopping and eating. The hotel is relatively new and connected to mid valley megamall, which is also connected to the gardens shopping centre. The malls cater for both designer brands as well as more down to earth shopping. With so many good dining options we didn't need to leave the area at all. The hotel is also conveniently located with the city centre only a stone's throw away.

Took the suite, spacious, clean and comfortable with complimentary fruits and cookies. Had a bit of ants on the table. Room service food order was quite fast and taste was ok, reasonable. Connected to mid valley mall and walking distance to many shops and restaurants.

Bathroom shower water pressure was very, very low - signs that checks were not thorough/ shoddy. Breakfast crowd was bad - though a couple of service staff tried their best, the cafe was clearly short-staffed. Breakfast food choices were limited, minimal-effort food, food ran out and stayed run out etc. - I have stayed at this hotel over 10 years, and I can see that standards of food and food servings have deteriorated.

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est chaleureux et professionnel, toujours prêt à aider avec le sourire. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout, mais suffisamment calme pour bien se reposer. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment excellent. Petit bémol : le petit déjeuner. Peu de choix, qualité moyenne, et pas vraiment à la hauteur du reste des prestations. Dommage, car tout le reste frôle la perfection. Cela dit, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything.

日本人の方で、出張滞在するには申し分のないホテルだと思います。スリッパはありません。備え付けのペットボトルの水は無いので、用意する必要はあるでしょう。その他のアメニティーはいわゆる高級ホテル並みには揃ってます。唯一気になるとすれば、エアコンの風量を上げたら、ホコリが噴き出してきたことでしょうか。。海外出張時には、必ずコロコロ粘着クリーナーを持って行っているので、対処出来ました。ですが、基本的に掃除は行き届いていると思います。朝食のバイキングもかなり充実してます。フォーも用意されてます。 I think this hotel is perfect for a Japanese person staying for business. There are no slippers. There is no bottled water provided, so you will need to prepare your own. Other amenities are as good as those in so-called luxury hotels. The only concern I have is that when I turned up the air conditioner, dust came out. I always bring my Korokoro adhesive cleaner with me when I travel abroad, so I was able to deal with it. But basically, I think the room was well cleaned. The breakfast buffet is also quite extensive.

Overall stay was decent. Had breakfast only on 1 day as I felt the food quality wasn’t that great. I had the Roti Canai and it tasted very raw. The curry and other food are not hot. Long queue at the coffee machine (only 2 machines). Hope the hotel can improve on their breakfast quality
