Excellent stay. Kind staff. Good facilities, gym, pool etc. We had a suite on a higher floor and loved the views and the spaciousness. Kitchenette was helpful including fridge. Place was clean and comfortable. Our son was sad to leave after 4 nights. Location was nice, a little off the beaten path but close to much of the action. We walked everywhere. Would recommend!

We only stayed one night here.. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was large, spacious and clean with great amenities. The shower was great. We used the gym and pool, both of which were also great!

Another hotel which looks nice until you look too closely. Laminate tiles coming up downstairs and in the halls, waiting for lifts was painfully slow (5+ minutes wait sometimes to go up or down), the shower head kept moving (but water pressure was AMAZING) and bare-minimum plates and cutlery wasn't overly useful when we attempted to eat in one night. The accommodation in our room(s) was nice enough if a little dated, and the pool area was nice to use on the roof, but this is yet another place we stayed in Malaysia where it feels like no low-level maintenance ever occurs, or details don't matter. And the breakfast we paid for was well below par - nothing that ran out was replaced, and it was all a bit low-end for a country with so many amazing food options. The hotel really needs to do a bit better in that regard for the price we're paying. Staff were very friendly and accommodating though, and the location is quite nice, even if there are many options around this area. A bit disappointing overall.

This property seriously needs an upgrade. I was initially assigned to a deluxe room on 33rd floor. The lift was under maintenance and I have to used a service lift to get up to the 33rd floor. The service lift was in a horrible condition and the corridor from the lift to the room was so dirty and dark. I was shock Oasia still selling their rooms under this condition. Totally unacceptable! Luckily I was able to change to another room …

The location, and layout of the rooms were to my liking. The finishes and materials are worn a bit. I liked that they included a HDMI connection to the TV so I could hook up my laptop and the internet speed was reasonable. Also the kitchen, and laundry ensuite was a nice touch. My issues are many. The elevator situation was horrible on the high floor I was. (33rd). The service elevator has been out for a while so both guests and staff are using the guest elevator, and there is only one elevator to service all these floors. Beyond that, the room service isnt 24hrs, and the breakfast is just bad. I do not recommend getting breakfast at the hotel. It was awful. They have a gourmet coffee machine but the coffee from it was undrinkable. All my issues save the elevator are probably fixable. But ai would say the 35 ringet for breakfast is money better saved. You can use a fraction of that and get better.

Awesome rooftop pool. Excellent location for food, eco park, KL tower, night markets. Excellent value - price vs. room luxury and amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Our 2 BR 2 Bath unit was so spacious we almost didn't want to leave. We had a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and office area. The pool is really nice looking up to the KL tower. Cleaning staff were excellent.

great place to stay with super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were all excellent (we were three diff times in diff rooms. The AC was excellent, pool was very clean and relaxing, gym was great. Just need cleaning cloth and spray for machines

The room is very dirty, it is terrible. 1. Many dirts on curtains, carpets, furniture and toilet 2. Bloods on pillows 3. Tinea pellionellas on the walls near the bed and inside the toilet The only good thing is Hotel offered another room afterward. However, one of the toothbrush packs was opened without toothpaste.

The check in process was over 2-hours long. The 1st room was incredibly filthy and the view was worse. We were staring at an office building which was so close I could read the workers computer screen through their tinted glass. The 2nd room was no better. Thankfully the front desk staff made the effort to move us to a higher floor with a better view (just for the sheer privacy), but the cleanliness was still lacking. In addition, the 3rd room had ants in both the kitchen and bathrooms. On a positive note, the beds and pillows were insanely comfortable.

It is not very clean and apparently is pretty old. There're ants in the room, on my bed and i requested to change the room. After changed to another smaller room, there're still ants. This room size in downtown is really worth its value, but i hope the room could be more clean.

Our 5-night stay was, unfortunately, a disappointing experience. While the rooms are spacious, they’re quite dated, and several issues made our time here uncomfortable. In no particular order: the room was not properly cleaned (and when it was, it amounted to little more than a bin change and some air freshener), there was no hot water, the toilet didn’t flush properly, WiFi was unavailable, and we encountered cockroaches. The gym was outdated and not well maintained, which was a letdown given it was one of the reasons we chose the property. We received no apology until the day we checked out. The staff did facilitate a room change after we raised our concerns—particularly since we were using the kitchen—but their response felt routine, as if complaints were simply part of the daily rhythm. This hotel may have once been a top-tier option, but at its current price point, it’s in need of serious upgrades. We saw other guests requesting refunds during our stay. We didn’t go that far, but it certainly impacted what was meant to be a restful stopover. The one saving grace was the pool area—we didn’t end up using it, but the setting was genuinely lovely and well looked after. It’s a shame the rest of the property doesn’t meet that same standard.

I recently stayed at this establishment for seven days and was disappointed with the level of cleanliness provided during the room service. On multiple occasions, I observed that the bed linens and pillowcases were not changed. Instead, the bed was simply made. This is unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. As a result of these unsanitary conditions, I began to develop acne on my face during my stay. I urge management to address this issue immediately and ensure that proper cleaning protocols are followed to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment for all guests.

The staff were the saving grace of the hotel! They were friendly, approachable and helpful. We stayed previously in the Oasia in Singapore and maybe that’s why we were so disappointed by this hotel. The room size was good and location was also good. Now for the hotel itself- unfortunately it’s dated, unclean and in serious need of refurbishing. The toilets in main reception were filthy. The carpets and walls in the corridors are marked. The room itself had general wear and tear and the shower was hanging out the wall with thick grime and limescale around the tray. It just was less than satisfactory. I hate to give such a scathing review but the images are a bit catfishy. It’s a fair price, the staff are amazing and if you just want somewhere to rest your head it’s okay.

The staff at the property were nice and helpful. The pool was modern and clean. The room however was dirty, in desperate need of a re-do and didn't look anything like the images. The bed was horrifically uncomfortable and as the room was next to the elevator, I was kept up all night with the elevator dinging. Someone also seemed to have been smoking on my floor as it absolutely stunk of cigarettes. I would not stay here again.

It's a quiet neighborhood away from the noise of Bukit Bintang and it is walking distance from nice area of KUL. Nice having the washing machine and kitchen area in the suite!

Check in was slow and at 10pm we had to wait while someone checked theroom was ready. The beds were comfortable and the suite spacious and comfortable. The room was in a terrible state. The bathroom door was off the runner, the shower room blinds didn't work missing window handles, broken tiles under a rug, but the worst was the pumping nightclub noise beating through the suite till 2am.

It is very spacious! Really value for money. We got the 2 bedroom suites and the beds were queen sized beds and we had 2 bathrooms. Amazing! Would go back

Beautiful apartment style accommodations! Very spacious and clean! Had a full kitchen and washer/drier machine which we were in need after our jungle tour! Drier is kind of weak and you need to run it a few times! Great location: next to KL tower and close to many restaurants and live music places (Ceylon street).

I stayed in the deluxe suite on 22nd floor and was amazed by the spaciousness and comfort,and importantly,the quiet.Great bathroom with rainfall shower and toilet separate.All you needed was in the kitchen, cutlery for two etc. allowing flexibility for self-catering, TV in the living area and one in the bedroom,minor point but all that was missing was a tea towel equivalent.ocated about 15 mins walk from Petronas towers and KLCC mall, I'd definitely stay there again.

Check in experience no good - the indian male reception not friendly, onlybissue 1 key for 2 adults booking. Upon my queries, he replied one key is inside the room. It is very shocking to me, how can my room key was placed inside the room prior to my check in? What if someone took the key and open my room intentionally? Where is the safety n security measure for your guest who checked in? - should put someone like Ms Linda at reception to avoid all these happening. The act of the male receptionist is very alarming. Nevertheless, Ms Linda save the day n quick recovery. Ms Linda has attention to details on what is my preferences everytime im checking in. Rooms is very clean this time , but no coffee cup, washing machine isnt extract n drain water properly. Again, towel are with many long hairs , plz check ur laundry provider …

During my recent stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and professional service extended by the staff—particularly Linda at the front office and Zul, the bellman. Linda’s warm demeanor and attentive care created a welcoming and personalized experience from the moment I checked in. Zul’s courteous assistance and genuine friendliness reflected the high standards of service this establishment upholds. The room itself exceeded expectations—meticulously clean, thoughtfully arranged, and boasting a truly breathtaking view that made my stay even more memorable. I was fortunate enough to stay in Room 1706, and I must say, it quickly became my favorite; its ambiance and comfort made it feel like a perfect retreat. One highlight worth mentioning is the washing machine, which worked flawlessly this time, adding extra convenience to my stay. It’s the little things like this, when functioning well, that truly enhance the overall experience. All in all, this hotel continues to impress with its combination of stellar service, pristine accommodations, and thoughtful amenities. I look forward to returning soon.

From the moment we checked in all the way to check out, the staff has been super courteous and helpful! Thank you guys for making our stay memorable. I like the location as well, close to everything but tucked away in a little corner with a nice little eatery right beside it that serves cheap but delicious local food.. And yes, the pool was awesome❤️❤️

We had a bad experience about a payment while checked in the hotel. After clarifying with the travel agent, the hotel agreed to refund the overpaid money back to us. But the refund process is beyond acceptable level. We waited 3 weeks and yet no answers from the hotel staff except they kept telling us that the Finance Dept. would handle the refund etc... At the end, it looks more like the hotel just bullshitting us until the day we checked out the hotel then, forget about this whole process...... Dose it make the hotel any different from the people who stealing in the store that we've seen those posters everywhere in KL? Other than this unacceptable experience, the hotel staffs in general are nice and polite, especially the cleaning crew members. The one-bedroom premium suite is comfortable and a lot of cabinet spaces to arrange stuffs, but the furniture is quite worn-out, outdated and some are boarder-line broken. Kitchen has the minimum but can cook a simple meal, big refrigerator (not the mini bar) and washing machine with laundry soap provided. Nice view of Menara KL from the gym & swimming pool area.

Checked in by John – efficient, friendly, and fast. Checked out by Kumothy – smooth and professional. Both were excellent. But this stay was ruined by a serious security breach and incompetent handling by staff. On 22/08/25, housekeeping left my room door (1306) unlocked after cleaning – a reckless and unacceptable mistake. I reported it, but shockingly, the same staff member came back, banged on my door, and rang the bell repeatedly despite the DND sign. When I opened the door, he rudely asked, “What is the problem?” No apology, no accountability. I had to raise my voice – the problem is you left my room unsecured. His tone was aggressive, disrespectful, and confrontational. Even worse, the receptionist who took my call clearly had no idea how to handle the situation. Instead of proper escalation or apology, I was left to deal with the same staff member again. This kind of response is absolutely unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of training and basic guest care. That said, I appreciate the other housekeeping staff who cleaned my room after the incident – polite, respectful, and professional. Yes, the water was yellowish due to tank cleaning (hotel gave notice), but the real issue is safety, staff behavior, and poor handling. This could have been a 5-star stay. But guest safety and staff conduct are non-negotiable.

Oasia Suites are tucked away in the last highrise up towards the KL Tower. One could not ask for a better location in KL’s Golden Triangle. So our studio suite was quiet and in many ways very nice. But I guess one could argue that a room renovation must be coming up soon. Still acceptable though, but a bit tired in decor and colors. The bed linen was worn out, thin as paper and the pillows inside stained. The staff was polite and correct. Wifi was so-so. We did not have breakfast. The price was very fair - so compared to this the hotel was absolutely ok.

The room was spacious and clean and had all the amenities. The hotel is well located, just a short distance from the Petronas Towers and with both LRT and MRT stations within about a 10 minute walk. Staff were so friendly and always on hand for any needs. I would 100% stay here again.

It's calm and quite area although located at buzzling city area.

Location Location Location. You have a 15 to 20 minutes walk to all the main locations.

The rooms are a bit run down now but the location close to KLCC and KL Tower is good and swimming pool is a bonus for the busy traveller! Pleasant reception staff.

The place is perfect for everything except breakfast, bad in quality and quantity, i do not recommend breakfast there its a little over price, serving items not belongs to breakast only one single shot coffee machine available for all guests, no cheese, very poor items.

- breakfast on 9 jun 24 not worth for RM 47 per person - the indian cooks with groomy and unfriendly attidude, “hey im not eating for free ok” - no safe box in suite room - towel with blood stain n dirt , even they deliver the new one also the same with big patch of stain. - no drinking glass and cup in suite room - no kitchen towel for suite room - no hand towel in suite room - air cond filter full with dust - window glass at bed room and living with previous guest smudges and “cross ✝️” drawn with saliva i believe …..haunted??? - the young chinese gentlement checked me in asked”r u first time checking here?” Thought the system will prompt with nunber of nights stayed before? Not a big deal for me but may be signficant for status craving person.. fruits for thought - the “0” extension , no one answering at 7pm (7 jun 24) - no drinking water in suite room - sound proof very poor , disturbed by next door bed room night activities - room not make up until 5pm despite informed at 10am ish - very friendly front desk staff and bellman EXCEPT the bell man during my checked in 7 jun 24 around 7 pm, the young guy with moustche saw me with alots of heavy bag bur dosent even ask if i need any help.. instead he offer his assistance to westerner, still have this type of segregation? Btw i never stingy on my tips. - very astonish n wonderful view of kl tower and scenaries… - room is clean except all towels with big stain end up i using mynown towel and use pool towel from hotel
