Green Springs Inn

The peace and tranquility of the woods. I enjoyed the cabins had comfortable distance between each other. The fire place was amazing as well as the tub! Love that I could control my own tub temperature. It was just a nice place to unwind and read a good book! Pet friendly is a huge plus as well! Thanks for the great stay! Excited for the restaurant to open back up as well!

We've been coming here for several years and have stayed in all the cabins. It's our special place close to home that we come to completely relax ,unwind, connect, and recharge. The beautiful cabins with big windows looking out to the beautiful forest. Some of our favorite things are the wonderful big soaking tubs out on the deck, the great showers, the big comfy beds with amazing linens, barbecuing on the deck, beautiful stars at night, snow walks, walking on trails, sitting in front of the wood burning stove, eating in the restaurant( check hours as it changes with seasons) . This last visit we stayed in Boccard. You have done amazing in decorating it and the changes. It's beautiful. We did miss a couple things in that cabin. The comfort of the furniture . It's absolutely gorgeous but We missed a comfy couch or chair to nap in or watch a movie in.We've enjoyed putting our feet on the ottoman in the different cabins we have stayed in. It was our first time having a hard time in a bed there. The bed in Boccard was so very hard to us. Maybe we are getting old. Ha ha.Every staff we have ever encountered has been so kind and friendly. We deeply appreciate that. Thank you for working so hard to keep it such a special place. We will definitely stay again.

We loved the privacy and the ability to walk our dog off-leash. We loved the tub and BBQ on the deck, and the layout of the cabin. We loved having a kitchen, and the price was excellent. We hated the fact that every morning, there were fresh mouse turds along the kitchen counters. One of the days, there were also mouse turds on one bedside table and next to one pillow on the bed.

The cabin was remote and clean. We appreciated that it was dog friendly, but be aware that dogs are not supposed to be on the furniture. The outdoor hot tub was lovely and overlooked the forest.We also loved the wood fire stove and supply of fresh cut wood. The only downside was that the jets for the hot tub in the Pilot Rock cabin did not function. It was a scenic twenty minute drive through the mountains to Ashland where you can find several cute shops and restaurants. The cabin was also within a short drive of several hikes. We would absolutely come here again!

Absolutely loved staying here with my wife, and will definitely be back! My only complaint was that it was hard for me to find how to allow airflow into the fireplace. Obviously this was due to my poor observation, and I eventually found it. But it’d be great if there was just a simple instructions sheet showing how to work the fireplace for dummies!

I had a comfortable stay at Green Springs. It was easy to find, great bbq restaurant attached, sauna set-up that was relaxing and very comfy bed. Thank you!

We stayed in a cabin. It was magical, clean and comfortable. We arrived at night and it felt remote and secluded. The cabin was warm and welcoming. These folks pay attention to details. Kitchen had olive oil, salt pepper, honey, coffee, hot coco.

Disappointed restaurant was not open as advertised. WIFI did not work so I had to leave early to find one that did so I could send a document. But the worst was the coffee pot had not been cleaned and grounds from a previous guest were still in the pot.

The Hobart cabin was amazing. super cozy with all the amenities. it is quiet, peaceful, clean. loved everything about it. I would definitely stay here again. highly recommend.

Really appreciate the service and cleanliness. Room #3 is fantastic, the extra size of the tub room was perfect for us.

Proud owner of a small parcel not far from GS, I needed a place to stay while I talked with developers, solar providers, and the like. The people at GS are determined to make you comfortable and they succeeded with me. I had messed up some of the booking; the people in the cafe sat me down with large cup of fresh hot coffee while the mess I'd made was straightened out...the only regret was that I still had half-a-cup of great coffee when I was shown to my room. And the room was so lovely, the bed so comfortable, and everything so fresh and clean that I can't remember a more peaceful and satisfying night.

The power went out during our stay and we were stranded with no cell service. The bedding had bugs and the window by the bed had only sheer drapes and no blinds.

The first room we checked in had a soaking wet floor like someone had just went swimming and the jets to the tub were broken, then when I asked about it they said they already knew about the broken jets and offered me a smaller room with a bed that was so uncomfortable felt like sleeping on a hard ground and a smaller jet tub but did not offer me any compensation for the cheaper room. We checked in at 5pm and left before 10pm due to the uncomfortableness of the bed in the smaller cheaper room. I asked for a refund because we weren’t even there for 5 hours and were hardly there and was told no and they hope I enjoy my next stay with them. Not only was the room smaller and cheaper but I also felt like I was being ate alive by fleas.

I really enjoyed the quiet location within the forest, easy walking/hiking paths around the property, and cleanliness of the room. I would definitely consider coming back again.

Our stay was so peaceful and relaxing. We stayed in Lodge room 1 and enjoyed a drink outside at the mercantile/ restaurant. The setting is beautiful. There is no television or wifi in the room which was great for reconnecting. The Jacuzzi tub is in it's own little alcove in the room which I thought was a nice touch. There was a lovely little coffee and tea station in the room with half and half singles stored in the refrigerator. The bed was really comfortable and I loved the pillows so much that I took the time to see what brand they were. We will definitely be back for the charm and the value.

I booked a room because I was driving to Ashland for a quick business trip, and I didn't want to turn around and drive home (3 hour drive). I thought it would be nice to relax at the end of the day, stay in Ashland, and return home the next morning. Never heard of Green Springs, but they had a room with a jacuzzi, so I booked it! It is more secluded than I realized (my fault for not researching enough), so I didn't know that it was a half-hour drive along a very winding road to even go get a snack. (The restaurant was closed.) The only issue I had with the room was that it smelled very very heavily of air freshener - like an instant headache. I couldn't find one plugged in anywhere, so I didn't know if I could stay there. The staff did their best to help (they opened the window while I was driving to the store) and were professional and helpful. It didn't help much but I stayed, after getting some Tylenol. (They had offered a small discount which was very much appreciated.) Room was clean and cozy, and the jacuzzi was a real treat. It is literally at the top of a huge mountain, surrounded by forest - which means it was beautiful and very quiet. Like very very quiet. Which also means I could hear the neighbors, the cars on the gravel road, etc. But honestly it was more funny than bothersome. No TV, so I picked up a puzzle magazine, and made some hot cocoa (provided with the room). Note - Cell phones may not work very well. Would definitely come back, thank you!

This pleasant spot in the forest is made more pleasant by the accommodations. Like the forest around them the accommodations are spare but adequate. Guests can supplement to make up for the indulgences lacking like room service and a restaurant open from early am to late pm. There is no TV in the room. This is an indulgence I can celebrate!!

My sister & I loved the room. It was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The huge spa tub was fantastic! We will definitely return & we’ve already posted on social media about our lovely visit. Thanks very much!

Pretty property, would like the advertised fireplace to work. This is the second time in the last four months that I have visited and it still is not repaired. Disappointing

This inn is small, lovely and pretty isolated in the woods. It is very clean. It is very much no fuss. Do pay attention to the distance from Ashland; it's a 30 minute twisty drive from Ashland, but it's gorgeous. 10/10 would stay here again.

The WiFi was down on this particular day, but the manager and staff offered us a TV and bluray player to accommodate (we declined), they also extended our check out time two hours. Very nice staff, we would stay again. Note: the lodge is currently closed, bring snacks!

We had a wonderful time in the Pilot Rock cabin. Surrounded by peaceful forest we enjoyed the cozy cabin thoroughly. Had a minor issue with the heat and wood stove that they took care of quickly. Great customer support. We will be back!

We arrived about 7 pm after a 17 mile drive (10 miles of it on a very winding road) to find the office locked up and the promised (by management) restaurant closed and no instructions on how to access our reserved room. When we called the "if you need help" phone number posted on the office door, we received a recording asking for our number and promising to return the call within 24 hours! Talking with others, we learned this is a common occurrence. We finally called another number listed in our e-mail correspondence and got instructions on how to get into our room, where we had a dinner of crackers and pistachios from our car. A miserable experience we will not ever repeat there.

These guys really came through, a big snow storm came through on our last night and they had the place plowed and the area around the car shoveled before checkout! Appreciate the service and hospitality.

Road up to inn is narrow and twisty, not great for night driving if you are not used to it

Beautiful property WAY outside of Ashland down a very windy road. Perfect for a romantic getaway! It was raining during our stay, so we couldn’t really enjoy all the amenities. But a beautiful place to stay in the woods!

I love the beauty of the woods and the quiet of the resort.

The place was beautiful but the 17 mile drive on the narrow windy mountain road was a bit harrowing. Glad we went to Crater Lake so that our trip didn’t go down the mountain!

Nice rustic lodge. Our experience would've been a 5 but the power outage was kind of inconvenient and the restaurant had an "unforeseen" closure during our stay.

Had a wonderful stay. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, which meant we had to travel for food. The cabin had a great kitchen! My suggestion, bring food and cook in-house. Lots of outdoors to explore, deck space to relax on, pet friendliness and the covered, outdoor jacuzzi tub have us hooked. We will return!
