The outdoor bar at our pool wasn’t open the whole week. The Florida water stinks, our bathroom stunk like it. Extra blankets in room stunk, didn’t smell clean. The room was nice and spacious and mostly clean. Pool and hot tub were great. The waterpark was nice but we only had an hour to go as they are only open 11-5 and still got charged full price to go to it. Overall stay was nice.

I am not a fan of this property at all. When you check in they give you no information on what all is included in your stay/fees that you've paid. They give you a little card that shows whats supposedly included but then when you try to do those activities you find out it costs extra. Theres a "Waterpark" (consists of 2 big slides, a pool, and a kiddie park area) onsite but that is of.course extra too!! They have bars at the park but the food and drink are overpriced. Then 1 night i went to try 1 of 2 restaurants onsite and it was closed but yet again no where do you know this information. They have poolsode bars but they arent open except weekends. There was just so much that you dont know about this resort about what all is and isnt included until you book and show up. Then thats when you find out but not by the concierge giving you this info upon arrival only in trying to do the different things. Very disappointed in what I got for the money I paid. I searched their website to see what all the amenities are but it doesnt tell you what you actually get vs what you pay extra for!!!Wont be going back!!

Check in is 4. Water park closes at 6 so first day is a waste. Only 4 out of 13 pools available the second day limited restaurants open on facility. Prices at market were double or triple the price at Walmart - Right across the street. Nothing really open -no more Warm cookie and water at check in. Time to try some other options

The check-in was a little hectic as they had it at "The Pavillion" since they were renovating the original front check-in area. The staff was friendly. The waterpark is NOT included in your stay, it is a separate paid-for amenity that is $25 We were in one of the buildings towards their receiving area so we did hear a lot of "backing up" sounds from the big trucks throughout the night. Our hot tub/jacuzzi in the room did not work. And the rooms are outdated. There are no built-in USB plugs anywhere and it would've been nicer if the window coverings in the bedroom were blackout curtains.

This is one of the best resorts we’ve stayed at. Multiple dining options. A waterpark on site. A nice gym, and tons of kid and adult activities. Conveniently located near Disney and a short drive from universal. We will stay here again.

The resort fee is very expensive and has no real value. Water park is more $ on top of that. Room was dirty, ac noisy and plugs didn’t work. Was moved to another room. No toaster and still not the cleanest. No real instructions on what to do about garbage or getting towels or housekeeping.

We found two roaches in our room. No one wants to find insects especially roaches in the place they are staying for a few days. The WiFi/internet and cell service was horrible during our whole stay. We couldn’t enjoy our time because we were worried about the roaches and we couldn’t use our phones or anything. Was very frustrating

This was a great weekend getaway. The room was very clean and the tub was amazing. The only downside to our stay was getting into the resort the first night took over 20 minutes and the tv selection was a bit dated.

The definition of Villa and hotel room. I thought I paid for a Villa; however, it was a very small hote room. There was no power through the nightstand, wakiing up to a dead phone in the am was pleasant. Attempted to plug the nightstand in - no way to pull it away from the wall to do so. This included the phone. It was a nice feature to look at - no power, no phone outlet. We were so far from the feature (main pools) that we just utilized the pool at our building. Baking pan - no stove. It was a very nice place, reminiscent of the Villages, with everything at your fingertips; I was just disappointed in the location and the Unthoughtfulness of our room.

Overall nice place, Villa room was clean, but it was small. I did not see anywhere in the description of the property, that we would have to pay to go to the splash pad. That was why I chose this hotel, for the splash pad. We never went to any of the pools. Had to wait in long line to check in.

No hot water in the sinks. On the last night our air conditioning went out. Was unable to reach the front desk for help my infant and two kids six and eight were miserable. When we finally reach someone in the morning, they didn’t care because we were checking out that day.

Their studio is adjacent to a bigger size unit (1 or 2 bedroom). So it's very convenient when you are on the big unit and need extra space, that can be fully independent with bathroom and sink. However if you only rent the studio, the space is extremely small, the 2 beds are not queen size, so not suitable for 2 adults in 1 bed. There is no curtains on the window, only black out; no privacy. This should not be rented as stand alone rooms.

The WiFi was not good at all and I had horrible reception there. Also I wish I would have known prior that the water park had additional cost. But other than that the area was centrally located. Room was spacious with washer and dryer nice clean and quiet I would stay there again. Just hoping for better WiFi next time

I feel like if you are going to charge a resort fee then the water park should be included. Also we booked under the impression there was a shuttle to the Disney parks but there wasn’t. Also not a lot of good at the market. Check in was awful stood on line for 45 minutes only 3 people working. We did have ants in our room. I was happy that we were able to get it resolved. I gave three stars based on check in and water park.

The resort was huge! A handful of options for activities, within walking distance for all. Most of the staff were kind some seemed like walking zombies. The room was clean when arrived, there was a washer and dryer conveniently steps from your door. -The only thing that I suggest for the property to work on is how long it takes to retrieve something that is requested. For instance, I requested more toilet paper and linen, the request was put in first thing in the morning and I didn’t get it until 7-8pm. More than 12hours of waiting. I understand a few hours but from morning to night time is a long time. I did also ask a housekeeper if I can take linen and they said to contact customer service instead. ——Another day I requested for additional laundry detergent, and I asked for this at 10am via calling the customer service line, then texted their customer service # (which they are responsive) several hours later and by the next morning I still hadn’t gotten the item. Other than that the place was good and I would return.

No info given at check in such as being able to pull up to the gate and use your card to get back in without waiting in line with all the people checking in, showed signs everywhere for quick dining no employee knew anything about it, wi-Fi on the property horrible that is all over the property. I am not a fan of this property at all. When you check in they give you no information on what all is included in your stay/fees that you've paid. They give you a little card that shows whats supposedly included but then when you try to do those activities you find out it costs extra. Theres a "Waterpark" (consists of 2 big slides, a pool, and a kiddie park area) onsite but that is of.course extra too!! They have bars at the park but the food and drink are overpriced. Then 1 night i went to try 1 of 2 restaurants onsite and it was closed but yet again no where do you know this information. They have poolsode bars but they arent open except weekends. There was just so much that you dont know about this resort about what all is and isnt included until you book and show up. Then thats when you find out but not by the concierge giving you this info upon arrival only in trying to do the different things. Very disappointed in what I got for the money I paid. The stay at the resort was very pleasant, especially because we traveled with children and had a very spacious and comfortable village. We had the facilities to cook some meals, coffee supplies that were given to us for free at the resort, and have a washing machine and the supplies to use it. Our entire stay was pleasant and we had no problems to regret. We were very close to main roads through which we could access many attractions that we wanted to visit, in addition to having restaurants and supermarkets very close. Two things made it a little less pleasant: 1. The shower in the bathroom in 6053C kept leaking water, surely due to problems with some gasket, and that is why maintenance came twice to check why there was a water leak on the floor below. 2. The entrance through the gatehouse sometimes became very congested due to a lack of order and better planning. Although the resort has a gate for those of us who are already registered, the entrance for new visitors is also on the same lane and there is no way to give advance notice so that new visitors can enter through one lane and those already registered through the other. On the last day of our stay, a driver, surely uncomfortable with the wait, drove down Entry Point Blvd in the opposite lane, in order to get in front of us and almost hit us with her car since we were not expecting someone to exit from that lane while we were moving along Westgate Blvd. Overall, we were very happy and would return to the Resort.

First time staying here, family with kids no on site breakfest options, which was not that bad as everything is close by to the location. Sometimes inconvenient when you want to grab a quick breakfest, can be noisy at times at night especially with kids. Overall place was good. No true complaints, if i was to go back probably would not go back if I had to pick. Check in was rough 45 min to check in and the room I booked they did not have it, but gave me an upgrade at no cost which was nice. It seems to be a very common thing, as I had friend with family and same experience.

I had reserved a room with two queen beds, but upon arrival, none were available. Instead, I was given a room with a king bed and a sofa bed, which unfortunately was not very comfortable. The bathroom could use some remodeling, as the faucets and bathtub weren’t as clean as expected. On the positive side, the hotel is in a great location—very close to the Disney parks, with convenient access to Walmart, CVS, and various restaurants. The water park is lovely, and the pool near our building was excellent.

The Suite I stayed in was fabulous except for the loud noises from the Suite above. The pictures of the pool show the Water Park which is not all that and they CHARGE $25 per person per day to use it. The only open pool bar is in that area. This is truly not a place for Handicap Individuals. No transportation was available to get around. Property is safe behind Security Guards. Its a beautiful place. Restaurants are sad and expensive. Mexican Restaurant looked good but quite pricey.

I would say false advertisement I thought my kids would be able to go to their little waterpark as it was advertised, but it was $25 a person unless you’re a member. I booked this hotel solely for that waterpark.. the restaurant that I went to I believe do amigos was absolutely horrible. Our server was very nice. The hostess was not the food is way overpriced for the quality. I got three kids meals and an adult meal that came out to be $81.00… unbelievable! the meal wasn’t even cooked properly! The kids meals were horrible and my meal was horrible. Both my sons left their shoes at the pool. They were stolen. They were brand new crocs and sketchers. We looked around. We went to lost and found they were gone. Our fault for leaving them. We were running to our room, which was very nearby to go grab some food. For the price I could’ve gotten a different hotel where we could’ve used the waterpark and had a bigger room. Our room was very small. The upside. It did have a washer and dryer that was in the hallway that you shared with the other room.

The resort was beautiful and had many amenities. We were sad that the water park had an additional $25 pp fee. But, the property had several pools to choose from. We also enjoyed the restaurants on the property as well as Starbucks and the ice cream shop. We stayed in a hotel type unit with 2 double beds. It was beautifully decorated. Very modern and squeaky clean. We also had a kitchenette that provided a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, complete with silverware and dishes. Having a full size washer and dryer within our unit was also appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Sean the F&B director was absolutely Amazing. Boots on the ground type of manager. Chris the manager at the Italian restaurant was amazing very nice and took time to check up on not only me but other guests and his their meal was going. Susie our server at the Italian restaurant was absolutely a gem. She took great care of my family during our meal and kudos to the cooks. Food was amazing. Mexican inspired restaurant was tasty and servers were cool. Starbucks ladies were super friendly and helpful our entire stay. Security guys around the pool were very helpful when my daughter needed a band-aid, cashier at the pool was very nice- engaged with all guests welcoming everyone. Life guards especially a young lady (forgot her name-but her name tag said she was from Columbia) was soo nice. Kept a watchful eye on the guests. I checked in on Saturday 5/4 and all agents were nice. Hostesses who directed us to a line to check-in was very nice. She welcomed everyone with a smile and assisted me with all of my questions. I do think that all guests should be advised of when service to the room would be given. The room type i requested was not available (which i offered to wait for a double and told there wasn't any available duration if my stay). I did not want to get a manager because check in was busy. But i was put in a very old unit and the cleanliness was not up to the standard but the customer service was amazing from all team members.

Good: You could do something everyday on site. If you needed a replacement item for in the room they would bring it within the hour. There was ice cream on site and Starbucks! Plenty of pools to choose from. Wall Mart is within 3 min drive of where we were staying in P building. NOT Good: I choose there because of the water park but you have to pay $25 per person daily to go in!!!! The market on site did not have hardly any groceries, more gift shop.

The following breeds are not permitted: Great Dane, Sharpei, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow and Presa Canario; other dog breeds at discretion of property management. A dog must not exceed 60 pounds (27 kilograms), or in the case of 2 dogs, must not exceed 60 pounds combined; dogs must be maximum 36 inches (91 centimeters) long, and maximum 36 inches tall. Pets left unattended in guestrooms must be kept in a pet carrier or crate. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside the guestroom. Dogs are not allowed in public areas, including restaurants, spa/salon, pool areas, showrooms, convention spaces, casino, and/or common retail spaces.
- Parcel deliveries, handling, and storage are subject to a fee. Photo ID is required to claim package(s) and ID must match the name on the package(s). Payment will be due at time of package claim. Any and all packages that are not claimed within 30 days from the date of delivery or placement into storage at the resort will be returned to sender, or may become the property of the resort. The property is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
