Overall the environment was very clean but the front desk lady staff was pretty straightforward… hopefully the check in time and check out time can be more flexible.

Clean but slightly worn hotel judging by the carpet on the top floor and the sound from the AC. Friendly staff and close to both the subway and buses. Breakfast was decent but not great.

The hotel itself was okay, nothing special but it was clean and the room was spacious. The thing that I disliked was the food. For me, the best part of staying at a hotel is being able to enjoy great food you do not have to cook yourself. I wish I could say that about this hotel. The food in the lounge, the food in the restaurant, and the breakfast were all lacking. The fish and chips were tasteless; the Caesar salad had no Caesar dressing; the food in the lounge had a person overseeing the food acting like we were taking food off his personal plate; he had the nerve to ask about our portions. When we took a second tea, he had a snide remark. The breakfast had me sitting with an empty plate.
